Hooked up a hard start compacitor from China not the same equipment fan was running in reverse than overheated and stopped working refuses to give money back saying it’s not his fault

The owner "Jose" is extremely rude and disrespectful (especially towards women I noticed (since he did not talk to my husband rudely when he got on the phone), I should have looked at the reviews before I called and not just listened to a friend who is friends with someone that works there.... there have been many complaints about this guy and he's not even accredited by the BBB. I will never suggest this company to anyone or call them again.

They were on time and were able to do the work for less than quoted! I was very happy. They have worked on 3 houses for me over the last 10 years.

Made an appointment 3 weeks out. Said he couldn't come on the date. Basically told me he didn't know how to hook up an AC and ran into problems at his last job. Complete trash company.

I was a little hesitant at first but after talking to my uncle who recommended me them I was positive about making a consultation and getting a estimate, I have to tell you the response time and the professional work ethic is outstanding I cannot recommend anyone better I personally talked to Jose and he is so amazing he didn’t have to respond to me every time I had questions about something little or dumb but he made the time to answer me super quick, truly outstanding work

This was the best service that I've experienced in so long. Jose texted and came through and within no time I had air and I'm so very grateful. Respectful as well as very prompt. Would highly recommend!

If zero stars were Possible I would give it. My property has a bad furnace/ gas line and this Jose Carrillo is not certified and also decided to go against what the NMGC( New Mexico gas company) had required. This man Ignored a RED CARD given by the gas company and deemed it safe, I also have a three year old living here. He is a joke. Not a businessman. No No No don’t use him.

I had JC Heating and Cooling install a water heater recently and he and his team are excellent, professionals. They’ve done other work for me and I highly recommend them. JC the owner works well with his customers, thank you very much!!

I can definitely tell you they don't honor their warranties tried to charge me $120 to replace a fuse on the motherboard that went out you have to be kidding me. Had an electrician come out the same day after they left to fix a problem he said that the reason the fuse blew was due to their Miss wiring of the thermostat...

I called on a cold day with no furnace. Someone was at my door within 30 minutes. He assessed the situation, had the necessary parts with him and i had heat within 20 minutes after he arrived .
He was very professional, offered some safety tips as well as general maintained guidance.
I was very impressed, AND very happy with SERVICE. I knew prior to having any work done, EXACTLY WHAT MY COST WOULD BEand approximately hiw long if would take.
I received a warranty, fair pricing, service when I needed it most. This was my first repair by this company but, I guarantee it won't be the last time.

JC’s did a fabulous job replacing my furnace and water heater in my garage at a good price compared to the large HVAC companies. They arranged for city inspection and when it didn’t pass, through no fault of their own but because my house had been built incorrectly without fresh air vents in the garage, they came out and installed them at no extra cost and rescheduled the city inspection again. The city inspector said I found the “needle in the haystack” with JC’s, they would know!

We hired JC Heating and Cooling to install a refrigerated air system in our townhouse.
PRO: They showed up on time.
CONS: We had multiple discussions on the size of the unit needed. A larger unit was installed and now it keeps freezing. Jose was contacted about this and told us it would now be an extra $1200 to upgrade our furnace and put a vent/hole in our bedroom upstairs (never gets cool in there, always hot) No inspection was completed afterwards and now we are getting ready to sell our house and still, no inspection.
We explained in detail that we wanted the pipes to go under the house and if they didn't have the tools, my husband would make the hole for them to feed lines through. Instead they just CUT our metal grate for under house access and shoved the lines through there.
Very unprofessional. Very unhappy customers. Seemingly were not the only ones.

My experience with Jose was amazing, he installed two new ac unit and furnances, there was one bump in what i was getting, but he made sure to make it right and made sure I was happy, his prices were amazing, and his staff was very friendly and respectful when I had question, even gave my a upgrade with wifi thermostat. I would highly recommend Jose and his company. Not sure why there was bad reviews. But for any needs I will be going with this company

I know that a lot of people will only post bad experiences on reviews. So I would like to add a good one for this company.

Our furnace quit working over the weekend. Monday a crew from Jc Heating and Cooling came to look at it. It was determined the furnace was a dinosaur and needed to be replaced. Tuesday another crew came to install it. There seemed to be a problem, so the owner, Jose came to check it out. He found that our thermostat wasn't communicating with the furnace. He moved the location of the thermostat and rewired it. He explained everything he was doing and why. I had mentioned the thermostat was in a bad place and agreed. The thermostat still wouldn't communicate. So he put a new one in. The door in front of the furnace needed an additional vent for circulation so he cut the hole for it. Today, his son arrived to install the vent and brought us a new wifi thermostat. All this was at no extra charge.

I interacted with 6 different individuals in 3 days. They were all very polite and respectful. Jose apologized for answering his phone. Which was fine with me, he's running a business. I have no complaints. Should we decide to add central air, Jc Heating and Cooling will be the ones to do it.

My electric bill was truly crushing me, felt like I was bleeding money! But ever since they tuned up my old unit, it's actually gone down significantly! I'm genuinely shocked and beyond happy about the unexpected savings. What a difference!
