had a "gremlin" in my ducts causing a banging noise - was driving me crazy. I needed a company who could figure it out and had the people and time to do it. In under an hour they identified, fixed and got everything in working order. I was impressed. Mostly, that they where honest and didn't try to sell me a whole new system or unnecessary work.

I own a large office building, and Kidzz has become my new go-to company for my heating and cooling needs. They are exceptionally prompt, reliable, work around my schedule and have taken the time to clearly explain what’s happening and why (this is NOT my wheelhouse and they explain it to me on a level I understand.) They’ve suggested upgrades but have never pressured me into anything. I found them after another company recommended a far more expensive solution for my cooling issue, and Kidzz not only explained why that wasn’t the best option but also kept working on the problem until it was fully resolved. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Miguel and Luis showed up when they said they would. Very professional and courteous. They installed mini-splits throughout our home and they work perfectly. Far less mess than I had anticipated. Very satisfied with their work and this business as a whole. Highly recommend.

Chad (owner) came out to shut down my cooler and start up furnace. He's a real personable guy and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I signed up for the twice yearly contract with them and think the price is reasonable. Also, want to give a shout out to their office staff. They are courteous and friendly.

This was my first time working with Kidzz Mechanical. I called on replacing an old swamp cooler and they sent out someone the very same day to inspect and provide an estimate. The estimate was very resonable and I approved. the work was scheduled for the next day and completed in a couple of hours. I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of the office staff to the technicians. I would recommend Kidzz Mechanical.

The BEST service we have ever received! They put in a tankless water heater last year. The winds downed a tree in the yard that had grown around a hose bib we didn't know we had. The plumbing issue caused flooding in the back yard, so we had to turn off water to the house. They were out the next morning and it was fixed by afternoon! Cannot recommend highly enough!

There's really only one word to describe my entire experience with Kidzz Mechanical and that word would be "Awesome". From meeting with the sales rep (Jeff Mitchell) to the technicians who installed the new furnace (Estevan and Noe), everyone involved exceeded my expectations. I just got my new heater installed, I am so thankful to Kidzz for coming out and getting it done so quickly, Jesus and Preston were great and professional. At the front office Christi was kind enough even to take my call after hours, when I was held up at work. They offered financing which I was grateful for. Kidzz Mechanical was quick and efficient to install my new tankless water heater. They beat out a couple other competitors by price for installation, and had me scheduled the next morning to install it. My wife and I didn’t have to worry about not having hot water while we waited for competitors to try to schedule us in. The city came and tagged it as certified by the next week. No complaints, love the local touch that Jeremy, Christie, and their team did to make my life easier!

The best HVAC around. 2 years ago they installed a heat pump and mini split unit to replace my old swamp cooler and 20+year old heater. 0 issues with either and are here twice per year to make sure they are running correctly. Keep up the great work!

I had an issue with another company and decided to end my relationship with that company. I called Kidzz Mechanical and they were able to give me a 2 hour time frame for their arrival. They showed up on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Kidzz Mechanical will be my go to company for all my heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs.

Kiddz took out my evaporative cooler and replaced it with a roof top combo heater/AC unit. They added some ducting for the returns, upgraded my electrical panel, ran a new gas line, and separately replaced my very old water heater. The quality of their work was excellent, their quote was the most reasonable I received, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely use again.

Amazing!!!! Chad the owner saved us from spending $3000 on fixes we didn’t need that a different cooperate company was trying to sell us. He came over and told us exactly what we needed to do (which was to clean the ac heads and the back). Gave us prices up front, 100% recommend!!!

I would like to share my experience with the installation of a Mitsubishi heat pump performed by Kidzz Mechanical.

The owner Jeremy came to my home to give an estimate and review all of the ins and outs of installing a ductless mini split. He was thorough and answered all of my questions, provided a fair estimate which I accepted, and was able to schedule a date for installation.

On the installation date the crew arrived at 8 AM and within minutes they had all of their equipment ready to go. The crew included Miguel, the lead installer, along with Jesus, Noe and Aiden. A little while later Alex the electrician came to install the required 220-volt lines.

It was great to watch everyone engaged, covering for each other, knowing what to do in the correct order. It took a little over 3 hours to install the outside unit and two indoor units, including one on the second story. Just as quickly as they set up, they cleaned up both inside and out and had their equipment loaded. The detail was impressive. Miguel tied two lines into one for the drainage which made for a low-profile presence as well as using an existing hole in the deck which I appreciated. He is an artist in his own right.

Now, about the unit itself. There remotes are well designed (and they look great!). The units are loaded with features, including fan strength, and direction of airflow both up and down and to the sides. You can set a timer for various times of the day at different temperatures. The unit is whisper quiet, both indoors and outdoors. On auto or low fan, you can hardly hear anything. I did a fair amount of research on different manufacturers and in the end chose Mitsubishi. I am pleased with everything overall.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company on several levels. They have a solid standing in the local HVAC world as well as a long history with Mitsubishi. Their crew has installed dozens (Hundreds?) of units over the years and can customize the installation to your liking. Everyone was professional and respectful and performed at a high level.

I needed to have our AC and heater replaced, Jeff at Kidzz Mechanical was great, came in and gave us quote. He explained to me what worked best for our home. Once we were ready to get the services done, I called and they replaced the SC and Heater unit all in one visit. The crew that came in were nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.
