Great from start to finish. I had a rusted out Mastercool that needed to be replaced. Mike came out to give me a quote. (I had quotes done by other companies as well.) Since I was thinking about buying the cooler myself from Samon's, he did the quote with and without the cost of the unit. Duke City's pricing was very fair compared to other contractors that came out to give me a quote. Mike was very professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and even answered my phone call on a weekend. (After realizing it was his day off I told him I'd call back Monday.) Duke City just seemed to have a better approach overall so I decided to have them do the work. I purchased my own AC which they picked up for me for a discounted fee. The installation went smooth with no problems at all. I bought a thermostat to run the AC and they even put that on for me no extra charge. The guys that came out were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took care to save anything I might need later on. It was even easy to call in and pay over the phone. All of this was perfectly timed. Today was the first day of the year the temp will reach the 80's. Highly recommended!!

Duke City is a top notch organization. Replaced an AC/gas furnace package unit. Working with Mike, the installers and office staff was a pleasure! Competitive pricing, quick service and follow through. No BS, no endless follow-up etc. Old school professionalism and customer service. Other companies could learn a thing or two from Duke City on customer respect...they've earned my loyalty.

I'm so glad I contacted Duke City Heating and Cooling to install my refrigerated air conditioning. Gloria kept me informed of the date and time of my installation. Adrian and his crew were so professional and took pride in their work. You can always tell a good team by how they interact with each other. Jason kept telling me through out the installation, "you are going to love this." I can't believe how much of a difference this system has made in our home's comfort during the hot days. Adrian answered all my questions and provided information on everything I need to know about the system. I will be using Duke City Heating and Cooling for my all my future needs in electrical and plumbing needs as well. One stop shopping.

Excellent customer service! From the moment they answer the phone you will notice the difference. Local, family-owned and operated Duke City Heating and Cooling is professional and knowledgeable. They are fair and honest and got my furnace running in no time. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, locate the parts and returned promptly to make the repair. I would highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs!

So far my experience with Duke City communication has been borderline.
Right after installation AC was not cooling the house evenly; unfortunately Duke City left without checking its operation... Still trying to solve this headache. After almost a month of emails they said its the first time they are hearing about this problem.

There was another issue initially with condenser hoses/wires not being sealed properly on the roof. I'm glad they were able to fix this one!

I'll update my review depending which way this goes.

Update:
Property management have not heard anything from Duke city - no communication, no emails... I have received complaints from tenants that AC is still not working properly.

The office staff is always helpful and the technicians, Tommy and Tyrell, who came out to add an electrical outlet to a bedroom were professional and friendly. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. Duke City is an outstanding company that I highly recommend and will be relying on in the future!

Duke City Heating and Cooling did an amazing job in connecting our new power poll, installing a new circuit breaker box and running hundred of feet of electrical cable. They were quick, efficient, polite and professional. The two techs who did the work were amazing (Tommy and Josh), as well their boss who came by to check on the job, (Paul). We appreciate that they are always respectful and wear their mask, since we have an 17month old. Amazing work guys!!! Thank you!!!

I recently purchased a new home and had Duke City redo all of my utilities as well as install a new AC. This included a panel upgrade, new water line, new sewer line and a new gas line. They have been top notch through the entire process. They are responsive and the crews that they have sent out have paid attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves. I could not recommend this company more. We also used them for my mom's conversion to AC from a swamp cooler a few years ago and they were great then too.

The guys at Duke City Heating and Cooling were awesome! They were very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with my new heating/cooling system and feel very confident in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They had to come in after we fired our mechanical contractor. So glad they were willing to take the job over. They keep their schedule and communicate well. They get on the job with a good crew and they work well together. Quality of work and the equipment they provided was great. You will pay more for the quality of the work but we found it to be value added in the end

This is what we paid today to replace a deficient motor in a furnace installed one year and four months ago by Duke City. I was told the motor only had a one-year warrantee, if true then all these costs are accurate. They may be accurate, but are they right? While your technician, was professional, on time and efficient. I will be very leery recommending Day & Night (Duke City) because at some level I feel “taken.”
I wish your new combined companies (Duke City and Day & Night) well but, in the future, I cannot see you as my first choice for Pluming or Heating needs. It just does feel right.

I got several estimates from contractors all across the board for a refrigerated air upgrade. This company stands out among the best, We are very pleased. You will be too!
Duke City H&C has it together from start to finish. Very professional, honest pricing, and they follow through on every detail. Lead installer Jason was very detailed in his work and followed up on every area of the installation, his experience really shows through. Jason’s crew was also very polite and helpful. The presence of this company is also amazing; uniform shirts, uniform fleet trucks. Jessica and the office staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Idk about their services but I bet they get to you on time, car #2 has a wild driver 😂

Duke City Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job in relocating some Cat5e cabling to a dedicated junction box. Cabling was moved, box was installed and a dedicated 100v circuit was run to the junction box as well. The service techs were on time and super helpful in walking me through the process. They were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. I would highly recommend Duke City for anything electrical or HVAC related. Thank you Duke City!

I am very happy with the installation of our new AC and furnace. Installers were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the instructions of the NEST thermostat. Work area was always kept clean and neat. I would definitely recommend Duke City heating and cooling to anyone that’s needs their service. 2 thumbs up!!!

Can’t recommend these folks enough! We decided to convert to AC and we needed a new furnace as well. We got estimates from lots of different companies. These guys were the only ones that didn’t play a sales game with us. We ended up paying a very reasonable price. They were patient with all our questions, and they went above and beyond when they came to do the installation this week. They asked if I wanted to move clean clothes that I forgot about so they wouldn’t get dirty during the install, they cleaned up after themselves, and they even went to get matching paint for our house when one of the guys accidentally got some primer on the outside of our house. It was a two day job, and they also made sure we would have heat for the night in between the two days when it was supposed to be chilly at night. Everyone was very respectful, courteous and professional. With such a large and daunting purchase, it’s fantastic feeling like we made the right choice with who we decided to go with. Thank you!

These guys did an amazing job installing my refrigerated air and heater! They were quick, organized and had great attention to detail. They took the time to answer all of my questions and did and excellent job cleaning up afterwards. My garage is cleaner now than it was before they came. All in all I can't recommend them enough. Outstanding service & their prices were really reasonable too!
