I called Air Supply due to a maintenance notice on my thermostat. I spoke with rep Kelly and he set me up the same day in an hour. I got notice from tec. Mathew that he would be arriving and he did maintenance on the unit and was back up and running with in the hour.

I don’t generally give rating but my experience was friendly and fair,I appreciate good service.

It took a while to get the parts and work completed but the job was phenomenal. The technicians were awesome and Lisa, Cindy and Mary were very helpful. Thank you! Here’s to many cool and carefree years.
Update: Had to have Austin come and check out my system and he was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. He had to make repairs and adjustments and even changed my air filter which is quite a chore for me to do. Hopefully, my new unit will give me years of comfort and all my problems and issues will always be resolved quickly and painlessly.

I have never been treated so well by a company. Lisa, the sales lady came on Saturday she explained everything to me and got the best price she could. Very professional even though my dogs would not leave her alone. We made the deal and on Monday morning Jose, Victor and Juan were her at 8:00 and completely done by 12:30. Awesome job. My house is so comfortable…. If you’re looking for an air conditioning company, this is the one. What a great family and company. Thank you guys 💕👍

Technician arrived on time and was nice to deal with. They worked fast and left no mess. Showed us pictures of their work in the system so we could see what was happening. Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job on my replacement install for both furnace and ac. Too bad they didn't check all the air vents like I was told they would originally but i didn't get it in writing so it's my bad. Anyway, the system works nicely and a big thanks to the entire crew for making it happen.

Executive Summary: In a literal ocean of heating and air conditioning companies, I HIGHLY recommend Air Supply Heating & Air Conditioning. I had a big residential 2 system A/C replacement. They were excellent, on-time, professional, complete, competitively priced, with outstanding follow-up.

I recently shopped for 2 entire air conditioning systems. I had researched equipment and manufacturers and was pretty certain I wanted an Amana S Series 3.5 ton and 3.0-ton system. I contacted 4 air conditioning companies to get various quotes on equipment which included Amana, Bosch, Rheem, Goodman, Lennox and a couple of others.

I met with Ryan, from Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning.. Frankly, they were excellent. Ryan was up front on the pluses and minus of various systems, on the costs, on the warranties and installations. I still didn’t exactly believe they would execute as well as he claimed but he negotiated a very reasonable price for such an expensive purchase, including 10-year labor and parts warranties, lifetime warranty on compressor, and a 5 year maintenance warranty.

The installation crew arrived when and where they should have. They were neat, professional, communicative, efficient and thorough. Victor, Jose and Juan were excellent, much to my pleasant surprise. The installation took all day. These service providers couldn’t have done a better job. There was some finishing work that needed to be done on walls and attic entry as they had to be expanded to put the air handlers in the attic. I had a limited window of time to get the work done, and Air Supply Inc Heating and Air got a craftsman from Home Maintenance Solutions to come, spend hours doing the repairs and, when he was done, there was no evidence that anything had ever been wrong. Juan Carlos was an artisan.

I heartily recommend Air Supply, Inc. Go get other estimates, shop your job, but choose Air Supply. They are excellent.

I was impressed by the professionalism of Ryan Victor and Jose. They did an amazing job and kept everything super clean. They protected our floors and walls and put in the new equipment quickly and efficiently. They made sure everything worked and they kept their word on everything they would do. Highly recommend them to work on or replace your HVAC equipment. A great company.

Michael & Joshua cleaned our air ducts and also repaired our system that was damaged by rats. We had a whole mess going on and they came in, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and cleaned everything out leaving us with a great smelling house. We are soooo relieved now. Not to mention they were so nice and fast.

I reached out to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my 2 AC units. Jeff helped me out with the scheduling (same day!), he was very professional and cordial. Lisa came in to take an inventory of things and presented options based on my needs. She was present, kind, she really heard me, and provided me an honest and fair bundle, again, based on my needs. No up-sales, no gimmicks, just hard facts and the most logical/economical options for me. We’re starting the project next week so I’ll update my review then with pics and feedback on the rest of the project but so far, I’m very happy with my interaction with Air Supply! He's service was quick and he respected my home. The service was reasonable priced. I will be using Air supply for all my maintenance and hvac needs.

Very thorough. Great customer service! Courtesy call 30 minutes prior , with attached Google map showing where the technician was in relation to job site. Michael was so courteous, understanding, and relayed every detail of the job at hand.

I called air supply this morning, they schdule a tech guy and in 2 hours they tech guy name austin come right on time as they say, he check the units in in 10 min he know exactly what is tech issues
He fix it and in 3 hours sense I call them my AC unit was up and running
And with a fairly low cost lower than I expected...
Can't say enough about the proficiency
Will recommend and will use them again. 👍
