Sent Jayden out to maintenance my system, he had great customer service and talked me through everything going on with my system. I feel good about this company going forward.

These guys are awesome! I called them out to troubleshoot my system that I'm pretty sure got struck by lightning....they replaced a few components and got it working again, but a couple days later the compressor failed. They were out the next day to troubleshoot again, and when we eventually decided the cost of fixing stuff wasn't worth it (and decided on a full system replacement), they credited every dollar I had already spent towards the new system. Not only that, but after it was installed they kept with me, to include coming to my house on the weekend at no extra charge to make sure it was working correctly. I can't recommend this company enough! If you need HVAC related service, use these guys!

Tech air came highly recommended to me. I spoke with Juan who made it to repair my a/c unit the next day. He was prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. 5 stars in every way!!

Great company, I had them shutdown my cooler. They sent out Jayden and he was very nice, respectful and finished in a timely manner. One of the best hvac company’s I’ve used.

They have been maintaining my ac system for a couple years now, they always send either Juan or jayden out. Both are great and very reasonable as well as informative. I will always use tech air going forward

Furnace went out,but Tech Air showed up the next morning promptly at 8:00. Had to replace the gas valve and igniter, which required them to go pick up a new part, but the work was done before noon. I felt like the work was done right and the price was fair. Jayden was careful and competent.

We had an under-slab leak and chose B. Carlson because they promised faster service and same-day availability. Unfortunately, the experience was very frustrating from start to finish.

The first day went as expected, but the following morning the technician promised to arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 and did not show up. By 10:30 there was still no one. We had to call them. When we called, we were told he had been dispatched to an emergency and would arrive soon. But this was never relayed to us until we reached out ourselves. He finally showed up at 11:30, which was so late that he could not finish the job.

The leak ended up not being exactly where it was initially detected, which is understandable. He did repair the leak and said he would return the next day to finish, but could not give a time and said dispatch would contact us. No one called. He eventually arrived around 4:00 and filled the hole.

Before he left, I specifically asked how long it would take the floor (concrete) to dry before we could put the carpet back, and he told us to wait two days. After he left, we realized no concrete slab patch had been done. After digging through emails, we discovered the quote did not include slab repair. This was never clearly explained to us. Why was it not verbally communicated upfront that the concrete would not be replaced? Had we been informed of this we would have gotten more companies out to complete the bids and proceed with another company.

This is our third slab leak, and this job was significantly more expensive than similar work we have had done by other companies even with the added valve replacement. We paid their premium price due to availability and promises to get job done quickly. The biggest issue was communication. It was extremely poor throughout the process. The company seems to promise fast turnaround, but in reality technicians bounce between jobs instead of fully completing one before moving on. Had we been informed throughout the process to include no concrete work done by them it would have been handled differently.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

For the person who responds to these, no I will not be calling to “make this right”. You had that chance when I complained to dispatch and all that happened was the technician called to explain they don’t do concrete and they have 2 bags but don’t know when they can come complete that work. The hole took 4 bags and I can do it myself but that wasn’t the point. The lack of communication until you get a review is the problem.

Edit: and as we see another AI response. Such care for your customers with all them Emdash’s and condescension. Such a shame.

I needed help today and they didn't have an opening until tomorrow. Well Drake was getting ready to go home for the day and he made my house his last stop off the day. Thank you Drake and company for getting someone out here today. I would've been without water. Drake did a really good job. Life savers if you ask me !!!! Broke my ancient shower knob and Nobody would come out ! Till I called B.Carlson plumbing Co. The Angel who took my call sent a plumber to me in 40 minutes and he saved us and had my water back up and running .... Dylan even had to run back to Albuquerque for a part and come back to Los Chavez to get the job done. Thankful for a company that truly comes out and offers such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MOMENT THAT ANGEL ANSWERED MY CALL !!! Thank you from the Dominguez Family

So the soft water system started leaking a week ago. I called B. Carlson Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and they got someone within a day. Checked it out and discovered that the water heater was also leaking 😢. They were able to get here on Christmas Eve and replace everything! Drake and his helper Trey were very professional. Took them about 5 hours to get everything done. They cleaned up everything, & took the old stuff out.
Highly recommend them. It’s a Christmas Eve miracle!

Thanks for the great service. The tech that troubleshot our heating system was very professional, he explained the problem and repaired it. We now have a nice warm home. Thanks again.

I wish to compliment the Carlson Service Rep named IVAN who made an outdoor house call on Monday 10/13 when it was raining. He contacted us, provided an accurate arrival time, came around the side of the house when he heard our voices and patiently listened to our concerns. He performed multiple quality checks to validate what the problem was, walked me through his critical thinking as to what the issue may be. After his analysis was completed, it was agreed that the leak was due to a faulty sprinkler system that Carlson was not licensed to work on. During this entire trouble shooting episode, IVAN was good natured, went the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service and left us with an overall good impression regarding the support and advice we received from IVAN and Carlson Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!

Communication is NOT their strong point. Called last week to schedule a leak repair estimate. They said 'we'll be there on 12/8 between 5-8pm". Ok, no problem.

12/8 rolls around, and they text us wanting to send someone at 2pm when we're still at work. We tell them we can't do that and need to stick with the pre-scheduled 5-8pm. They then say 'we're not sure we have someone available that late'. What? They are the ones who chose that time! And now they can't come.

After a lot of back and forth and calling the office, no one could give me a straight answer about what was going on. It took 3 calls and a bunch of texts to whoever does their dispatch to finally just get someone to come out when they said they would.

To top it off, not so much as a 'sorry for any miscommunication' from anyone.

Had a leak under my driveway that was taken care of by B. Carlson. They determined where the leak was, got under the concrete and replaced the cracked water line. Extremely pleased with their work. After everything was done it was a little pricey but still quality work. Our tech Keith was also fantastic! Really appreciate the hard work he did. Not to mention they look out for first responders. 100% recommend!
