BakerHouse Service did an excellent job! My furnace suddenly stopped working last weekend and I got their name from a friend. They came out an hour later (on a Saturday in December!) and by 5pm my furnace was working beautifully. The work required a part and they arranged for an afterhours pick up from the supplier then came right back and finished the job. They also did a thorough check of the furnace to be sure everything else was in order. We were very happy with their work and so relieved to have it fixed the same day. Thank you, BakerHouse! Highly recommend!

Last week our 16 year old furnace was having intermittent issues in the middle of the Arctic blast, so our home was quickly getting colder. Daniel from BakerHouse came out that same day, and efficiently diagnosed the problem to be the furnace motor was seizing up. No motors for the furnace unit were available locally, so he had one sent in overnight. The next day he quickly replaced the motor with the new unit and now, a week later, the furnace shows no signs of ever having problems.
Daniel did a great job from start to finish: letting us know precisely when he would be here both times. He caused minimal disruption to our household while diagnosing and repairing the furnace. Receipts for the work were all handled electronically, so I had that all in hand before he even left. Doing such wonderful business, I don't know how long he will be able to provide same day service, but that was truly amazing and appreciated.

These two Amazing technicians are top notch professionals who took great care of our super filthy a/c’s! The units are running nice n chill!! We can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend if you want the job done right the first time!!!!!!

Service was fantastic! Daniel was patient and polite. He explained it all as he worked. My central AC unit is an antique. The top cover is bent up due to a large tree branch falling on it years ago. The fan motor was frozen, in part due to fan blades hitting the bent housing. Dan had another brand fan motor... But the mounting holes didn't match. He spent more than an hour drilling new holes and metal fitting so it would work w/balance and w/o interference. Before it died, the air was not very cool. Dan said my refrigerant gas was low. This is the very expensive 'old school gas' that costs $200/gallon! He had a leftover partial tank which he used to top off my system. Very cold air! Comprehensive, thoughtful work. The call was 4 hours. He charged me for 3 and he gave me a 10% Veteran/Senior Citizen discount.
