Nathaniel Lucero was very nice and helpful. He had to find a part. He returned within an hour to replacce it. He took care of the replacement. Cleaned every thing up.A very good young man, polite, and freindly. Now my bath facet works and does not leak.

Jason Vigil was our sales representative, who provided the best experience I've had with any purchase of anything for our home, ever! He was always there to answer and satisfy all my very picky details about a new mini-split system for our home. I knew nothing about mini-splits before this, and they are so incredibly complicated with so many choices that the whole process would have been much more stressful and difficult without Jason holding our hands through it all. Plus, he offered us the best deal compared to our other proposal!

Jason Vigil was the comfort advisor that came out to my residence and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the services in question and available options. All of my questions were answered in depth and in detail. I would definitely recommend him and this company for any HVAC needs.

Mr. Oscar Aguirre, the technician, did a very thorough job doing the preventative maintenance on my heater system making sure it was operating properly. He also did a preventative maintenance check on my AC system in preparation for the winter shutdown. He was very knowledgeable about the work that he performed. I was very pleased with the service provided by ACE (formally Mechanical Control Solutions - MCS)

I would give ACE 10 stars - they did an amazing job. Danny, Alfonso, Kaitlyn, Steve and Jason were absolutely top notch. Total professionalism and outstanding customer service - went way beyond for me.

After dealing with a boiler hot water furnace that never worked properly for almost a year—and having multiple companies attempt (and fail) to fix it—I finally called Ace Heating and Plumbing of Albuquerque. What a difference.

Even though Ace was not the company that originally installed the unit, they stepped up in an incredible way and replaced the entire system free of charge. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. The new unit works perfectly, and the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making things right.

Ace turned a long, frustrating situation into a positive experience. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would give this company zero stars if it allowed. I purchased a kitchen touch faucet through Home Depot and they assigned me to this company for installation. When they called me on a Monday morning we scheduled for a Friday appointment with a 5 hour window from 1-6. At 1:00 they called to let me know the plumber was on a call and had 1 more job after that so I was looking at closer to the 4-6 window of time. Never heard from them again. At 6:10 I called to find out where they were and was told the plumber was still on another job and probably just got too busy to call me. I asked how long it would take and they didn’t know. She offered to reschedule me but I declined. The plumbing scheduling supervisor called me about 20 minutes later to tell me that the plumber still had at least another hour before they could even head to my house which he said would obviously be too late and again wanted to reschedule me. When they realized the other job went 5 hours past estimate they should have either dispatched another plumber to my house or they could have told the other customer they would need to come back the next day to finish. They completely blew me off because I wasn’t a high ticket job and I’m sure they saw dollar signs for the bigger job. They were supposed to call me this morning to discuss my refund but of course they didn’t call. Home Depot used to use Mechanical Control Solutions but apparently they are now ACE. I had bought a high end hot water heater a year and a half ago from Home Depot that Mechanical Control Solutions installed. When I called this summer to get a quote to come flush it they said they would email me the quote and include an updated maintenance package. I never received the quote and called back the next day so they said they were sorry and would get it sent. I never received it and gave up and went with another company. Now I understand that I was talking to ACE since they took over Mechanical Control Solutions. 3 strikes and you are out!!! I had to call Home Depot to tell them how poorly this company treats Home Depot customers and Home Depot issued the refund that the supervisor failed to follow up on. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company doing jobs for Home Depot. Thankfully Home Depot issued escalating this as a complaint on one of their contractors.

Lucas Jimenez is an amazing technician. I was having a problem with a mini split not heating properly. Another company had quoted me $1700 to repair it. I didn't trust that quote, so I called Ace. Lucas, who is not only a great technician, but also a gentleman, came and took the time to fully examine the problem. From his diligence, he determined all that was needed is to reset both the inner and outer components of the system. I only had to pay a service fee. Im delighted with Ace, and specifically Lucas. He's the embodiment of professional. Thank you Ace for saving me $1700.
