TechAir has maintained my very old HVAC system for a couple of years now. Two days ago my furnace started blowing cold air (on a very cold day). I called and they came out that afternoon. When I paid for the visit they said the work was guaranteed for 90 days. That night the furnace again started blowing cold air. I called first thing the next day and they came out right away. They consulted with both the furnace and thermostat manufacturer, and spent more two hours working on my unit. I wasn’t charged a dime extra, and I was told that if I have any more issues, I should call immediately even if it's the middle of the night, but since the repair my house has stayed nice and toasty. Finding a company with such caring, respectful staff, that truly stands behind their work, is sadly so rare these days. I can’t recommend TechAir highly enough.

Brothers Ruben and Juan are extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems. The were abundantly friendly. Their service was timely. They were genuinely interested in fixing my system correctly, not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I called Tech Air as a second opinion, because the first company told me my 11 year old compressor was bad. Tech Air correctly diagnosed the issue and put their competition to shame. On top of that, they guaranty their work for 90 days. These guys are a breathe of fresh air in an industry that requires trained and certified technicians that we have to trust.

Tech Air is a great company. Ruben has come to my home on a Sunday for an emergency. Always fast,helpful ,and so sweet! I wouldn't trust my home to anyone else!

I had my ac unit go out on me and called Juan at Tech Air as they were recommended by some friends of ours. Juan was able to move a few appointments around and come out the next day. Juan knew right away what the issue was and explained everything to me as he went along. Juan is polite, knowledgeable and very professional. If you need help with your ac or heating please give Tech Air a call.

These guys are amazing! Came out within the same week when I requested a quote for a new unit. Gave me a great rundown of all my options! Once we got the install scheduled they came out and gave us a great rundown of how everything worked! Very available and knowledgable of everything! They even reworked some of our wiring when they came out to install! Everything was affordable for needing a completely new unit and was so thankful to be able to work with this company!

Ruben and Juan are simply the best. They are both knowledgeable and hard-working. We recommend them to absolutely anyone that might need heating and cooling repair or installation. Cannot say enough good things about them and their company!

I have used Tech Air since I bought my house in the summer of 2021. The house had a swamp cooler and original furnace. In the winter of 2022 the heater started shutting down randomly and wouldn't turn back on for hours (I went without heat for 12-hours one of the nights it shut down). Then in the summer of 2023, my AC stopped cooling and I was miserable, my house was 95 inside at midnight and that was the last straw, or so I thought.

I called Tech Air to give me an estimate to convert to refrig. air and replace my furnace. They came out, gave me an estimate, I chickened out and put a bandaid fix on the heater and swamp cooler and forgot about it. But then, I inquired again a few months later because winter was coming along again and Ruben stayed on the phone with me for about an hour giving me all of the details, options for the AC and furnace, and we discussed paying in full/payments, the best time of the year to convert due to pricing/comfort, etc., he answered ALL of my questions and listened to exactly what I wanted the outcome to be (seriously, I'm annoying and picky when it comes to making big purchases with my hard earned money).

Finally, I decided to go through some of the winter with my old furnace and get the work done in January 2024. Ruben and Juan did the job in a couple of days, even though the job was quite difficult because the furnace is in the attic and the attic is so small. But when the city came out to inspect, the inspector was even commenting that he was impressed that they were able to get the furnace in and up and running up to code on the first try. I got the green sticker from the city and let me tell you - I have been so warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer. Best upgrade I have done to my house since I bought it and the price was SUPER reasonable (Ruben encouraged me to get multiple estimates, which I did, one place came to my house with their laptop, clipboard desk, and even a mini printer to print out the estimate and options - and it was almost double the price as Tech Air, another place was cheaper by about 2k, but they didn't want to get a permit which I thought was kind of sketchy).

Tech Air is no BS, straight to the point, they're hardworking, and legit - and they provided a great warranty and "buy back guarantee" which wasn't offered to me by the other guy who brought a whole office set up to my house and wanted double what Tech Air did. Tech Air came through and did exactly what we agreed on, and that's exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. THANKS RUBEN AND JUAN!

Worked with Juan to get an estimate on a conversion from swamp cool to AC. He was very informative and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I highly recommend this company, especially for the customer service I received.

I have chosen to use Tech Air Heating & Cooling for a few years. The technicians handle my summer and winter changeovers for my swamp cooler and furnace. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly (I have come to think of the technicians and company as family!) The pricing of services and the value they provide is absolutely excellent! Many years ago, I used the "big name" companies..not any more. Tech Air Heating and Cooling check everything over thoroughly. One of things I like most is their integrity, honesty, and friendship. There's no trying to sell you equipment or parts you don't need. I have an older furnace and swamp cooler, and when I become concerned about something...I give them call and they come right out to check for any issues. This is my go-to company! I'm not calling anyone else! The Tech Air Heating and Cooling company is fabulous! I very highly recommend!

I just want to say how much I appreciate Tech Air! When my furnace went out they brought heaters to my house while they installed my new furnace. They got everything done quickly and the men who did the work were very nice and respectful! I’ll never use anybody but TECH-AIR!! 👍

From my friend: This company was professional, on time, and worked all day until the job was done!! I was left two portable air conditioners until they could come to my house and fix the problem. There is a 2-year warranty on parts and labor. Both guys worked all day with no food break!! Thank you so much for all of your hard work at my home!!

From me: The tech called about 15 minutes out. He was able to get into my community no problem. He was professional, on time, and so far it looks like the problem has been solved! He completely replaced the float, as well as the pads and also disposed of the pads, thank you very much!! The call was considered a diagnostic call so I wasn't charged as much since my air conditioner was already up and running from the prior company I called. He also was able to fix my leaking problem I believe by adding a piece of a pad from a regular swamp cooler, apparently there's some kind of trick because Master cools are known for leaking out of the front. So here's hoping!!! Will be back if my review changes, but these guys are not only professional, do their job fast, but so far very reliable!!

They sent a tech named Jayden out he was very nice and helped me understand what was going on and was able to fix it in a timely manner.

They sent jayden to fix my heater he was really nice and hardworking. Fixed it in a jiffy and it’s working better than ever.

Both Ruben and Juan are great. Both are very knowledgeable and honest; and can answer any question you may have about my mini split system. They go the extra mile to fix a problem. They are never rushed. I would highly recommend using this company.

Wow I just called yesterday and got an appointment for today and the technician Juan came out even earlier than expected which was wonderful as our house was at 88° upstairs without an A/C. He was friendly, charismatic, funny, and professional all in the same beat. He worked fast and efficiently and it was even affordable. I can not sing enough praises for Juan and his company for how they helped us in the hottest part of the year. We will be keeping this contact info for any future problems and ensure these are our one and only A/C technicians from here on out. Give them a call, you won't regret it.
