Brandon runs a great crew that you will soon be glad you brought on board. I needed a brand new AC and heater. I was cool by the end of the first day as it was still warm. Heater was quickly installed with all the safety equipment and a pressure test verified by the city. They took time to install the proper condensate pump explaining everything as they worked. System was great for 1.5 year until I had trouble one night keeping the flame on in the heater. Brandon promptly showed up to troubleshoot and found that a sensor was a little dirty. Left me with the skills to quickly tackle the job on my own if I see it again. Super friendly and professional as I took advantage of their 24/hr service. Even in their busy season Brandon went the extra mile to keep our family warm and happy. Not to mention he easily beats the boys out there like Wagner ($10k less) Affrdable (8k less) truly a diamond can be found in this company. I haven’t even had the opportunity to use them on a plumbing call yet. Is there anything they can’t do? Haven’t found it yet! Keep trucking Brandon.

Ryan and Caesar came out today to inspect my heating and cooling and to change out some intake vents. The guys were really nice, respectful and worked fast. They were upfront with pricing which I thought was fair. I really appreciated their professionalism and approach. I'm going to have them do any maintenance and repairs I need in the future.

Just completed our full a/c conversion. My furnace went out this past week in the midst of the cold front. I had gotten an expensive quote from another company and felt defeated that I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed. I called NCB Mechanical and they were AMAZING! Jeff was respectful, very knowledgeable, and had a more affordable quote sent to me within a few hours. He was able to schedule to have his team come out the next day, so I wouldn’t be stuck without heat. Oscar and Eric installed the new equipment quick and without any issues! I’m very happy with this company and my outcome!

Had a very good experience with NCB Mechanical. Had a water leak under the concrete slab somewhere. They told me that it was not worth fixing it since the house had the old poly pipe. They gave me a bid to recpipe the whole house. The price was very reasonable. The crew was very professional and they all worked good together. It took only 10 days to complete the job. I was very impressed for a young crew, they new what to do. I will be using NCB for any plumbing issues that come up.

Posting an unequivocal recommendation for NCB for their work at my home this week. I called around 6AM Monday morning due to a broken water heater. NCB delivered with a same-day appointment and were able to install a new water heater, remove the old heater, and bring my setup into code with the (required) installation of new pipe fittings, natural gas safety mechanisms, earthquake straps, and a water pan.

The crew that came to my home -- beginning with Cesar, then joined by Miguel, Ryan, and Dominic -- were polite, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. They answered my questions cheerfully, shared insights about my piping system in my garage, and made several well-informed recommendations about other work I could do to optimize my water system -- WITHOUT pressuring me to do the work with them or to upsell me on the spot.

Finally, the job was expensive (~$1,300 for replacement job including parts and labor, but excluding the water heater, which I went and bought myself before they arrived) (but ask about military discounts!). But after speaking with a couple of people who had the same work done, this is in the heartland of pricing. Well worth it to have the work done quickly, done well, and done on the same day I called to get my house back online. Much appreciated, NCB!

I needed to get my heater checked for the winter season. NCB was able to get me scheduled quickly, the technician was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the service was above and beyond.

I contacted the company and spoke with Janesse. She was such a delightful person. She answered all my questions and made me feel secure in utilizing NBC. Highly recommend in this day you rarely get good customer service so it was a great conversation.

NCB plumbing was the best choice I could make, for my water heater replacement upstairs. The crew showed care for our wood flooring, offered suggestions, and answered all my questions. In contacting NCB based on a referral from a friend, I reached out to have 2 mini splits cleaned and to have one adjusted with the thermostat. Upon arrival, the techs were friendly. However, one of the techs informed me of multiple false items around my mini split. When I asked him to check the thermostat on a 1 year old mini split, he informed me on the particular day he was present, it was too cool to check my mini split's thermostat accuracy. It was 82 degrees on this particular day. When asked if there were other potential ways of checking this, he informed me I should choose darker curtains for my windows to help the mini split reach accurate temperature. I have heat blocking film on all my windows and had previously experienced no difficulties with thermostat the previous summer. He informed me that my mini split was not large enough for my area. I have a 400 sqft tiny home with 2 9000BTU mini splits. Plenty of gusto to cool both areas of my home. He then instructed me how long and difficult it would be to contact the company of my particular brand of mini split, both are Gree, in order to get instructions for this check. He then cleaned the outside condensers. The cleaning of both condensers was significantly inadequate, leaving both full of cottonwood fluff, resulting in me having to clean both myself the following week. When I submitted a complaint to the company, they offered to come back out. They scheduled me for a window of 3p-5p on a Friday afternoon. At 505p the first Friday, they called stating they would need to postpone me to until the following Monday cause they ran out of time to service my mini splits. I instructed them I work Mon-Thurs and they would need to come on Friday as I could not take off work. They scheduled for the following Friday, 1p-3p window. The following Friday, I did not receive a call or text until 730p instructing me they had run over on their job and could still come, however, they were an hour away or they could come Sat morning. I replied indicating I would be reaching out to the manager. I received a voicemail from the manager asking me to return his call. Upon calling him back 2 days later, he indicated at 1p that he was almost to his destination and would immediately call me to talk about my concerns. At 530p that day, he attempted to call me back evidenced by a missed call, however when I was not able to answer my phone, there was no voicemail left or another attempt made to reach me or discuss concerns.
It cost me over $200 to clean two mini splits that were poorly cleaned, resulting in me having to spend more time and money to clean them myself. As well as giving me false information. The tech also quoted me $8000 to upgrade my current brand new 9000BTU mini split with a 12000BTU mini split. Which is extremely high considering average retail price and all installation is currently in place. It would be an exchange of a unit.
I gave NCB ample opportunity to correct this terrible service and condescending approach to a very knowledgeable home owner. Instead, they pushed off my service, did not refund any amount of the service call even after providing pictures of the poorly cleaned unit, and did not make efforts to contact and correct other than to schedule calls they then would no show or cancel after the originally time.

I will NOT recommend NCB and I find their customer care dispicable. I am a business owner myself and would never treat my clients in this fashion. Please be aware of their service. The dates of service or missed service were 6/14, 6/21, 6/28, and 7/1 of 2024 for reference.

I had an incredible experience with Jannese Martinez. Her customer service was truly top notch — professional, warm, and compassionate from the moment we spoke. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard and taken care of. What impressed me most was her ability to secure a same-day appointment, which made a world of difference for me. After be treated poorly by Daniel's and getting a ridiculous estimate, I was so lucky to get in contact with Denise Martinez. Not only did she help us get great help at an even better price, she stayed in contact until we were completely satisfied. NCB earned us as customers for life.

NCB has been to our home on several occasions, mostly for plumbing issues but also to install an electric water heater. I called them today because our furnace/AC was making weird noises and seemed to smell like gas. They came out right away to check on it. Fortunately, there was no gas leak & a filter just needed to be replaced. I have been impressed with their consistent timely, friendly, competent service. Highly recommended!

I called to get a quote and I spoke to Jannese. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get me a great deal. The work was done quick and very professional. My AC works great now! 10 out of 10 would recommend NCB Mechanical.

I have had great experiences with NCB. A couple years ago, they replaced a toilet for me for a very reasonable price. More recently, Cesar and another tech came out and turned over my heater/swamp cooler. They were professional, kind, and very helpful. They noticed my outside faucet bib was leaking and put in a request (with my ok) for an appointment to look at it in the next day or two. Javier was also wonderful! He was also very professional and helpful and easy to work with. He explained everything to me, warned me what might go wrong and how it could affect the job. To my relief, the cost was as initially anticipated and went as planned. Very pleased with both experiences.

We had NCB Mechanical to get our swamp cooler set up in May. They were 4 hours late and they came to me with pictures of what they said was our swamp cooler. The pictures showed massive rust and a really bad looking unit. They told me it would be $6000 - $8000 to replace. I asked them to send me the pictures and they ghosted me for weeks. I disputed the charge with my bank and my bank asked them to send them them the photos and they ever did. The photos they said was our unit was not even our unit. My son and I went up on our roof and got it set up in 15 minutes and has been working great. Our unit was new in 2013 and is in great shape and needs no repairs. Our bank refunded our money. For anyone who hires this shoddy company, I suggest you get another quote. When we had it replaced it in 2013 it was $1200 including installation. BUYER BE WARE. GET ANOTHER QUOTE.
