Steven was super nice and knowledgeable, but was unable to determine the issue with my Lennox system.

Extremely rude drivers. Nearly hit my dog while I was walking to my car in the parking lot. Proceeded to block me into my parking spot preventing me from leaving. Can't recommend a company with no common courtesy or sense of safety.

Extremely professional! Aztec came out and did annual maintenance on our systems. When they left our fan kept running. They came back out to check it as soon as I called without delay. It ended up just being a fluke with the TSTAT and once we reset it everything was good. Rich even gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was still running great. From the front desk to the techs and even the management, Aztec is a great business to work with!!

In the hottest month, during a home remodel, our air conditioner decided to go out. It was close to 90 degrees in our house and I was worried about my son with asthma. I called crying and spoke with Rich who was so understanding and empathetic to my situation. His company came out right away and gave us a quote. Although we had to wait a little while, for the part, his company came in and installed it quickly. I am so happy with the service and the equipment and would definitely refer this company. Their billing department was always quick to respond. Overall great experience!
