Best bid, best equipment- most energy efficient, name brand- and really nice people, from bid to install. I don't typically give reviews, but the service, price and people were outstanding. Very fast turnaround time, and the ductless mini-split has changed the was a part of our home feels.

Experience started with Lionel the sales guys. He was professional, knowledgeable and very informative of how things we're going to go. He knew exactly what system was best for my house based on his observations of his first visit. Then the install experience. Oscar and Esteban were both professional and seasoned installers, they kept me, as the homeowner, involved in pretty much everything they were doing every step of the way. Getting my opinion when it came to making decisions to make sure what they were going to do was ok with me. The work was seamless and clean and very professional looking. Chuey, the managers, came by the job site to make sure everything was going well and making sure I was satisfied with the process. And I was! The system works great and so far I am extremely happy. Would recommend this experience to anyone looking for a new furnace or, as I did, switching from swamp cooler to refrigerated air.

This company is amazing! My mother’s HVac A/C went out yesterday and after calling about no company even came close to the customer service I got from Tru Air from the jump. The service was amazing, they got out that afternoon and diagnosed the issue, went out to get the part and within a few hours later the house was cooled off again, I am grateful for Jesus “JC” and his dad for making this such a smooth and easy process! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would, HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRU AIR

TruAir was good to work with from the beginning. Initial contact to completion it was a pleasant experience. We were offered good quality products with excellent warranties and good prices. Installation was completed on the day they said it would be done. We are sitting in our nicely cool house thanks to TruAir. This was done during the pandemic and all members of the team wore masks at the house. From the estimator to the installation crew to the owner who came by day 1 to review the installation plan. Very considerate and professional. Final product was a neat, clean install. They removed the old system and cleaned up all debris. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I needed a job done on my Trane system in a tight timeframe, and the contractor who did the install would not offer to help. Frankly, he was rude about the entire situation. After calling around, I found Tru Air. Their website said they were certified with Trane, which was a plus. I asked if they could work around my very tight schedule, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. The kept up communication throughout the process. When I had questions about the service, the owner was even willing to answer. This is a stand up company that truly works with integrity. I will be reaching out to them first whenever I have future HVAC needs.

Each of these folks was courteous, efficient, and communicated well. The result is a very comfortable house. We are delighted. And – the price was excellent.

I Highly Recommend Tru Air for any of their services! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. I don't do reviews very often but Tru Air is number one in my book. The two techs that serviced my old heater(Oscar and Estevan) are topnotch. I can't wait for Tru Air to start offering solar, I hope to be their first customer real soon!

Quickly scheduling the highly qualified tech, Oscar who arrived the next day as scheduled. Oscar analyzed the problem, providing me with multiple solutions based on my budget, for the best outcome. Completely stratified! My go to HVAC company, wish I would have found them sooner!

We've had two separate multi-head mini split systems installed in our home by TRU Air, one in the summer of 2020 and one in the spring of 2021and we are very pleased with both systems and installs. Lionel was the most professional estimator and system planner of the ten companies we received bids from and his plans for both systems have proved to be right on target for cooling (and heating, when needed) our unusual home. There were minor problems with one system after the install but the service response to fix the problems was attentive and took care of the issues. The company works hard to provide top quality products and to stand behind their work in the long term. Tim and Esteban who recently checked over our system to recharge refrigerant did an excellent job of making sure everything was working as specified. We have been happy to work with TRU Air and look forward to many more years of service.

Excellent price and service. The person who gave us the quote, the installers and the manager/owner were great. They were friendly, professional and worked very hard. The installation was done in a day. The installers were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to watch work. They really knew what they were doing. We would strongly recommend TruAir.

The installers were Great! Very happy with their performance.pleasant as well as professional. I did have a bit of trouble contacting the office . UPDATE: I have had my AC for 4 years now. The system has stopped working two times already. The first was a year after installation. Not sure about the quality of equipment used.

TruAir was reasonably priced, fast at scheduling and installation, and they offered a quality product. Their staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. Guillermo and Esteban did a great job installing our new AC. And they responded well to my concerns and questions. Lionel gave me the initial estimate, but continued to respond to questions I had via text, and was always quick to answer. Thank you TruAir for doing a great job, and giving us relief from the heat!

We had a great experience with TruAir. They converted our swamp cooler to refrigerated air. All of the staff we worked with were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We worked with Lionel, Oscar, and Rey throughout the process, all of whom were great. The price was reasonable and we were able to get scheduled quickly. I would recommend TruAir if you are in need of heating or cooling services.

We are impressed with the knowledge and work quality of Tru-Air employees. Over two house visits, Lionel patiently explained our options for climate control in our old adobe house, and this was after Amber took much time with me on the phone explaining about pros and cons of currently available efficient systems like new ACs and heat pumps. Our >60yo electrical panel needed an upgrade that Lionel also helped to facilitate at a reasonable price, and the installation (by Rey and Michael) of our new full split HVAC is working like a dream. Michael Mancha from Tru Air is one of the best technicians in the town. He was very professional and thoughtful to work around our home schedule. Also, very knowledgeable, diligent, and honest about what the problems were and how best to solve them. The price was very reasonable and now our 20-year-old system runs like new again!
