We had some issues with our HVAC at home and decided to try a new company to see how it went, and we selected on Wolff. This company is excellent! The scheduling process was easy, the pricing was transparent and my invoice was consistent with the quote. The technician, Adam, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He identified the issue quickly and provided assistance on how to avoid it in the future, and I was happy to see a summary on the invoice in case I forget what he said later. I think I found a new Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing company!

These guys are *fantastic.* After I moved to Albuquerque a few years ago I struggled to find a good plumbing/central air company that wouldn’t overcharge me and/or cut corners. However, when I had to replace the galvanized plumbing in my house with PVC, Wolff did the job quickly, professionally, and with as minimal disruption to my life as possible. The fellas were highly communicative and transparent about the work they were doing throughout the entire process. What was even better was that they gave me a price that was shockingly reasonable compared to all the other quotes I received.

I cannot recommend Wolff enough. They are a relatively small outfit so their ability to respond to an emergency at inconvenient times is (understandably) a little more limited than some of the bigger companies in town; that said, if you have a project/repair/maintenance request that you can give them a reasonable lead time on, you won’t find a better choice in Albuquerque.

They are quick to respond and very professional in their approach to resolving issues. I have used these folks previously and will continue to do so. You can’t go wrong. They stand behind their work.

We had an old swamp cooler that kept giving us problems and this year we decided to replace it. We had several companies provide us with quotes and for just the basic install portion, we were quoted up to $2,000 from other companies. Not only did Wolff Heating Cooling Plumbing come thru for us in 2 days, but he beat any price! The install was not as simple as we thought it was going to be and one of the vents in the attic was busted, but he was quick to take care of that too! He went out of his way to pick up a replacement part at Home Depot, and installed it the next day without adding an extra labor charge! Joe is very efficient, timely, and customer friendly. He took pictures of his every step and explained the work in detail. I would highly recommend Wolff Heating Cooling Plumbing to my family and friends for any plumbing/heating projects.

This review is somewhat delayed. I had an appointment with Joe on April 3, 2024. After reminding him of the scheduled time at 8am, he arrived, briefly inspected my crawl space, indicated that he would provide an estimate, and then departed. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or estimate. In situations like this, I believe it is more professional to communicate directly if there is no interest in taking on the project. While many reviewers highlight positive experiences with Joe, it is also important to acknowledge instances where service and follow-up did not meet expectations. Consistent communication and reliability are essential for maintaining customer trust.

Wolff Heating & Cooling HVAC System Techs, Adam & Levi, demonstrated professionalism and extensive knowledge of the swamp coolers they were installing at my house. These new units were assembled in record time showing a high degree of team work and efficiency. The old units were completely removed. I'm very pleased with the service that Wolff's HVAC Techs performed. Five star rating !!

Prompt, professional, competent and personable. We had Wolff replace our decrepit gas furnace and AC system with a new heat pump. They were on top of it from the initial quote through installation. We got four quotes and theirs was very reasonable, not the cheapest--but definitely the best value. They installed in one day. Initially, there was a problem with our new system not cooling (a safety switch triggered) and they fixed it the next day. It works great now. Highly recommend.
