Once again, Sun City saves the day! I have counted on Sun City for many years to service our AC. They are always extremely responsive, excellent communication, and have highly competitive pricing. For this service call our Technician was Martin who is professional and extremely knowledgeable about AC systems. He quickly identified the issue and within 20 minutes the job was finished and the AC was pumping out cold air again! Thank you Martin for your great work and thank you to Sun City H&C for your fast and reliable service.

We called around to a few different companies when our 30yr old systems needed to be replaced. Sun City offered better pricing for quality systems (with 0% interest!) and a better service plan than the other companies. The team got all the old equipment removed and all the new equipment installed in one day. Very efficient and professional. Love our new systems! I would definitely recommend.

Carlos from Sun City showed up for the appointment on time and with booties so as not to track up my floors. I have an older system that works off my hot water and he was familiar with the system and he got right to work identifying the problem and fixing it. The price was very reasonable and did not try to upsell me for anything else. I did need a new part that is pricy, but he let me know approximately how much it would be and left the decision up to me. It's refreshing to have a company with integrity and employees who are so nice. Highly recommend.

Sun City Heating and Cooling Inc was quick to schedule me and had someone out the same day. They kept me updated on when the tech would arrive and when he did he was very friendly and efficient. The tech fixed the problem quickly and even changed my air filters for me. I was highly impressed!!

I have been extremely pleased with Sun Country ever since i discovered them a few years ago. I just had a system replacement done. They were professional, prompt, and courteous. All of their technicians are outstanding.

I highly recommend Sun City Heating and Cooling! Our AC went out on a Saturday night and Ray, the owner, was able to send a tech out on Sunday. Carlos came and was able to diagnose our problem very quickly. A lot of other companies try to upsell, but that was not the case with Sun City. The pricing was great and we had a working unit within the hour. Thank you so much Ray and Carlos for all your help!

Last summer I had the company out to install an A/C system that went out and they did a fantastic job, just a few days ago I had them switch out my other unit with the same model and once again they did an outstanding job. Installers were all very professional and when they were done they cleaned up so well it's like they weren't ever there. Highly recommend.

This company was highly recommended by a trusted friend. Very impressed w/Sun City Heating & Cooling! We were told by another company that our condenser fan motor was leaking oil & had to be replaced asap to prevent further damage to our AC unit. While the part was warrantied, labor would be $550. This didn't sound right, our unit is only 3.5 years old w/lite usage. Called Sun City for a 2nd opinion & very glad I did. Carlos, our great tech, explained that while it was true that our condenser fan motor was leaking a little, it was far from failing, didn't need replacing and the manufacturer would not warranty the part as it was in too good of shape to be qualified as failing. They didn't charge anything for a 2nd opinion. Sun City has earned our trust & business from now on. This is how you build a business: honesty, highly trained & respectful workers and great business practices including excellent communication.

My tenant called and said the AC wasn’t working properly. I sent another company to address the problem. After a couple of days the AC wasn’t working. My friend to me to call Sun City. I did and they were quick to respond, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. My HVAC unit as over 18 years old. I needed a complete new system. Sun City scheduled the installed on Wednesday for that Friday. By 1pm Friday my tenant called and said the AC working GREAT! Thanks Ray for the fine crew you have working for you!

When our builder-provided HVAC unit failed after only eight years on one of the hottest days of a Las Vegas summer, a Sun City technician quickly came out to assess the problem. It was, unfortunately, a major issue--a failed compressor. We were given options and decided to replace the inoperable unit with a 20-XEER variable-speed Trane HVAC unit. The installatoin team arrived around 8:30 a.m. Although there was a problem early in the installation process (the new unit could only be put in place by being lifted over a cinder-block wall), it was quickly resolved with a crane that arrived in a very short time. The installers worked in extremely hot conditions (with a high temperature of about 110 degrees) and continued to remove old components in a very cramped attic space until the new system was expertly in place and functioning properly. By the end of the hot day, the new system was up and putting out cool air, thanks to the hard-working and professional Sun City installation team.
My only complaint is against the Trane Smart thermostat that goes with the new system. It is not user friendly and only has one display, instead of three for our three zones. Now I have no display to let me know if the system in two of the zones is working or what the room temperature is. My Honeywell thermostats, which are so much better than the Trane one, unfortunately do not work with the Trane unit. This is a huge disappointment to me for such an expensive system. Not sure I would recommend it to anyone who is accustomed to the Honeywell smart thermostats. However, I would recommend Sun City for its excellent installation.

I love working with Sun Country! Mike their estimator was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the whole process and gave me a detailed quote in writing. Tyler and his crew installed my ac unit within a days time and it’s working beautifully.

This was the 1st time I used Sun City to service my A/C. Aaron Breen came to my house & after a brief explanation of the problem (no A/C on our 1st floor), he immediately went to work, diagnosed the issue, my A/C line had frozen. A part in the junction box had malfunctioned. Aaron replaced the part & provided instructions as to what I needed to do to get the A/C unit operating again. We left the thermostat set to FAN & that would allow the line from the A/C unit to the furnace to defrost. The A/C was running properly by the next morning.

Great Techs. They were friendly and knowledgeable they answered all my questions and explained what they were doing and why.. Found the issue and had my ac running in less then an hour.
I’m so incredibly happy with the whole experience….

Excellent experience, from sales (Alan) through installation (Tyler, Jose and crew). Straight forward sales, competitive prices, all of my many questions over the next few days were answered by Alan quickly and thoroughly. The owner called me directly to provide additional information for one of my questions. The office contact was also knowledgeable and helpful. They use American Standard equipment, which in my research is essentially Trane, a top-quality brand. They also have an optional extended labor warranty for a total of ten years, matching the length of the parts warranty, for a great price especially considering that it includes twice a year inspection and routine service. Also, everyone was professional and conducted their business in an honest and friendly manner.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! If you want a company that eliminated UPSELLING, takes the time to listen to their customers or potential customers, you came to the right Heating and Cooling. Mike our salesman, sat down and listened to what we were looking to accomplish. He went and saw what we currently had, checked the breaker box, and sat down with us and showed what equipment could achieve our desired needs. He explained the company's policies as it pertains to install and service, we spoke of the owner of the company Ray who has been in business in the Las Vegas valley, for over 20 years, the name brand A/C & Heating units, the installation leader Jose, and equipment's warranty. As Mike uses a tablet to show you everything, once we found what we wanted we entered into a contract right then and there. We spoke of financing the unit and within minute's we were approved and a 7.9% interest loan.
The service we received the entire time was just fantastic. Whether you need to purchase a new unit for your home or just need service, I HIGHLY recommend Sun City Heating & Cooling. In the 30 years we have lived here in Las Vegas, this is the first A/C company who has been straightforward and honest, and did not try to up sale a more expensive unit or sell me a yearly service contract.

Five-star service!!!!!

Sun City had been our service contractor since we purchased our home in 2023 and we’ve been happy with our services from them. We recently decided to upgrade our HVAC and used Sun City. Their quote was consistent (slightly better) than other companies and they honored our quote from November even though the system installed was an updated, better system. In addition they offer a senior discount and 5-year service contract (spring and fall system service).
The equipment install went well although there was a little confusion getting the “smart thermostat” up and running (the system was new to the installers so they called in their tech to resolve it, just needed a software update).
The system and thermostat are working well.
Everyone we deal with at Sun City (office, sales, technician, installers) are always pleasant and make us feel like we are special customers.
