Mario and Micah are professional, experienced, and very good at fixing bad to terrible work that was done over the years. The added bonus is that the are genuinely good, nice people who care about getting the job done correctly. Double bonus they are true artists at duct work. Mario even gave me advice on replacing stubborn under sink valves I had to work on while they were fixing my HVAC system. This rating system only goes to 5 stars. I give Hi-tech 10 stars. I was referred to them by a building contractor friend because I needed a deconstruct-reconstruct of an HVAC system that was installed in 2023 tied into an existing duct system that was never completed , full loop, back to the furnace/fan/cooling unit. I called Hi-Tech and they were at the house within a day or two. He looked at the system and said they could get it done within two weeks. It took a week. Mario and Micah, my sincere thanks. The system works like it is supposed to.

This company is wonderful & Mario & Micah are a godsend! I am so thankful for their professionalism and patience with me & my situation. They went above & beyond to help me & worked hard to make my house livable! Superb work and a fair price-- they are my HVAC guys from now until forever!

If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would, because they deserve it!
I live rurally in Torrance County NM, so we don't have but a few not-so-good options to choose from when needing anything to be repaired.
I had a hot water heater emergency suddenly hit me near the weekend. I called several other businesses that claim service the east mountain area.
I thought I had secured help from another place by the name of Ideal. They wrongfully made me and my insurance company believe that they were going to come out here the same day and then changed their minds at the last minute after they had been prepaid and said they couldn't come out until 4 days later. So me and my disabled son would have been without hot water all that time! I can't stand businesses who do that to customers, especially customers who are in emergencies!
I cancelled with Ideal and begin to call around to others with no success. I changed how I was googling and searched for "water heater repair near Tijeras NM", that's when I came across High-tech Heating and Cooling. I saw they had 4.9 star rating. I left a voicemail and a man by the name of Mario called me back not too long afterwards. These folks have a high rating for a reason. Mario was very kind, I explained my situation to him, he and his partner were willing to come out today (same day) on a Friday, even though they had multiple back to back jobs! They went above and beyond for us today, and for that I am eternally grateful!
They did everything in their power to get the job done right, they were honest and straightforward, explaining things from start to finish. They worked as efficiently as possible while keeping the price as low as possible. I have never seen this kind of high quality of work and service provided in this area until today and I have lived in New Mexico my whole life!!
These guys deserve all good business, & they deserve all good blessings. These folks are good, honest people, who do right, they help others who are in dire situations, and stand by the quality of their work! Mario and Christian were the epitome of professional - on time, quick diagnosis of the problem, quick treatment and excellent communication at each step in the process. I would give them six stars.

I called Hi-Tech because of a problem with my heat pump, it would not switch to heating mode. (Previous contractor could not resolve the issue.)
Hi-Tech resolved the issue, with their professional staff, in less than an hour. These guys know what they are doing!

High tech heating were awesome Mario is a straight forward no beating around the bush guy They installed 2 hanging propane gas heaters in my greenhouses kept there word on the estimate finished exactly when they said very fast and great work

Our refrigerated unit is over 12 years old and was not fully performing over the past 3 years. Mario and Micah from Hi Tech, listened and heard our concerns which lead them to access and address the issue. Instantly they began investigating. They were extremely professional, courteous and displayed meticulous attention to details. It was evident their expertise and technical knowledge surpassed what we had experienced before. Mario, Micah and Christian did an excellent job for us, we couldn't be happier. We needed several items corrected on our system, duct work, drainage, and general maintenance and tuning. A/C went out. Not too many options for HVAC repair in the East Mountains. Called Hi-Tech and they were very helpful. They sent someone from ABQ, same day. Mario arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and advised me on repair options, and advised me of costs upfront. Though he did not have all the necessary parts with him, he did return the same day and completed the repairs. Things are much cooler around here now, thanks to Mario and Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling.

I had Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling come by my house to fix my heater a few days ago. It was a quick fix with the “flame detector” being off. Micah came through and replaced the flame detector with a brand new one. He also fixed our thermostat without us asking. He worked quick and efficiently , I would most definitely recommend Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling, especially Micah he was brilliant.

We had work done to our heating boiler for a rental unit. When the fix did not last, they came up from Albuquerque twice to work on it until it did operate correctly without charging for the second two trips. They even did work on the kitchen faucet while here without charging. Fast , friendly, ethical service-would definitely recommend and use again.

Great company with a small crew of knowledgeable professionals and extremely prompt service! Micah went the extra mile to help me figure out a furnace issue that other companies had not been able to solve or fix (besides saying "just replace it" for thousands of dollars). He was able to repair it after finding out it had originally not been installed properly for our high altitude. I'll be calling Hi-Tech back for other heating and cooling system work in the future!

The staff and technicians at Hi-Tech are very professional and courteous. They did a great job in installing ductless mini-splits in 3 rooms in my house. The team was very flexible as we changed locations on them but they accommodated us with a smile on their face. The units looked like they were always there. The job was scheduled very shortly after we gave them the go ahead and they got the installation done within a couple of days. I would highly recommend the company.
