Nikko April from Sierra did an excellent job today! He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything so well.
We had other technicians before but he was the only technician that mentioned that we were missing an important filter. So that was really helpful to know.
He gave us some very good advices and he was really efficient, positive, friendly and overall an amazing person!
We can easily say that Nikko April is the best technician from Sierra!
We highly recommend him!!!!

Andrew who performed the maintenance and diagnosis, and Bryce who returned to replace the faulty part were both incredible. They were polite, knowledgeable and completely professional. Also, the part that had to be replaced was on a 14 year old unit, but they replaced free of charge because it cracked during service. Been using Sierra for 12 years, and always impressed.

I have a membership. This team of great people have been great to me and my mother. Nico went above and beyond to make sure my mother had a toilet before nights end. Warwick, Cory,Raul and Matt all played a role getting my chlorine filter as well as my AC fixed before summer gets here. I don't want to leave out all the office team that ensured I had. Carlos C. with Sierra Air Conditioner & Plumbing truly went above and beyond for our family when our water heater broke unexpectedly. He was extremely professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt completely comfortable having him in our home with two small kids and dogs, which says a lot.
Carlos arranged the installation of our new water heater, and Jesse and Danny were absolutely wonderful during the install. They were friendly, professional, and so patient answering all of our kids’ questions while they worked and making the whole experience stress-free.
What really stood out was how much this entire team genuinely cared. It’s rare to find such knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable technicians. I can’t recommend Carlos, Jesse, and Danny enough!

Sierra A/C & Plumbing came to follow up on our seasonal maintenance service, the service technician was Mario Castro, he arrived on time and then proceeded with his task. After he was finished he politely asked if we (wife & I ) had time so he could explain his work and findings, so we agreed; he was very detailed oriented explaining how the whole system functions and also he answered our questions. My impression of Mario is very positive he conducted himself professionally and respectful, he's knowledgeable and technically proficient.
Easily will give Mario an A++ performance.
I would love to have Mario scheduled for the next service if possible. Thank you.

We had a great experience with Raul Morales from Sierra AC & Heating here in Las Vegas. Our 12-year-old tank water heater was at the end of its life, and Raul helped us make the decision to upgrade to a tankless system.

He was personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire process. Raul took the time to explain everything clearly and arranged for a full tankless installation, including upgrading our gas line from 3/4" to 1" to ensure proper performance, as well as installing a sediment filter to help extend the lifespan of the new unit — which is especially important with our hard water here in Vegas.

He coordinated everything quickly and efficiently, and we’ll have hot water again by tonight. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish.

Highly recommend Raul if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

Service itself was great. The only reason I took off a star is because my ceiling was partially damaged from the pressure washing in the shower pipe and there was water on the floor which my son did help him clean up. I would suggest that this type of service have at least 2 people. This poor guy had to run from upstairs out to the vehicle to power off the pump. All services we have gotten from previous techs have been great. It was just this one isolated incident.

Had Sierra replace our air conditioner and work was done in roughly six hours. Hugo, Bryan, Brandon, and Jardel were amazing. They made sure to protect our floors/stairs and cleaned up afterwards. They gave a tutorial on how to use the new thermostat and walked us through all the work done. Still need to have the inspection done, but this portion was done professionally and they were very respectful. Highly recommend Sierra.

We have used Sierra for a number of maintenance and repair needs over the years. Always prompt and professional. I’ve never had to call back a technician for an error in the work. They take their time to ensure the work is done properly the first time. While they may not always be the lowest price, they do provide exceptional value, considering the work is first rate. Even more importantly, several of the technicians we have had over the years have spoken very highly about the work culture at Sierra. If I can receive quality, value driven service by a company that treats their employees well, I’m all in.

Replaced shutoff valves to newer quarter stop valves under two sinks and laundry room. The replacement valves are easy to use in all the areas. The only issue is that the new box in the laundry room clearly isn't level (the old one was), but could have been placed better. We were told that the drywall would have to be cut, but didn't expect that it would be so much. We will have to have it straightened when the handyman comes to repair the wall.

Sierra Air conditioning and Plumbing has Always been a positive experience for me. My last technicians Carlos and Sylvester were very professional and informative about everything that they were doing. They explained to me about some of the issues I had and also gave me options for upgrades as well. Not pushy at all. I’m not surprised about the quality work ethic they provided. Thank you Sierra again for excellent service!

I was having difficulty with water pressure in my home. I called Sierra air conditioning and plumbing on a Monday morning. Later that AM Jordan arrived at my home to diagnose the problem. He checked out the plumbing system and informed me of the problem and cost of repair. I agreed to the repair. He asked about a convenient time and stated it could be done that day. Matt arrived to complete the repair shortly after noon. He worked efficiently and completed the job. He then tested all the faucets in the house to make sure they functioned properly. Everything was perfect! Thank you to all at Sierra!

Juan and his coworker took such great care of us! They were very thorough and clean. They made sure to ask and answer all of our questions (which we had a lot of them throughout the time they were at our house). They were very genuine and made sure that we understood all the work that they did along with walking us through the process. After they were finished they cleaned up after themselves and left no trace of the work outside of the great things that they did. We would recommend Juan and this company for any of their work. I would request him if I were you! Thank you Juan!

We are tenants and recently had an issue with our HVAC system after welcoming our newborn baby. The temperature in our home was very inconsistent — the master bedroom was heating while the two other bedrooms were blowing cool air, which made it difficult to keep the house comfortable.

Andrew Trujillo from Sierra Air Conditioning and Plumbing came to help us, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional, patient, and took the time to carefully check the system and explain what might be causing the issue.

There was also a chirping noise in the house from a fire alarm, and even though it was a small thing, he kindly offered to help replace the battery for us. That level of care really meant a lot, especially with a newborn at home.

We truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Even though we are just tenants and not the homeowners, he treated us with respect and took the time to help. Andrew provided excellent service and a great experience. Highly recommend!

Sky was awesome. When he originally came by on the first appointment it was just to see what was going on with thermostat that we had. Not only did he fix it, he actually replaced it to a more current upgrade model. Went over all the details about the new thermostat and was gracious enough to be understanding about the dogs. Lastly, he checked on the units outside to make sure they were functioning properly. You can't be awesome customer service. I was so glad he was the same service guy cuz he was so kind and his customer service is a a+. Five stars all the way! Thank you Sky and Sierra for awesome customer service!

I hired Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing company for a sewer backup issue that needed to be addressed. Over the course of six weeks (from November 16th through today), expectations on how this project was done was underwhelming.

I hired them before to help me snake a clog line, where they responded quickly and the plumber that came out was a very nice individual, who sold me on the reliability of the company. That is why I reached out to them when I had this issue. Back then, I offered a glowing review.

During these six weeks, there were instances of issues that arose; first, they started working on the project without letting me clear it with my HOA, which caused all sorts of confusion. I contacted the company between 4-8 times via phone and messages requesting status updates or return calls. On multiple occasions, I was told a manager would follow up. Most of those return calls never happened or would be returned days later. I attempted to contact them via email, but again no proper follow-up. There was no consistent communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation. As of today (12/22) I was contacted to let me know that they were coming to finish the work, however, the work had been finished on 12/1. I have been made to feel that I no longer mattered as an active client.

Job-site conduct was also unprofessional. Workers were observed loitering on neighboring properties, leaving tools and debris behind instead of cleaning up, and damaging landscaping without acknowledgment or repair. When the landscaping matter was brought up to one of the reps that came to review the work, he told me that in their contract, it says they don't do landscaping. When I brought up the fact that I wasn't looking for landscaping but accountability or compensation for what they did damage, he offered to pay me out of his pocket for the damaged plants. Not the kind of accountability response that I expected.

While some of the office employees were polite, the repeated communication failures, missed timelines, lack of managerial follow-through, and disregard for my and the surrounding properties make this company difficult to trust. Homeowners should be very cautious, document everything in writing, and closely monitor both progress and conduct if they choose to work with them.

I believe that this experience was avoidable with basic communication and follow-through. I am truly disappointed by this experience.

This is part two of my AC unit being replaced as promised arrival time was between 9 and 11 AM. They arrived at 8:40 which was fantastic. Jose was first on site started preparing old air-conditioning to be removed. Adrian arrived soon after to go inside to dismantle the upstairs in the attic equipment for the AC unit and install new equipment.
They carefully laid out sheets for the inside so they don’t track anything in or out of your house.. Also, when they remove the framing around where the upstairs attic is that will be replaced within a week or two after the job is complete. Any trimming that goes around where the new AC control unit is which is high-tech latest version absolutely love it.
Both Adriana and Jose did an amazing job. They were done by after 2 PM which was fantastic communicated throughout the day. Never had an issue with anything. Adrian walked us through the entire system on the controls for inside setting up on the phone. He was quite thorough. Very knowledgeable. I appreciate having two young men who are very kind and courteous. Take their job seriously and get the job done in a timely manner what highly recommend having Sierra air-conditioning company to anyone.

.when I call to book my service appointment the receptionist was very pleasant to talk with and answered my question about installing a new thermostat she set up the first available date. The technician Carlos a very nice young man installed the thermostat and service the air conditioner. Later that day I noticed the system was not cooling but heating the house. I call and the receptionist said a technician would be at my house in the morning. Carlos return in the morning removed the thermostat and told me the new thermostat was defective. He reinstalled my old thermostat in till a get a replacement. I am very pleased the the service and professionalism of all the staff at sun country heating & cooling. John nicholas

Sun country is the best! Tries many other places and no one compares. Took the extra time to figure out why I couldn’t install my Amazon thermostat and fixed some wires on the unit itself in the garage and boom it works! Highly recommend A++++

I had heating season service with Sun Country Yesterday, and as with the prior several times they did the service at our home, had a great experience. The person who took my scheduling call was very pleasant and helpful, and I was able to schedule a very convenient appointment. The technician who came to my house, Martin, was very personable and informative, and I enjoyed talking with him.
Five stars all around!!
