Booking my maintenance appointment was seamless. Technician Carlos was on time, professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. I hv been with this Company for many years and wouldn’t think about changing. It’s family owned and the owner is reputable and honest. Customers are treated well. You can’t go wrong.

Very happy with the service I received the technicians that came out to my house was very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend them to anyone I know and they are the best in The city and country. I guess that’s why they call himself Suncountry and Sun City. and I’ve been using them for years thank you very much

Our heat went out in the middle of the night so I called Sun Country early in the morning. Luckily, they were able to get their tech Aaron out that same morning. He worked very efficiently to reset and test the system and got it working again. The only charge was the diagnostic service call fee. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. If the system fails within 15 days they promised to put this charge toward any repair. We appreciate Sun Country's professionalism and prompt service - thanks again! We will call them to check our a/c in the spring. Sun Country was originally recommended to us through a neighborhood website.

Great service! Mike gave me all the options, pros and cons of each and facts to let me make the decision without any pressure tactics. Installers very professional and efficient. Had the complete HVAC system replaced in 5 hours, used tarps to protect carpets, fixed molding around the attic access and they even swept the carpet after they were done. Couldn’t even tell they were there. Highly recommend. Not the cheapest quote I obtained but cheapest isn’t always the best quality nor best service. Sun Country was the only company to offer 36 months no interest financing which was just icing on the cake.

I was very impressed with the customer service professional Carmello! I have to give 5 stars. But the technician who came( I won’t mention names) was more like 2 stars. He showed up unprepared. He arrived and didn’t have a water extension hose to clean the unit. He wanted to reschedule or do the tune up without it. So the unit wouldn’t be cleaned even though it is included in the tune up. He said he left without it. Should be standard to have it with you if you were supposed to be cleaning hvac systems with the tune up. He ended up using my hose, which was fine. But, when I looked in the unit, It still has debris. You would think he would hose it down which I was hoping for. I thought that would be standard. Now I might have to open it myself or hire another company to clean out debris. Thus, I gave 3 stars.
Update:
Carmello reached out after he had learned that I was not happy about the service and wanted to make things right. Carmello went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. 5 star customer service again! The technician Austin showed up today. And, he did a great job! He was very professional, friendly, and most of all prepared. He had everything he needed to complete the job! He brought a ladder, 100 foot hose, and tool box. I will definitely be asking for Austin in the future! He is a 5 star technician! I believe in giving 2nd chances and I’m glad I did!

Technician Danny Salman was prompt, honest, helpful and thorough in diagnosing my heating issue, ordering replacement part and scheduling service.

new unit. still have instalation issues acording to what tech said. not enough low voltage wires so to Swatchhata between AC and Heat they have to Swatchhata a wire. this is a problem on fall and spring days when you might need AC during day and Heat at night. Hopefully they will fix this install error.

I had two complete HVAC units installed. One at my residence and one at my rental. I'm rating Air Supply at 3 stars because there has been many issues with the installations, canceled appointments and inspections. Everyone at Air Supply seems concerned but somehow it seems something keeps going wrong.

My AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Danny was the best. They came super-fast and repaired it for me. Another company said it could not be fixed. Danny was honest and saved me a ton of money!! They are the best in town! Thank you so much!!

Great company to work with. We had our 2 AC units replaced and they were very helpful and informative with the whole process. Only thing is the units we have now are louder then the old ones and make this awful noise when shutting off, but we had a tech come out who checked it out, cleaned the units, and tested them. Said they are working like they are supposed to, just the way the unit is. Moises was so helpful and patient and answered all my questions throughout the whole process.
Their call center is amazing as well. The communication is phenomenal with this company. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for quick, honest, great communicators, of a company.

This was my first A/C tune-up and air duct cleaning at my first new home. Air Supply did a great job! Michael and his son were on time, professional, really nice to talk to, and explained everything to me thoroughly. The service was quick, and it didn't take longer than 45min.
I'll be calling them again next year!

Called for a $29 inspection, Kevin called and told me he could be there an hour early, which was fine. Kevin took at least 1 hour inspecting our old furnace and AC system. He sat with us for a while and explained what he had found and taken photos of . We spent a good while discussing the pros and cons and he gave us some alternative prices for the work. Bottom line Air Supply was great, and Kevin was the best, My wife and i now need to talk it over and make some decisions.

My 21 year old AC gave out in August. I called several companies for quotes on my needs. I found Air Supply not only the most competitive, but they also had the best availability for installation. They came out the next day and installed my system. They even needed a crane to lift the unit over my fence. I asked for their licenses and insurance coverages and these were provided in a fast and friendly manner. I received phone calls throughout the installation to assure all was going smoothly and that I was satisfied.
Their crew were extremely courteous and professional. They put plastic all over my closet to protect my belongings while they replaced the unit in the attic. The installation went perfectly and they were done before I knew it.
One thing I thought could have been better was the final drywall repair to the attic entrance. The work was as good as everything else regarding the project, but it took two weeks to get the job scheduled. Not a big issue but my wife would have liked it to be done quicker.
Their follow up is exceptional and their warranties are equal or better than everyone I contacted. I have a second unit that I hope I will not have to replace anytime soon, but if I do, I will call Air Supply again!

The last service company I had was terrible, and the agent was more interested in selling me something I didn’t need, Air Supply Heating was very good company, did what they were hired to do, and I have found a new company to work with. Very happy with there service.
