My technician, Ken Whitt, is always great to work with. Today, he maintained and set up by new boiler for the winter. Ken actually installed my boiler last fall and is always professional and knowledgeable. Honestly, he is the only one I really trust in working on my boiler. He has also fixed leaking faucets and swamp coolers at my home as well. If I ever have a question on my HVAC system, he is quick to return my call or text and is helpful in explaining so that I can understand as well. Thanks Ken!

Ken went above and beyond for us. He showed up on the weekend to get our old boiler running again, and then came back with the needed parts to make sure the repair was solid and safe. He’s friendly, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. Truly a great guy. We’re grateful for his help!

To say our job was average was an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! The builder had installed a WAY substandard system and due to the design of the house there was really no way to correct the basic design flaws. Robert listened and understood the issues we faced and offered a great solution!!! A 6 Zone Mini-Split Cold Climate Heat pump (2 outside units). The installation was not easy, but the whole crew (Ken, Richardo, Alex and Walter) did an OUTSTANDING job. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to answer all our questions (given the horrible experience with the builder) and adapted to any changes we requested. Prior to picking Nespolo, I had 4 other big local companies come out. The first thing I told all of them was that we DID NOT want a gas furnace due to Propane costs. All the other companies included a propane furnace in their proposals. Nespolo definitely listened and gave us a WONDERFUL solution!!!

Great company! I called to have an appointment made to get my furnace turned on for the winter season and they did great! ( Javier ) the technician was very police and patient with my dog, he was the gentleman who worked on our furnace and he told me issues about that no other company had told me was wrong with my furnace. Thank you guys for the great work.

I had an issue with my water heater and Ken was the technician who came out—absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in a way that made sense. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. My water heater is running perfectly now, and he even gave me tips to keep it running smoothly long-term.

Javier from Nespolo came this morning to do the winter special tune-up. Moved into this house not too long ago and wanted to make sure the heating system was tuned up. Javier was superb. Came on time with a text notification before arrival. Not rushed. Spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing and why. Went through and explained the system to me. Addressed all of my questions. Assuming Javier is representative of the company, as Sandra who made my appointment was really good too. I’ve seen other HVAC tune-ups and can honestly say Javier exceeded what I’m used too and had a good reason for all of his work. I’m pleased.

Nespolo Mechanical did an amazing job fixing our heating system. They were fast, polite, and really seemed to care about getting everything working perfectly. The technician (Ken) took extra time to answer my questions and even gave tips for keeping the system running smoothly. If you want a reliable team that treats you like family, this is the company to call!

Not a company I will be calling out to my home again. The so called plumber or HVAC tech is very underskilled and could not diagnose the issue. Smelled like weed and spent well over an hour trying to upsell me accessories not need or a replacement unit. Was told my Trane unit is not very reliable and that they installed state of the art equipment. Daikin or Goodman is not state of the art. Was quoted a price for diagnostic fee from office and then was sent with a bill of way over $400. Tried to contact the owner and was given the run around that he was too busy to handle complaints. Do not recommend calling them unless you want a circus show!!

Everyone I worked with at Nespolo was friendly and professional. They quoted me a price with which I agreed and when the day came for the work the cost was less because they realized part of the quoted work wouldn't be necessary.
They solved my furnace issue and I'm happy with the results. Thanks, Ray, for staying after closing time to finish the job.
