Our AC unit is working perfectly thanks to Albuquerque Heating And Cooling. They came quickly, fixed everything efficiently, and left the place spotless. The technician was friendly and respectful. Great experience all around!

The technician Kevin Contreras was great help. He called as a heads up before arrival within the time frame provided. The AC was frozen and he was kind enough to return and take a look later in the afternoon to diagnose the issue. We had a time crunch and he worked hard to assess within this time as well, along with verbally communicating the issue with the person for warranty (who annoyingly required a verbal communication from the contractor and wasn't polite about it either). There were a lot of moving parts and Kevin was patient with us in resolving the issue. Thank you so much. I really appreciated it.

If I can give a 0 I would, I scheduled an appointment from 8-12 and nobody showed up, driver calls and says he is coming after 1:30 and he still didn’t show up. I wasted my whole day and missed work, I will never use this company ever again.

From first contact with their office personal to the tech giving us an estimate it was a very enjoyable dealing.
The team doing our Hvac/Furnace install were very professional and explained all that they would be doing.
Thay all introduced themselves to us and there were no surprises

Edited from 3 to 5 stars. Amanda was super responsive to our call and fixed the issue with charges. How a business handles a problem says everything about their integrity! They also addressed an issue I'd had trouble with for a while. Good experience after all, would call again.

I *really, really* wanted to like this company. We had a guy from Daniels come out and check our ductwork, and he was super professional, competent. We had no issues with him.

TLDR- Quoted one thing for the visit, charged 4X more. Not up front with pricing, is a regular problematic practice they're aware of, but choose not to change. Beware and repeatedly ask for all up front charges.

My dryer was taking several cycles to dry, so I called Daniel’s. They were able to send a technician the next day to clean out my dryer vent. Santiago came as scheduled and took care of the problem in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. Thank you Daniel’s!

Thank you SO much for taking care of me when my water heating unit drain resulted in unexpected consequences. I was discouraged when I found my bathtub filling with cold water Thursday night. But even more down hearted that maybe it isn’t possible to find a business that does good work for a reasonable price. But Daniel’s followed through right away getting my water heater operational leaving me in better shape than before I called you.

Thank you for being that business that does good work and takes care of their customers and their employees. I appreciated Sergio’s service and the knowledge he brought to the situation. I also appreciate his friendly and courteous service. I definitely recommend Daniel’s work and ethics.

Their response time was excellent and the work they did was even better. The problem is their price which they did quote me beforehand was outrageous. Since we were up against a timeline in selling our property. We had no choice. No, I would not recommend them to anybody.

I have used a different company for a few years for my Mom's house. They ignored service requests so I contacted Daniels and they responded within the same day. We were very pleased with the service tech, Sergio, who was very polite and completed the job quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. We will be switching over to Daniels!

Called Daniels at 1:30PM for an urgent problem. By 4:00PM Chris M was patching up what would've been a very costly fix had it gone overnight. Couldn't be happier with my experience here.

Gosh. Daniels Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has been advertising like crazy with TV commercials. Woke up this morning (Thursday) to a hot water leak under my bedroom and I see running water under the slab. And yet when I needed Daniels the most and called for help, on a mild snow day in Albuquerque, the receptionist stated her technicians called in and are not available. (snow day?) "Next Monday is open..." FYI

Daniels Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning was the only company willing to change our Propane to Natural Gas. Israel did a good job and explained the process the entire way. Very professional and reliable.

Not a very good experience; even though, José, the technician was very courteous and polite. I also appreciated the fact that the owner called to apologize, and tried to fix the problem; unfortunately, someone else had taken care of the problem already.

I called regarding an emergency leak at night on a weekend. the technician that communicated with me was understanding and helpful and tried to find alternatives to help my situation. When Adrian, the Daniel's technician arrived for the emergency service call, he was extremely polite and professional and explained all aspects of the repair requirements along with the associated costs. the repair was neat, clean and he cleaned up after himself. Daniels will most definitely be my "go to" plumbing company for all my plumbing and heating repairs. thank you Daniels and Adrian for your assistance in making an otherwise stressful and worrisome situation better!

Robbie Westby the installation sales manager explained what was to be done and by when it would be done . I got the quote on a Tuesday I agreed to the terms and the work was completed on Thursday just like he said it would be .
The installers where here on time they were professional they explained how the new system worked they cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience all around. I would recommend this company highly.

Great service Brian and his crew were professional and friendly. Brian gave me a gorgeous coffee mug and one of his crew said they would cover half of my bill.. Joking lol. Great personality. I have had no heat for several years and Daniel's provided me a way to do this. I'm so happy. Thank you again..

Christopher is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Very helpful, great at explaining the work that needs to be done with my plumbing.

Straight up.. overpriced, contract unfulfilled after 3yrs.. their response is it was permitted and inspected by city, true however city just inspects to minimum standards and does not do a complete inspection on quality or test systems other than if it operates at time of inspection.. I personally have retired from mechanical contractor where I was the qualified party. I requested daniels qualified party to contact me and I just met resistance from office staff who informed me owners were out of country and couldn't be bothered.. I just wanted them to make the install right. However after 3yrs of operation the mini split systems are now failing and the contractor charges to come out to address the problems.. now extensive and entire 14,000$ system needs replaced due to government guidelines the refrigerant has been removed from markets and no direct replacement is available. Making the entire system worse for wear and worn out due to sand and debris pulled into unsealed indoor units... BTW the unsealed holes in home allowed carbon monoxide from carport to be pulled in doors at an alarming rate.. city inspection totally missed as well as the contractor.

We had clogs throughout the main level with flooding. Chris was able to come by after hours. After a thorough inspection he was able to resolve the issue quickly. We highly recommend him!

If I could give Chris McBride more than 5 stars I sure would. Chris was absolutely great. Very professional, very knowledgeable and all around great guy.

Start to finish: Carlos, Robby, N8ck & Andrew, Fabian & Mike, to all the others, could not have been more accommodating, polit, or helpful. This is the first time I have liked a plumbing outfit!
