Our air conditioner stopped working well on a very hot Saturday. Contacted them late afternoon and they were able to come out on Sunday and got us up and running. We were very happy with their service and would recommend!

Great service and responsiveness! Danial was very in tune with what was going on with our mini splits and was able to take care of the issue we were having. He recharged the system and gave us input on possible solutions for the leak we were having in the living room. I will call them in the future should I need HVAC work done.

Had trouble with twin furnaces, was referred to Daniel, made an appointment and he was there precisely, trouble- shoot the furnaces, located the problem and corrected it, he also did a check of the other furnaces and found issues. So grateful for the referral to Baker House and beyond impressed with their service! We had a heating emergency on a cold Saturday when I was stuck at work all day. Daniel answered my call immediately and offered to rearrange his schedule to help us. While I wasn’t there I was told he and his son were “very kind, polite and professional - 5 stars!”

We needed AC repair at our small office near Montgomery Park and BakerHouse Service handled it quickly. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the failing component, and had our system cooling again the same afternoon. Excellent service.

Simply OUTSTANDING service. Extremely responsive to our urgent need when freezer went down hard. Booking appointment was simple. Daniel was extremely responsive and onsite the next day to determine our problem. On site the very next day to install the broken part and had the unit running quickly. Then it was determined that additional refrigerant would be needed for our closed system so Daniel had to come back bright and early Monday morning to do this additional work. Freezer is now fully operational and working great. Thank you for this much needed work and for your responsiveness and professionalism.

Exceptional work and customer service! My heater went off completely in the middle of the night entering into a weekend, so my house pretty much had no heat over the night. It was 42 degree at night and even my dogs who rarely complained kept shaking to keep themselves warm and we all cozied up with huge blankets in the bed..because the temperature dropped so low.

In a meantime, I reached out to BakerHouse Service late Friday night letting them know about the issue that my minisplits had. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to get anything fixed by Monday since it was already weekends...but I was really surprised that the following Saturday morning Danial did reach out to me and let me know he could actually stop by on Saturday!

I was very grateful that Danial and team was able to diagnose the issues with my minisplits quick! Not only that, they were able to remedy the issue on the spot within that visit,..so I was really thankful the heat was back in the house in no time!

What I appreciated was Danial's knowledge about HVAC system. He did seem to know how to approach solving HVAC issues methodothically...and even I learned a few smaller things about my minisplit system from just his visit.

I can't say enough about how professional and courteous this enterprise is! I had a furnace go out and Gustavo came and gave me options to repair or replace. Gerald and Mila worked to get me my quotes quickly and adjusted as I researched what I felt I needed. After comparing two other quotes I realized that they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they seemed like the best installers to replace my full HVAC system! And most people will tell you, the HVAC installers are 70% of having a well functioning system that will bring comfort for years to come.
