We were very pleased with how quickly ACE responded to our request for emergency service. Luis came on time and spent considerable time checking out our non working minisplits. He went up on the roof ignoring the snow and ice coming down. The problem was identified and although not repairable the time and effort was more than appreciated. We will use this company to replace our old system.

We had a water heater installed a few months ago, and a home inspector's review revealed that it wasn't properly up to code. We called ACE, and the experience was smooth all the way.

A consultation visit was scheduled promptly, and plumbers Nate and Everett showed up on time, explaining the process, the scope of work, and an estimated time for completion. The price was more than reasonable.

The appointment department scheduled us promptly, and Nate and Everett called 30 minutes before arriving. Not that it's a dealbreaker, but it was nice that the same technicians who gave the estimate were the ones who came back to do the work. It makes things so efficient because they were already aware of the scope and any other challenges they might come across during the job.

They worked diligently, respected the house, and provided regular updates throughout and after the work was completed, ensuring we had a thorough understanding of the work performed.

Can't recommend ACE enough.

because Google won't allow two separate reviews on one account, I wanted to also review our experience with ACE on the electrical side. We had extensive electrical work done, and the entire experience was stress-free. Dominic arrived on time for the consultation, provided a very reasonable estimate, and got us on the schedule for the work. On the day the job was scheduled, Dominic showed up, on time with his colleague Daniel, and again outlined the scope of work. The job required, at times, for the whole house to be without power, and they were very flexible and accommodating, making sure to check in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. I asked for additional work to be done beyond what was initially quoted, and Dominic scheduled a team the following day to provide those services. Dan and Brian showed up the next day, got the job done very quickly, and, like all of the ACE team, were polite and respectful of our property.

We can't recommend ACE enough, and if you are in need of dependable, knowledgeable, and hardworking electricians, give them a call.

Alphonso Plata and crew were deligent, the teamwork was precise, and they moved like a well oiled machine! The crane was the excitement of the day. A job well done!

Steve and Kaitlyn just installed our 30 amp travel trailer service. They were great. I appreciate that they took the time to explain everything they were going to do beforehand. Half way through the project they took the time to go over their progress and when they were finished they went over every detail of what they had completed. Both Steve and Kaitlyn are very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I asked a lot of questions. Great job!! I would highly recommend Steve and Kaitlyn.

Oscar Aguirre just serviced my cooling furnace system, as always he did a great job, he is very professional, and courteous technician it is a real pleasure to have him as a technician, also the people at the office are very pleasant to deal with.

Technician Mr. Lucas Jimenez came out today for a service visit today to our home. I had seen a flyer at Home Depot for this service. Mr. Jimenez was extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his willingness to educate me about my entire system, it's components, and how to keep it running efficient and effective. He completed the service in a timely manner, and explained some enhancements that could potentially help with the life span of our system. I would highly recommend Mr. Jimenez as a technician to anyone who is interested in this service. Thank you for your time, and it was a pleasure to meet you today!

Lucas Jimenez and James Johnson were great techs!! They helped me get my furnace checked up and my cooler started!! They looked at my sink and gave me a estimate to get it fixed!! Grade a service!! Highly recommend!! They also gave my dog a meat snack!!! Big win in my book!!

Ace Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical called on Friday, December 5th, met with Jason to discuss and get a quote/estimate and on Monday, December 8th, Jorge, Luis, and Kaitlyn came out and - New Furnace was installed, the Old Furnace taken away - very professional, very communicative, and am very pleased, appreciative, and satisfied. Highly Recommend Ace!!

We had a pipe leak & didn't know where the water was coming from but quite a bit of water had saturated the side yard. It was Friday afternoon & we needed help. Ace was recommended to us by our son-in-law & they responded. The technician, Josh, arrived & quickly found the leak, capped it & completed repair on Monday. Thank you Ace & Josh for your timely response & great work!

I had Kaitlyn come and change out my chirping smoke detectors. She was AWESOME! She did a great job. Very friendly, informative and personable! She was a delight and her work exemplified her skills. So cool to see a female crushing it in a male-driven industry. Kudos to her and the company👏👏👏

I was very impressed with the quick response and excellent work to get my furnace working again. Service repairman John was professional, informative and quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue.

Very pleasant experience from meeting with Carl to the installers who were pleasant, worked quickly, and left everything neat and clean. This applies to their installation of a mini-split at my office and at my home.

By far the best value. I called around to at least 20 places and Karl was straight to the point and never tried to upsell me. I've been enjoying my AC this summer. Definitely recommend.

ACS Inc. had installed two evaporative coolers for me in 2008, they were expensive, $2500 apiece, but seemed worth the price, they included recirculating pump, winter sheet covers and one winterizing service. I was told that the recirculating pump and the winterizing service was required to maintain the warranty on the pads. I ordered a third cooler in 2015, assuming that all of the conditions were pretty much the same as before, BUYER BEWARE! The unit was installed so close to the roof that I can't service it, no recirc pump was included, winterizing service was not included, the installers gouged divots in the roofing. I paid for a winterizing service. The tech said that luckily he had very small arms and could get under the unit to service it, and said he would ask the manager to call me about raising it. No call. I called and asked for the manager and was told that he would call back. Two more calls and no return. Bad installation and terrible followup!
