I want to take the time to write a genuine and well-deserved review for Daniel’s Plumbing and Heating in Albuquerquebecause experiences like this are rare these days. Nearly a year ago, my family and I received a quote from Daniel’s for installing mini-split systems in our home. Like many families, we needed time to plan for such a significant investment. When we finally decided to move forward almost a year later, I was honestly expecting the price to increase. To my surprise—and appreciation—Daniel’s Plumbing and Heating fully honored the original quote without hesitation.
In a time when many companies look for opportunities to raise prices or take advantage of customers, especially with rising costs, Daniel’s did the exact opposite. They treated my family with honesty and integrity and never once tried to pressure us or upsell unnecessary work. That alone speaks volumes about the values of this company.
The installation itself was just as impressive as the business ethics. The professional staff installed four mini-split systems throughout our home, and the level of precision and attention to detail was outstanding. From start to finish, the crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely organized. They showed up on time each day, communicated clearly about the process, and kept the work areas clean and orderly.
What really stood out to me was how efficiently everything was handled. The entire project was completed in just two days, from start to finish, without cutting corners or sacrificing quality. Every unit was installed perfectly, and the system works exactly as promised. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their craftsmanship and stands behind their work.
Another huge benefit was the financing plan they offered. It was the best option available to us and made such a large investment far more manageable for my family. Thanks to that financing, we were able to move forward without unnecessary financial stress, which made a big difference for us.

I've had Daniels here twice and have been extremely impressed with their work. They came in three years ago and rebuilt our Boiler and Hot Water heater area due to some leakage from other systems damaging the walls. When they were done it looked like the engine room of the Star Ship Enterprise. Extremely impressive. Also it was significantly lower cost than other options. Just recently they sent one of techs Chris McBride out because one zone in our floor heater wasn't working. He quickly found the problem and corrected it. It ended up being a simple fix that didn't require we spend money for anything unnecessary. We were very pleased. Highly recommend them.

Mike J was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to speak with us.So we understand exactly what was going on with our plumbing. He fixed everything in a timely manner. Before he left the job he made sure everything was back in place and clean in the area he worked .

Needed to replace boiler and water heater. Received 5 estimates and Daniels was in the mid-range between $13k and $28k. The decision to choose Daniels was due to Charles who also did the installation. He was professional, no sales pitch, stated facts and clearly explained three options. We chose the highest option which met our needs best. The work was excellent, on time, no additional charges. Had a call-back for an operational question and Charles came - adjusted some things and answered our questions. We were very comfortable having him and his helper in our home and are very pleased with the outcome. Only negative is communication with the office - messages lost, etc. But we are persistent and everyone we've contacted is helpful and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend Daniels!
PS: I want to say the price paid was 'overpriced' - but we had 4 other estimates and this one was in the middle. It's just the 'industry' in general that is expensive these days! So we checked "Reasonable Price."

I cannot recommend Daniels Plumbing & Heating highly enough! I used them to repair a deteriorating cast iron sewer line under a large apartment building that was sixty years old. It was a complex problem that required a camera scope of the sewer line to determine the extent of the problem. It took over two weeks to repair because the only access to the clogged lines required jack hammering through a concrete slab to access the pipes. The Project Lead, Mike Jarmamillo, and his supervisor, Darren Looper, kept me informed daily during the project and demonstrated expertise, professionalism and care from start to finish. They explained every step of the process and provided options so I could make informed and budget conscious decisions on how best to proceed. When additional video of the entire sewer line that I requested revealed that the main sewer line was deteriorating and needed relined, they advised me that other more specialized companies had the latest cured-in-place piping machines which was not within their range of services.
What truly set them apart was their commitment to quality and transparency. They provided options for both repair and replacement, helping me make an informed, budget conscious decisions. The work was completed efficiently, the disruptions to the building’s tenants was minimal and the site was left clean every day.
Daniel’s Plumbing & Heating combines technical know-how with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them and I am grateful for their exceptional work!

Daniels did a terrific job on putting in a new hvac system in my recently purchased home with an aging swamp cooler. They showed up on time for bid, (which was reasonable) the workers, even earlier for the job, they cleaned up nicely, explained new system clearly. José and his partner were so nice and thorough, a pleasure to work with them for the 2 speedy days it took them to create a whole new system. Since it appears our climate is indeed warming, the system is welcomed! I recommend Daniels with 5 stars and enthusiasm, and José for his expert installation, Nate the electrician for more explanations and his work, and the entire job completed quickly before the movers arrive!

It’s definitely tough when you need to completely replace your Heating and Cooling System. It seems like everyone knows a guy who can do it for cheap. I was in a difficult situation. I called up Daniels and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. You get what you pay for. From the beginning to the end it was outstanding and professional service. This company was prompt and delivered high quality products and installation. I set up an appointment the day before. Alfonso the service technician arrived first was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Super cool. He identified the problem. My heating and ac system was extremely dated and needed to be replaced. He then Coordinated with Jack the sales tech who was very personable and experienced in his job. The estimate was very competitive and fair. Bryan and Nathan arrived about an hour later they were the installation techs . Extremely skilled in their craft. They did an incredible job. Very timely and more importantly experts installers. Everyone worked as team. I was very impressed that I was able to have a complete unit installed in the same day with a winter storm approaching. Job well done to those guys and the Daniels team.

I used First Rate for second time to replace my HVAC system. The first time was to replace all the natural gas lines in my home. Just like the first time when Brad and Jake did the gas lines for me, Kyle and David were a great team. They courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable, they took the time to answer any question I asked. They cleaned up after themselves and instructed me on the operation of they new equipment. Andrea quoted a fair price and arranged financing for me. I highly recommend this company for work they do and will never use another company in the future. Great job guys, thank you.

I recently called First Rate Plumbing to address an issue with the toilet at my office, and I’m so glad I did. The technician, Michael, was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Not only did he resolve the problem with the toilet, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the issue to me, which I really appreciated. Michael’s excellent service has definitely earned my trust, and I will absolutely be using First Rate Plumbing again in the future. Highly recommend!

My AC went out Friday night and I called Saturday morning. To my surprise after making the appointment John the technician called me. I couldn’t have been luckier to have John on the call. He was super knowledgeable, very respectful, and went out of his way to get the job done. I was throughly impressed. I don’t normally leave reviews but because of how good of a job John did. I felt like others should know. I will definitely be a repeat customer next time the need arises.

I would recommend this company to anyone! I purchased a AC unit elsewhere and it was damaged in shipping. Inside the house was over 90 degrees and miserable. Ron was able to get me a new unit and still get it installed that day!! Valentino and Enrique are excellent and very knowledgeable technicians. I am very appreciative for the excellent customer service they provided. At the end of the day we are back to being comfortable thanks to First Rate Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

What I had done was the seasonal closing of my swap cooler. Made the appointment
Through email. The technician asked me for the drip pan (we discovered, there wasn't one.) He told me he would have to order the part and would have it in 3 days so by that Friday. It is now been 10 days and I'm done very unprofessional.

We were very pleased with the service we received from our technician, Kevin. Very nice, prompt, respectful and was able to get our AC up and running. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to get us scheduled due to it being urgent. I would definitely use them again. Great company!

Had 2 intelligent workers come to my house and replace the high pressure valve under kitchen sink, Valentino seemed to have the knowledge and expertise to fix my issue, very happy and trustworthy guys... had correct tools and even towels to soak excessive water... thanks for helping me...
