Wolff got someone out to fix my furnace problem the next day. They diagnosed the issue and they came up with a fix that saved me a $350 parts repair. They were very courteous and gave me a written analysis of what the issue was with my furnace. They, also, told me what it would cost to fix the parts if they broke in the future. I am very happy with their work

I have used Wolff several times and have been very pleased with them. More than once, they have squeezed me into their schedule. Joe is very nice and friendly and knowledgeable and always calls back when I leave a message. Levi is often one that comes to do service to my swamp cooler and heater and he is also friendly and thorough. I have recommenced Wolff to other people.

Excellent service and reasonable pricing. When I first chose Wolff to replace our furnace 2 years ago I did a lot of research and got estimates and information from 4 other companies. Wolff didn't beat every estimate, however, they gave plenty of information that was necessary to make an informed decision. I don't regret it at all. Wolff Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing has been outstanding from installation to ongoing service. They installed our HVAC system in 2022, and it has been the bee’s knees ever since. It has run reliably and efficiently, and we have been extremely happy with it.

The staff at Strongbuilt has great customer service. Honest and reasonable. Antonio and Jesse were very helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. My tech, David, was quite knowledgeable and did an exceptional job. I felt he went above and beyond. He replaced my backyard faucet and fixed some bathroom faucet leaks. He even helped me remove a broken drainage cap that I was unable to unscrew so that I could replace it. I am definitely using them again! I highly recommend them!

I have booked Strongbuilt now at least half a dozen times for various jobs and have always had a great experience. They offer friendly and prompt service, competitive pricing, and quality workmanship. I have never been disappointed with any of the work their technicians have done. Just today, Antonio took care of me at Dispatch and Fernando was my plumbing technician. Both of them did an excellent job. I am very thankful for both of them helping me out and getting my bathtub drain cleared quickly and efficiently! My swamp cooler pump burned out over the weekend, but I didn’t realize it until yesterday when it was super hot. I called pretty late in the afternoon and they still got me an appointment for the next morning between eight and 12. They showed up at nine, after the courtesy call saying they were on their way. The technician was helpful and friendly and explained everything that he needed to do, then he did it. As usual, a very wonderful experience with Strong built.

Fernando Desiderio. Is highly competent in his plumbing skills. He also provides excellent customer service and professionalism. I would recommend him without question.

Scheduled online, had to call to get a time. Was told morning and the tech showed up at 6:45 in the evening and did not have the right tool to do the job. Called every couple hours and was sent to a dispatch number that nobody answered. I was hung up on 6 times.

If you want a day of frustration, false promises, and broken dreams by all means give them a call.

Demetrius was informative and real good to talk with. He diagnosed the malfunctioning part in my 24-year-old furnace and had the replacement part in his truck to get my furnace going again at least in the near-term. He provided info on a couple other parts that are wearing out with the furnace being 10 years older than design life. It's also good to know Strongbuilt could install a new furnace quickly if if my old furnace does stop functioning.

Scheduled a furnace tune-up/start-up. The tech was unable to start-up the system. Initially, he stated that the heat exchanger was cracked (he used an IR camera it looks like) and that a new current controller is needed. I pushed him both and asked him if we able to start up the system. He then went back in and stated that the transformer is bad. And that given the age of the furnace, he pushed for replacement. I asked him to atleast turn on the furnace and measure for any CO leaks by replacing the transformer. He said that would cost $350 (its like $30). When I agreed, he said he would have to replace the heat exchanger and it would cost 1.5K. I pretended and asked him to go ahead with the needed replacements. He then stated it would take a couple of weeks to find the old heat exchanger and hen he eventually admitted all they would be able to do is replace the furnace. An estimator comes out and gives me a 7.5K bid for a 80% single stage daikon. It's felt like a sleazy and they are definitely ripping people off by pushing unnecessary replacements. I got bids for half the price. Stay away from this furnace tune-up and bait program.

Chris Dominguez, Felix Dominguez, and Chris Sisneros were an AWESOME team of guys. The work took 11 hours and they didn’t stop for a minute. They answered every question I had, explained what they were doing every step of the way, and were professional and friendly the entire day. They made sure everything was working properly, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled the old swamp cooler/furnace away. HIGHLY recommend this team and this company for any HVAC work you need done. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
