They do a superb job. Had Chris get my evaporative cooler ready for the summer, and he got it up and running on no time. I thought I was going to have to wait a week or so to get an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in that same day. I noticed one of the old turnkey valves had a bit of a drip, and Chris was able to come over the next day to swap out some old fittings. Truly appreciate him!

Amazing company, super responsive, friendly, affordable. You cannot go wrong I've done several projects at residential and commercial properties with these folks, including my own home.

They installed a new air conditioner in my building a couple of years ago. I bought the extended warranty they offered and now they won't return my calls texts to come check it because it's already having problems. Don't use this company.

There appeared to be leak on property line in Paradise Hills. They came and checked meter to see if it showed leaking. Luckily no leaking on my side. They told me there would be no charge since they were in the area anyway. Very professional!

In something of an emergency, for the health of our trees & roses, Jake and his mate Jordan responded with all due haste, and repaired our plumbing and sprinklers - in one hour! Fast, super courteous, and most understanding of my mechanical inability. It is to Jake that I will turn first for plumbing, and HVAC matters in future. We are definitely keeping Jacob's business card for the future. We were so grateful for his work on clearing our dryer vent hose.

I am disappointed in there follow up. They installed a furnace in January however the fan speed was too loud and they said they could come back and lower the speed. I contacted them every couple of weeks to do this. The guy that answered the phone said he would notify his boss. It is now April and I am still waiting.

Very satisfied with Ortega Mechanical because of their professional performance. I had two commodes replaced and they completed the task in a timely manner. I was impressed with the courtesy they showed and how clean they were. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs.

Jake and Robert just finished up at our house putting in 2 Aerocool units. The house is so cool, super noticeable. The service and professionalism was outstanding. They ran into some extra work that we didn't realize needed to be done and they did it without any trouble. These are the guys to hire.
