Moore Quality just replaced my Furnace. Anthony worked on the old unit and after speaking with the MFG Rep found the Secondary Heat exchanger was shot and evaporation system would not work. Moore had a new unit installed the next morning within 4 hours. The Moore employees, namely Julian, JJ and Lawrence were very professional and explained each step as they installed the unit. They garage was left spotless after they completed the installation. We are very glad we have Moore Quality Air as our HVAC company and would recommend them highly. They are quick to respond and and very reasonable as to any cost.

We actually replaced our Master coolers with Breeze air coolers, Julian, Jorge and Lawrence, were excellent installers of our new units. They made the duct work look like new. Thank you so much!!!

I can't express how amazing this company is! We had a very old swamp cooler and furnace in our house and the new system is more than we could hope for! Julian and JJ went above and beyond! They were on time, courteous and explained everything! The work they did was outstanding! They really love what they do and it shows in their craftsmanship! If I could give more stars I would!

I rarely write reviews, but these guys were so good they deserve a shout out! They did an AC conversion getting rid of my old swamp cooler, installed a tankless water heater, and upgraded my electrical panel. And the cost was very reasonable and explained from the start. From the time George, Julian, and Lawrence arrived, they hardly stopped working, except to explain things to me as I hung around watching the magic happen. Even Anthony and Jonathan (the owners) came by to discuss the project as it proceeded. They all worked like a great team that gets the job done right! I'm still amazed at the flawless result! If you don't call Moore Quality Air you are making a mistake.

I wanted to find a reliable plumbing and HVAC company on the west side of Albuquerque. I was looking for a partnership to maintain two houses but initially to replace the AC on one. Read the reviews and got a couple of bids. I found this company to be everything the reviews showed. They were thorough and explaining their bid. They were not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. The owner, salesman, and technicians were professional, thorough, and very straightforward. They seemed honest. They delivered everything promised and on the dates and times they designated. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and recently came back for the startup. Lawrence completed that work. He paid attention to detail, and answered all my questions. He did a very neat job. I have recommended this company to my family members and would trust any future work that I will have with them. We have used the company for three major system replacements. Prompt, reliable and honest. Everyone was fluent in English. Big deal in Albuquerque. Technician Lawrence Barela was outstanding.

My husband and I recently had Moore Quality Air of Albuquerque complete an upgrade on our home's heating system. They installed a new furnace together with a new air conditioning system to replace our old furnace and swamp cooler. We could not be more pleased with the products and the process of installation. We found the owners (Jonathan McDaniel and Anthony Hughes) and their employees (Julian and J.J.) extremely polite and accommodating, not to mention being very, very knowledgeable about the systems they put in. The actual work was done with precision and timeliness and they kept their work area (in our home) very tidy and cleaned up after themselves when the work was completed. We enjoyed visiting with the owners and their employees, particularly concerning military service as my husband is a retired Vietnam Veteran. We strongly recommend Moore Quality Air of Albuquerque to anyone who is looking to install new or upgraded heating and/or air conditioning elements to their home.

I would vote for a sixth star if given the chance. Simply put, get there quote, and let their men install the equipment. All personnel were congenial and engaging! It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Quality Air. "The best company/product my wife and I have ever dealt with.

I am a retired engineer with years of experience designing HVAC systems for buildings. New to the area, I called one of the big firms who advertise "free furnace with a/c systems", to replace my swamp cooler. They came to my house and proposed - an undersized refrigeration system, from the cheapest manufacturer, questionable installation methods, a new thermostat in a poor location, and an awful price. I was really put off, and when I balked, they offered a lower price if I would sign right away. It was like buying a used car from slim shady.

So I checked for online reviews of other firms and called Moore. I didn't tell either contractor of my experience beforehand. Anthony came over and said everything I wanted to hear. He even had new technology to re-use my existing thermostat. Julian and Jorge are super efficient with these projects and very friendly. The installation is neat and high quality. I am happy with the the quality of the Rheem equipment, and pleasantly surprised by the low sound level. It has been 10 months now.

I hope you get the right signature on your a/c contract.

We couldn't be happier with the service provided by everyone at Moore Quality Air. Great experience from start to finish. We had our water heater replaced, had an unused water softener removed, and needed a leaking shower valve repaired. Joe initially came out to look at the job and provide an estimate. He was extremely detailed on exactly what the job would entail and what to expect. It was an easy decision to decide to go with Moore. Julian, Jorge, and Lawrence came out to complete the job, arriving right on time. They kept us updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond fixing a couple of small issues they noticed were out of code with our furnace gas line and venting. The end results exceeded our expectations, and there is no question that we will be using Moore for all future projects.

Moore Quality Air is fantastic! They installed a swamp cooler, furnace and hot water heater. The team is very knowledgeable, thorough and execute quality work. Their pricing is very competitive! They stand by their work too; our swamp cooler motor was making a whining noise when it turned off. They made a complimentary visit (since it was within the year) and quickly resolved the issue. I would highly recommend them for all the reasons aforementioned!!

I was very happy with Lawrence's spring service checkup of my A/C unit. He changed my air filter for me since it's an 10+ year old system, and he had to cut it to fit. He then suggested a company where I could order new custom filters that would be easier to deal with. Finally, I was appreciative of the time Lawrence took and patience he had in answering the many questions I had about my system. Excellent service!

I have two roof top Rheem air conditioners with heaters as well. Around May 24 th one stopped working, it was just blowing warm air. On May 30 I called another company to service the A/C unit, they recommended to replace both units approximately at $18,600 each. On June 10 I was recommended to call John Moore at the Moore Quality Air, on June 12th Joe from The Moore Quality came over and spent about 2 to 3 hours to service the unit but it’s main compressor was broken and could not find a replacement due it’s discontinued. He suggested replacing it with new Rheem RTU and provided an estimate of 13,600 including installation and warranty. On June 16 it was replaced by Julian, JJ and Michael from the Moore Quality Air. Their installation crew was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and very competent. They my new unit operating in the afternoon. The Moore Quality Air not only installed the new unit but they properly serviced the other older unit to make it was functioning properly. They also provided replacement air filters for both units for one more year that is about 9 filters. I highly recommend the Moore Quality Air for your home and business heating and air conditioning business. They deserve more than five stars for honesty, quality, integrity and reliability. While we didn’t end up going with Moore Quality Air for a new HVAC system I had to give them a shout out! Anthony was professional, thorough and friendly. In fact of the 4 companies we got quotes from, Anthony’s inspection and presentation was the best. I’d definitely recommend checking them out. I wouldn’t hesitate contacting them again if/when the need arises.

I’ve been using more quality air for several years now, and they are great! Lawrence usually does my jobs, and he’s always quick, easy to work with and does a great job.
