Excellent service and did a thorough job checking our heater system. Glad I went to them for Lennox service contract.

Was looking for an ac/heat combo to be installed. In the matter of 2 weeks, I got quotes from 7 different companies, 5 of which kept in constant contact regarding the quotes. Chris from Tru Air would contact me and ask if there was anything that he could do or questions that needed answering. But he was never pushy. We had narrowed the quotes to three. Chris happened to call that evening and I was honest with him and told him Tru Air was in the Final 3 but wasn't number 1 based on cost or warranty. He told me he would speak to his uncle. He called the next day with a great bargain but most importantly.......a killer warranty.
The complete removal and installation was done in 2 day. Very professional installation and very friendly employees. I highly recommend Tru Air

Very quick to get out. Clear on what was needed and discovered problem quickly and ha replacement part installed fast. Oscar was very professional and friendly. Tru Air was just as great on after installation service as the were when we decided to buy from them originally!

Tru Air came to give me another estimate to install a condensate line and came in almost $900 less. Oscar did a wonderful job; professional and pleasant. I trust them to take care my new system. The previous installer left the line to dump on my new roof without heat protection and it froze.

We first contacted this company in 2019. The installation process was a disaster. Large job, 7 units at over $20,000. They put holes in the wrong places (see phots bellow),they left a mess all over the back yard including shard of metal. One of the units was not installed correctly and was off (see photo bellow)
Then I noticed multiple leaks over the course of a few month , they came a few times and said that it's just normal (see photo bellow).

I also noticed some bubbling at one of the connections a year and a half later and was told that we are out of warranty.

They are terrible and you should seek some one else.

Jose the owner tried to buy me out to change this review, and "Chui" his father and the guy who actually runs the operation is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with.

Oscar performed heating preventative maintenance for us. He answered all my questions and was a true gentleman. I've also met the owners and they are very nice and good people.

Lionel came out and did the proposal for a new Trane XR 15 condenser and matching Trane indoor coil. After receiving my 3 proposals and doing my research, I decided to go with Tru Air and notified Lionel of my decision. I ended up making several changes to the original proposal and Lionel was very accommodating to make sure that I got everything that I wanted and that I was happy.He even set up the install date even before I signed the contract. Oscar, the installer and his helper Rey showed up on the morning that they were scheduled and completed the install that same day , which was a Friday. On Monday, I called and spoke with Jesus, the owner telling him that I thought the outdoor condensor seemed a bit noisy and he sent the guys out that same morning and put isolation pads under the unit. This company is very responsive in keeping their customers happy.Amber in the office is also very pleasant and willing to address any concerns. Would not hesitate recommending this company. They care about their customers first and want to make sure they keep them.

I had a great experience getting my mini-splits with Tru Air. I put three zones of heating/cooling zones upstairs and three zones of heating/cooling downstairs. The units were place to allow comfortable temperatures for my whole family. Installation with Christopher’s team was seamless. They removed my three furnaces and two swamp coolers as part of the job. The mini-splits have remotes and a phone app, so I can cool my bedroom as I leave my office. I feel this is so much more energy efficient and it’s nice to come home to a perfect temperature. I had 4 estimates and the price was competitive.
