My first experience with MGP was great! They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and most importantly honest. Pricing was fair and service was quick. No complaints, Gerald and Elijah were awesome.

Excellent Plumbing Service – Highly Recommend!

I recently used MGP Mechanical for a repair, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and professional, scheduling an appointment at a time that worked for me.

The plumber arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. They explained everything clearly and provided a fair estimate before starting any work. The repair was done efficiently, and they left the area spotless when they were finished.

It’s hard to find reliable and honest tradespeople, but MGP Mechanical exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing services!

Arrived on time, realistic evaluation of job, tech had common parts in stock, rare job-specific part quickly collected. Friendly, polite, skilled tech left after job well done.

MGP has been a wonderful discovery! Their techs are courteous and professional (shout out to Elijah). Mila in the office is responsive and very knowledgeable. They make sure I understand the options if a repair is needed and provide photos of the issue and the resolutions. I do save some costs by enrolling in their maintenance contract. It's been a good option for me.

Elijah was GREAT! He reached out and asked if he would be able to make it over earlier than expected and headed over. When he arrived he was very professional and easy going. The service he provided on our a/c system was outstanding. He answered all the questions we had and explained everything very clearly about what he had done. We signed up for the annual service with MGP and look forward to knowing we have a great company to rely on. **WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ** 10 out of 10! Thanks guys!

I will never recommend this company to anyone. I was told after buying a swamp cooler from MGP that it included a winterizing of the unit the first year. I was also told a cover for the unit was about $60.00. Today I received a call that the winterizing was not included and the cover was $90.00 +. They came out after the install because my living room flooded since some of the metal was not installed properly. I will not recommend them and will continue to use ABQ Heating and Air-conditioning for my heating and swamp cooler needs.

I love my new tankless water heater. The installation went pretty smoothly. There were a couple minor hiccups but the owner came by and made sure everything was taken care of.

Dennis and Gerald, of MGP Mechanical, were both awesome. They worked efficiently and were very pleasant , explaining what they did to get our AC back on track. We were very pleased with our interaction with them, appreciating their courteous manner. We will definitely use this company again.

Hvac was maintenanced promptly and professionally. Elijah V was a very nice and educated professional. Price is affordable and well worth it. My house is nice and warm now.

Awesome service, would highly recommend. The office staff and technician were helpful and professional. They went above and beyond sourcing part that was on back order in better time to get my heat up and running before the winter. Very appreciative of their team.

Dennis Carrasco of MGP Mechanical came to our house for annual maintenance service on our boiler. This was the first time we had worked with MGP Mechanical or had met Dennis Carrasco He was on time, highly communicative, very friendly, very knowledgeable. He was willing to answer all of our questions and even give us information regarding questions we had about heating and other plumbing issues. We plan to have MGP mechanical service our boiler again next year and we plan to ask for Dennis. We also will now use MGP Mechanical as go to for all our plumbing needs.

Newly installed heater was flashing a light at us. They had someone out within a day and figured the issue quickly. Needed filter replacements. A bit pricey for a check up, but it was thorough and prompt.

The first time they came out they said I had a bad thermostat? Replaced it and left. It wasn’t the problem and had to call them back. They insisted that I pay for the service even though they misdiagnosed the problem. Had to wait all weekend till Monday with space heaters in the house. Second visit they said blower motor is bad and would be 2,500 for the part not including labor/installation. I got charged again for the service with no results and no working heater after a bill of $655.00. I will recommend any property owner or property investor stay away from this company, MGP Mechanical.

We are so grateful to Carlos and Service Titan! Our house had a significant gas leak during an extended period of freezing weather. Carlos discovered the multiple leaks, repaired them, and worked quickly with my husband to get the gas company to inspect, approve and reinstall the meter to turn the gas on. He braved our very slippery TPO roof and helped distribute heaters around our house. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without him! A million thank you’s are not enough for the amazing kindness and professionalism we experienced. What could have been an epic disaster, turned out to be a huge gift. Thank you Carlos and Service Titan so much for everything!

Jacob, Brad, and owner Gerald replaced my swamp cooler and gas furnace with a high efficiency, cold weather heat pump, giving my water heater its own vent in the process. Not only did Gerald provide thorough estimates for multiple options, but he and their scheduler (Joelle) were very helpful in scheduling the 2-day work for completion within a week. Jacob and Brad arrived early in the scheduled window and got right to work, conferring with each other and finding solutions to any challenges that arose. Both kept me informed about progress and plans for next steps throughout. Gerald was also on site part of each day working on connections, and he walked me through the system (including the smart thermostat) before collecting sign-off on the work. It’s working great so far, and I feel confident about calling MGP for maintenance or any repair needs that might crop up—whether on the heat pump or water heater. Nice guys who worked hard and were happy to deliver a job well done.

Every interaction from scheduling to service was a positive experience. We were scheduled within a day of our call and Dennis, our technician arrived prepared to meet our stated needs. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and was able to repair our very old HVAC system. WE were impressed with the service from start to finish and the cost was reasonable.

Had my water heater replaced. Price was a bit cheaper than other estimates and in this day and age it makes a difference, and the service was fast getting the new water heater installed days before Christmas. I highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job! Super knowledgeable and nice owner, technicians, and office staff! Very accommodating with scheduling.

What initially impressed me was that in 18 years, nobody but Gerald (the owner) ever suggested anything different than the awful heating/AC system that I had. Gerald gave me 3 different options, one of which (the one I chose) that I didn't even know was possible.

Great customer service from the first call to the end of the service appointment. They were able to make it out in less than 24 hours to service our mini splits that were not functional in the middle of winter. You can tell the company is a small local family owned business that is focused on serving our communities.

Carlos and Ivan were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The repair was scheduled next day and the two of them did an excellent job repairing a water heater leak and replacing a kitchen faucet. The price was very reasonable. I’ll use this company in the future.
