D'Angelo is a gem. He serviced our outdoor unit, cleaned the screens, and confirmed it was working properly. It was clear that he was being very careful and thorough. He was professional and respectful, as well. We will not hesitate to call you again when we need AC or heating work.

Edit to add: it's a year plus after and we called Hi-Tech again to make sure our furnace was ready to fire up. Our tech this time was Micah. He was careful and thorough as well. He tested the furnace for proper operation and explained all the things that were tested were within spec. The price for the service call was reasonable. We're very happy with Hi-Tech!

I called Hi Tech because they work on LG products. When Micah and Mario first arrived, they said there was a misunderstanding as they did not work on small AC units but they said they would clean the coils and see if that would help. Before I knew it, they said we found the problem and they showed me the broken fan and they were able to order a new fan. They came back in two days and voila! it was fixed. They were very friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this company.

I've used many contractors during my life and many of them have not been all that great, but Mario has too been one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Very professional. Very customer satisfaction oriented. No hesitation recommending him, absolutely none.

Mario and his crew are the best. Came out the same day I called, in 20 min. Came early the next morning and finished a complete repair a broken and leaking drain pipe in an awkward place in the crawl space. Also installed new hot water heater the same day. Super service.

Micah came out last week to switch my furnace over to the evaporated cooler. My cooler was only 4 years old, but just the cheapest, didn't work well piece of junk. Micah brought pictures down of the issues, gave us several options and in the end we decided to replace it.
Well, yesterday was our chance to put our new cooler to the test. 90 degrees outside, but cool....maybe to cool inside, lol. The difference is incredible.
Micah and Mario make us feel we can trust their experience. The cooler recommended to us has exceeded our expectations. Thank you both!!

The response and the service was absolutely excellent. Our system is Geo-Thermal and the units were proprietary. Mario quickly diagnosed the problem and resourced a correct replacement. This was an after hours response, so he had to incorporate personal favors to acquire the correct motor at that late an hour. Kudos to Mario, his staff and his resources for taking care of what could have been a disastrously cold night.

Great people excellent knowledge and priced right. I could not have had a better experience. They installed a 30,000 btu tripple head unit and it looks fantastic and works amazing. Definitely hire them if you have any needs.

If I could give higher than five stars I would! Mario and Micah came out yesterday to repair our broken mini split unit. After taking the unit apart and cleaning everything, it appeared that the unit had probably been dropped during installation and was severely damaged and It was causing a leak.
They were professional, very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! They even checked the second mini split and found that it was in need of a thorough cleaning! Both the units are working great now! It was miserably hot in the house last week. But when we got up this morning, the temperature inside the house was 65°!
We will continue to use this company for all our HVAC needs! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, Mario and Micah!

Double 5 stars! The A/C service tech, Micah used his knowledge, skills, & abilities that were needed to fix our a/c issue, especially when repairs were desperately needed during Albuquerque's hot Jul summer days. We highly recommend HiTech H&C!!

Mario and Micah came out to do a diag on my HVAC. Same day service and diag within an hour. Got my problem addressed and troubleshooting my system to verify everything was working properly. Also answered my questions on preventive maintenance. Highly recommend and would use them again.

We give Mario and Micah double 5 stars! They go above and beyond for their customers. They replaced a heat pump and cooler that had been incorrectly installed by another company and ensured we were up to code on both the heat pump and our hot water heater. We will not use any other heating and cooling companies going forward, and do not hesitate to recommend them!

10\5 stars, amazing company friendly, extremely professional. When my water heater went out Mario was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule. Stayed until the job was done and we had hot water again. Not only that but checked back in and made sure everything was running well a few days later.
