Julian and JJ from Moore Quality Air installed my new water heater and brought it up to code. They did a great job and were very professional.

I used to be a fan of a particular "large" heating, cooling, and plumbing contractor, I have now been converted! Anthony took his time to explain why we should choose him and then backed it up with the most professional service of all the upgrades we made to our NE heights home. George and Lawrence were professional, clean, and thorough with the heat and AC unit. Julian was amazing, explaining every detail he would make with the electrical changes needed to support the system. This team is by far the most customer service oriented team I have worked with yet. I have been waiting way too many years to convert from swamp coolers to refrigerated air. I couldn't be happier with the way my house feels! They also installed one new water heater and made sure my other water heater was up to code. They were on-time, professional, hard-working and polite. George, Julian and Lawrence were great and you can tell they love working for this company. They seem very happy and the owner, Anthony stopped by several times to check on things. I would highly recommend Moore Quality Air for this job or any HVAC needs. Watching those swamp coolers being lifted off the roof by the crane was a great day!!

Moore Quality Air is the best! Ever since we moved here 10 years ago they have taken care of our furnace and A/C which they installed. Today they replaced my water heater. Julian and JJ were excellent. They are always prompt, courteous, and totally professional. You know the cost up front. They leave the place as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Moore Quality Air.

We switched from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air. We also got a new furnace. We did our homework by researching and getting several quotes. We decided on Moore Quality Air because Anthony was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything, and most important is that he did a “heat load calculation.” That is what really determines the size of the a/c or furnace unit you need. The other companies we got quotes from did not mention that at all. John was very friendly when we called to set up the appointment. Manny, Julian and George were great. We also met John, when he came to bring parts. They came on schedule in the morning and were done by the early afternoon. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Manny showed us and explained how everything worked. Anthony called after the installation to thank us for our business. This company is AWESOME and we highly recommend them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Did a great job and have been going to them for years. Had them replace my initial HVAC unit then do the bi yearly maintenance. They are professional and do an incredible job with minimal impact to you.

Always a pleasure to deal with Moore Quality Air!!! They have serviced our furnace and swamp cooler for many years. They are prompt with their appointment and do excellent work. There are the neighbors here in the cul de sac that they take care of. This year our unit required new pads of which I had already purchased and had on hand. They also straightened a warped pulley and tightened the drive belt. Julian Jr and Lawrence were both friendly and did an excellent job switching over the furnace to the AC unit. They also disposed of the old pads as well.

Moore Quality Air did a wonderful job installing my furnace/air conditioner. My installers, Julian, JJ and Michael were friendly and great to be around.They called in advance to let me know when they would arrive and they did everything quietly and efficiently. Julian even programmed my new thermostat for me. I’ve used them before and will again should I ever need them. I would highly recommend this company!

Moore Company was more than just quality. They were efficient, compassionate, kind, patient, hardworking. They were divine gifts! These employees, Julian, Lawrence, JJ and Michael were outstanding. Joe was the one who had to report that I needed a new air conditioner and gave me estimate, to which I agreed. An hour later he returned with a portable refrigerated air conditioner for my comfort. I give 5 stars to this company!

Lawrence B was so knowledgeable and professional when he fixed our old heater today. He arrived early, knew immediately what was needed, and got it done! Moore beats their competition hands down! I was referred to them by a friend who said that they provided superior customer service and that's absolutely true. They installed a heater/ac unit on my roof, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, answered all my questions, programmed my new thermostat and showed me how to do it. Very nice, polite, proficient technicians. Anthony, the estimator, noticed a fault in my electrical supply that no other company did, even when I directly asked them about it. The office registered my warranty for me. Someone will show up to set up a ladder for the inspector so I don't have to do it. No high pressure sales pitch like the bigger companies. They also gave me a year's worth of furnace filters free. They will be my HVAC guys, electricians, and plumbers from now on. Top notch!

I had my old HVAC system inspected today and it was my first time using Moore Quality Air. They arrived exactly on time and gave me a heads-up before coming.
The technician, Joe, provided truly amazing service. He carefully inspected the entire system and explained everything clearly. For the areas needing repair, he showed me both how to do it myself and how to get professional service if I preferred.
The price was also very reasonable. I am very impressed and highly recommend Joe and Moore Quality Air !

My Ac unit wasn't working properly, so I picked Moore Quality Air because of their location and ratings. They didn't disappoint. I was thrilled with the owner who came out the very next morning.
He took time to thoroughly check out my system, answer all of my questions, and explain what he was looking for. He didn't push to sell me a new unit and gave me advise on how to know when to replace my current unit.

The co-owner, Anthony, came to the house to give me a quote the same day I called. Compared to other companies, the price was very reasonable. The financing at 0% was awesome! His employees, Julian, JJ, and Lawrance got the work done in two days. They consulted me to let me know the times they arrived, and if there was other work which needed to be done, such as my leaking water heater which they fixed for very little. They even hauled off my old swamp cooler which was included with the quote. I highly recommend these guys.

Moore quality air is great! From getting the quote for everything we had done ( refrigerated air, replacing our furnace, bringing our hot water heater to code, the break sank, redoing the piping under my kitchen sink and installing a garbage disposal) Joe was great he was upfront and didn’t try to sell up anything extra. The cost was very competitive! When the team arrived they were so respectful and kind! Julian was incredibly knowledgeable and personable! Any questions you have he is ready with an answer. Laurence is a hard worker! He was also knowledgeable and helpful. Micheal was great! He was ready to complete any task asked of him! Taking that swamp cooler down off the roof was no small task! I genuinely appreciate everything they did for my family! After completing all the tasks around the house they walked me through all there work, and broke it down for me. I highly recommend them 10/10 my house is so cold!

We bought a house a few years ago with older HVAC equipment. One by one Moore has replaced the furnace and water heater, and put in a new Aerocool. After years of maintaining the swamp cooler myself, I signed up for their fall and spring switchover. Lawrence has everything running perfectly, and I don't miss the Clark Griswold moments climbing on the roof. I'm really glad I found Moore. They are low pressure, responsive, and have always been true to their word.

I just had two furnaces replaced. At the same time I had them install air conditioners on my home. I had 4 different companies give me an appraisal for the work. Moore Quality Air was not the lowest but I felt comfortable with the owner.
Their employees Julian, JJ, and Lawrence arrived on Monday to do the 4 day install which took 5, but not their fault. They were very considerate about keeping the house clean which I appreciated.

The entire staff over there are great! They saved me when my furnace went out right before winter hit. The front office staff was extremely helpful when working on pricing and installation and got everything finished from beginning to end in just 4 days. Matt Lester was instrumental in getting it all done so quickly and the installation techs (can’t remember their names right now) were professional and very kind while working in a busy house. Would recommend them to anyone with plumbing, heating, cooling, or electrical work that needs to be done. Great company

We called Moore Quality Air on Wednesday to provide a check of our heating/air conditioning system, which we had put into our home last year by Moore Quality Air. Lawrence Barela, one of their technicians, showed up the next day to go over the system and said that everything checked out just fine. He was polite and knowledgeable, and had a very nice sense of humor. Our dealings with Moore Quality Air have been nothing but topnotch and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update their heating/air conditioning system. Call them first!!

We have been very impressed with Moore Quality Air for a hvac and water heater replacement. We got about 8 quotes and their prices were very competitive. We also were able to get a longer warranty than other companies offer. We had an issue during the install (bad valve/part) and their team was back out after hours to get us taken care of. About a month or two after install we noticed a roof leak around one of the roof vents and once again they had it taken care of within 24 hours. The owners really go above and beyond and really care about their customers. Their whole team Julian, JJ, Michael, Anthony, and an older gentleman were all fantastic. Also, they are were the only Rheem preferred/approved partner in the whole area, which might be why they were able to offer such a great warranty. Very happy with our choice and their professionalism is unmatched.

Julian, JJ, and Lawerence did an amazing job installing new condensers and heater to convert to refrigerated air. Customer service is top notch and they pay attention to customer needs and listen. For example they put cardboard over their ladders to not mess up my stucco and also put cloth down or removed shoes before entering my house. Friendly and knowledgeable and treated the install as if it was their own and all work was done up to code.

The owners Anthony and Jonathon also came out to inspect the work and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. Couldn’t be happier and the price was reasonable compared to other companies. I will be using Moore from here on out with any plumbing heating and cooling issues.
