Ronald came out to inspect & flush our water heater, and check a concern we had with a sink. Fantastic experience with Ronald. Excellent customer service!! He was courteous and communicated well. He always made sure we knew what he was doing, explained everything well, and asked questions to make sure we were comfortable with the movement from room to room and going in & out of the house. We are waiting a bit longer before moving forward with repairs/replacements just because of finances, but the custer service we received from both Ty on the phone and Ronald at the house, I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having Victor out from Simply Plumbing to perform a tankless water heater flush, whole-house inspection, and maintenance, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail. You can tell he truly cares about quality work and customer satisfaction.

The whole experience was smooth from start to finish — no pressure, just honest advice and top-notch service. My system is running perfectly now, and I feel confident everything in my home’s plumbing is in great shape.

Thomas came out to give us a plumbing inspection and also addressed some concerns. He was super professional and super knowledgeable of all our plumbing systems including the tankless water heater. Took the time to explain a lot and answer my questions. Gave us a fair quote on services. I definitely appreciate his time & expertise!

My experience with this company began with a call out to do the usual maintenance my existing HVAC unit - specifically upon receiving one of their ads in the mail instead of going through Home Warranty - and I'm glad I did.

The HVAC tech Derek along with Gaspar took pictures and video of a situation clearly showing me that previous maintenance was not being done. Worse, the technicians provided by the Home Warranty Company would tell my mom the HVAC was newer than it was (19 years old). Everything looked horrible up there, and it was clear the HVAC was compromising the entire system. Derek recommended a look at the plumbing situation too, and that got scheduled the next day.

Danny came out the next day and found another critical situation - the water heater was rusted, the water softener was leaking and the sediment was in the toilets, and this was not in the worst stages but just beginning. Danny presented three options and based them around my needs - especially that I intended to stay in my home for the long term.

Derek's HVAC field manager Thomas stopped by to discuss options on his side. It would be what I felt a major operation -

HVAC replacement to a two stage down to new ducting.
Replace the Water heater with a tankless system.
Replace the Water Softener with a two-stage.
Replace two toilets I supplied.
Remove all old appliances/toilets/etc.

They scheduled it the very next day. The installation day went smoothly. The HVAC Installation team included Rolando, Sigi, Jose, Chris, and Eliobardo. The plumbing installation team included Marco and another whose name I will update here.

Everything was done - save the gas line for the tankless water heater. Inspections and the connection need to happen, but otherwise everything is working. This was Wednesday-Thursday-Friday this week.

Throughout, I was in communication with Kari in their office, who reviewed my Home Warranty Contract, confirmed what they would do (deny everything), and worked on the finances side to help bundle everything together. Constant, immediate communication and wonderful customer service!

An outstanding experience overall, and I am never going back to the Home Warranty nonsense I had to experience.

The tech arrived quickly, and fixed our heating problem without needing to charge other than the normal fee for coming. He was honest and efficient. We'd had another company here the day before and they wanted to charge us $800 and it was a scam as we suspected. Highly recommend this co.

Just as good as the reviews!! My a/c went out late late Thurs. night. It's been 110'+f this week -- I left frantic messages on vm's at 6:30am, & Sun City got a crew out to my home asap -- before 10am! They were professional, courteous, & found & fixed my unit. Thx, Sun City H&C!

Sun City was available same day every time I called. They have been to my place of business twice now. Prices are reasonable and technicians have always been professional and personable I would recommend them to all my business contacts.

What an amazing company. Our a/c went we waited 7 days for another company through our Hwa Not only did we wait for them, then they were not sure what was the problem. Then Sun City was referred by my cuzin and I am so happy he did. First of all they come out the same day...yes the same day!!!!! Aaron was so professional and considerate. Not only did he fix our A/C but for much much less. If you need your A/C looked at or fix Sun City will not disappoint!!!!! Call them today you will be happy you did!!!!

After five years of faithful service my Trane unit stopped heating. I contacted Sun Country Heating and Cooling, Inc. I live in a rural area quite some distance from the companies facilities. Still they promptly dispatched Service Technician Aaron Breen to repair my unit. Aaron was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and repair my unit to full function within minutes of his arrival using spare parts stored in his service van. I am very pleased with the courteous and professional service received from Sun Country. I highly recommend Sun Country. The installation of my unit went far beyond just replacing my old unit to bring my complete system including plenum and ductwork up to standards. The follow-up service since the installation has been impeccable with absolutely no charge to me.

I had them to my house to fix a problem with my heater twice knowing that very soon the entire unit was going to go. It was 27 years old. It finally went because of the service that they gave me prior and the pricing that they put on the new unit I went with them and I’m extremely happy

Great experience with Sun City Heating and Cooling! They replaced both of my very old AC units with two new American Standard units. I’m only 24 hours in with the new ones but they work great and I’m looking forward to lower utility bills! They were on time,

This company is so professional and the people are nice!! From the office on the phone, to all the guys who came to replace the entire HVAC in our house. Two large outdoor units. 12 hour day. It was 110+ degrees, and the attic must have been unbearable. They were efficient, clean, (brought huge runners from the front door all the way upstairs). They cleaned the railings and vacuumed at the end!!! No yelling or bad language. I can't say enough about this company. I feel very confident in their work and knowledge.

I had a wonderful experience. The people in the office were very friendly and efficient they came out to see me quickly to see what my issue was. They gave me options as to what I needed. They explained everything. They were able to work with me on my schedule. They showed up on time. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing air-conditioning services. It is an expensive job and I felt confident that I was dealing with the right people. I recommended them to two neighbors already!

I have been using this company's services for over 8 years, these guys are well trained technicians. They posses a solid understanding of HVAC systems. If you hire them, you'll be glad you did. Very reasonableness prices too.

After 3 weeks of having no ac and dealing with my home owner's warranty to no avail I called Sun Country heating and ac. All I can say is Wow. Alexis had Mike come out the same day I called and I decided to purchase my ac from them. The tech Cameron even came back to offer me a cooling unit to use until install. Two days later Brian and his crew were at my home first thing to install my unit. From the first call to the install this company was professional and efficient and friendly. They treated me like family. My thanks Ray. You have a great bunch of people working for your company. Sun Country has another loyal customer.

We have been using Sun City Heating and Cooling for years for all our Air Conditioner and Heating needs. Including installing new air conditioners and annual service. They are very professional, honest and prompt in responding, accessing and fixing any issues that arises. We are grateful that we were referred to them years ago.

05/29/24- I had Sun Country come out to do a preventative maintenance on my AC unit. Martin has serviced my unit a few times in the past and never disappoints!

5/2023- Fantastic service as always! The young man that came out to replace the motor on one of the dampers was polite and efficient in doing his job. Sun City/Sun Country Air is the only company I use!

My A/C has frozen once the temperature has been above 105 degrees for the last three years. The system is eight years old and is a well-known brand. I became an expert at defrosting the a/c. I had 4 or 5 different companies look at the system and was told the entire duct system had to be replaced, additional air registers must be added, and finally, the A/C needed replacement. I was ready to purchase an $18,000 A/C and Furnace. I called Sun City for a second bid. Cameron of Sun City Heating and Cooling came to the house, spent 30 minutes, and reported, " I think I know what the problem is." Today it is 119 degrees outside and 74 degrees in my house. For under $200, my three years problem was fixed. I will be generous and suggest the other companies that came were simply ignorant. Sun City Heating and Cooling is the only company I will call for AC and Heating issues going forward.
