The guys from Hi Tech came out to my home, gave me a free estimate and, though I thought I needed a new condenser, instead of making more money, they were honest and told me it was just shoddy installation, but the condenser was good. Mario said it just needed to be reinstalled correctly. They gave me a flat rate and said if more was wrong, they would not charge me additional labor, only parts. So, I expected it, right? No. Micah and Christian got me in the next day, showed up on time, got it uninstalled, reinstalled and my heating going in one day. Price was fair, all three men were knowledgeable and professional. I will be using them from now on. Thank you so very much, guys. Thankfully, I write this review from my warm living room. You guys are my heroes!

Mario is awesome. I contracted High Tech to do my HVAC for my personal home build. He completed all the load calculations and two units and zones were installed with LG heat pump units. Very efficient units, I have had no issues or problems. I’m so thankful for all that he has done!! I highly recommend High Tech heating and air.

Everett hooked up a new dishwasher, garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He was outstanding. He told us when he arrived that he “got our back” and would take care of us and that is exactly what he did. He was very professional, took time to read installation manual when needed and figured things out. Everything was installed correctly and works great. He also took a little extra time to ensure nothing was leaking. Will definitely use ACE and request Everett for any other plumbing or HVAC work needed at my home. Thank you ACE!

I had an amazing experience with the service that I received for the AC install that I had completed. I had an issue with my AC unit and with the increasing temperatures, the service that was provided was invaluable.

The general manager, Kevin Sullivan, enthusiastically provided the answers to any questions that I had. I would recommend using the services here due to the leadership and urgency in wanting to satisfy customers.

Alfonso was very professional and did an amazing job at describing to me why our AC wasn’t working properly. I appreciate everything he did!

Henry also was very professional and made sure our AC was working properly after he installed the new capacitor. I appreciate everything he did as well.

The guys came and were very rushed. They forgot to put the escutcheon that came with the toilet when replacing the valve, which took 5 minutes and I was charged over $200. for. They used the old one which was there and doesn't fit and is not attached to the wall. They left the toilet unevenly placed against the wall, so I had to move it to get it placed right (I am a 69 years old woman). Of course that messed up the caulking which I had to remove and will have to redo. Overall not a great experience.

Oscar Aguirre was very amiable, professional, and polite while installing a new garbage disposal. The old disposal amazingly lasted 18 years, so he had to put great effort into releasing the old connections, and apologized for making so much noise. Thank you to Oscar.

I had been saving to replace 2 bathroom faucets. I found the ones I wanted at Home Depot and used ACE as their recommended installer. All went as scheduled until the work was complete and one of the faucets was defective. After a week delay and a reorder of one faucet, the installation was complete and beautifully done. Everyone was most helpful and the young man who completed all three installations did an amazing and immaculate job. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to the work and the issue that was completely resolved.

My heater was acting funny and within 3 hours Jorge and Luis were here and 15 minutes later it was fixed. Very thankful. Guys were super kind and made it easy.

Oscar did a good job checking our furnace and advising on recommending to replace the pump next summer. We were disappointed that he did not get to our home as initially projected in the ETA as he was redirected or assigned to another location first.

I have been using ACE (formerly known as MCS) for several years for my HVAC installation and plumbing needs. Oscar Aguirre, the Technician, is quite professional, polite, and trustworthy. I am always satisfied with their service.

Total fail. They just blew a large job. 8-12 urgent gas line appt today. No call, no show. I called, they said oops, he's delayed, be there by 1:30. 2:45.. no call, no show. Called again, I'm told I'm rescheduled for tomorrow. Really? I'm steaming mad, insist on speaking to a supervisor, wherein I'm put on terminal hold (ie: Ignore). Now they won't pick up. Screw them. NEVER USE THEM.

I appreciate all the help my parents received from this company. They were having issues with their heater. And Jason G came out to fix the issue and provided awesome service. He came with a plan to make it right!
