I contacted NCB mechanical because my ac unit for my house went out and was not going to be repairable due to its age and no longer being manufactured.

NCB was quick to respond to asses the problems. They offered great finance options that are super affordable and made the application process easy. Everything was handled over the phone with a real person who was extremely helpful. Once I agreed to what they had to offer I had a technician arrive at my house with the equipment within a few days to start working. It took two days for new AC unit and Furnance to be replaced.

The technician who handled the install was great. He worked hard, didn’t waste anytime and was super helpful and explained everything he had done for me. The entire process from first phone call to sign the paperwork then the install took less then a week for me.

The quality of work professional service was great! I highly recommend you consider this company if assistance is needed.

We needed a new water heater before ours caused more damage. We called to get some information and a quote was sent us same day! The staff was super friendly and was able to get us in for our install within a couple days. Grateful for their efficiency and customer service.

Domonic was prompt, professional, and provided great service. He flushed our tankless water heater and reduced the wait time for hot water throughout our house. Very satisfied with our service and would definitely recommend.

GOOD BUT STRANGE 🤔
NCB Mechanical replaced a bad main water shutoff valve seen in the attached images. NBC was prompt and professional as a company with this repair. The repair appears to be done well but the choice to completely recess the valve and its lever in the wall cavity effectively behind the drywall is a bit of an odd if not impractical choice made by the technician. Good work and a bit strange at the same time.

Matthew was polite, professional and cost effective! He performed the work quickly and efficiently and explained everything in detail. Will definitely be calling again for future plumbing needs!

The price was all inclusive and was less pricey than the company we once went through. After 3 or 4 five star experiences, we will not be calling anyone else as long as the service remains this excellent!! Matthew and Dom are top tier people and they can take our work orders anytime 😊

Javier and Ryan provided me the best service I have received in years. Javier was knowledgeable, explained my repairs to me in a way I understood clearly. They fixed my gas pipe in no time. Matthew & Tyler did an excellent job clearing our pipes from the kitchen out 75 ft to the main line. Water runs great now in the kitchen. No leaks & no backing up.

NCB is always on time, and professional. Been using them for 5 Years as they replaced my previous plumbing and heating contractor. Brian and Javier did a great job.

NCB Mechanical stopped a leak from my old water heater and replaced it with a new waterheater. On the day of replacement, Matthew called to say he was on his way with new heater. When he arrived, he and his partner Javi got to work immediately. They worked very diligently installing the waterheater and when they were finished they gave me a tour of my new water heaters features. I an quite pleased with their work. Matthew and Javi keep up the great work.

Through my own stupidity, I managed to destroy my furnace (I turned it on for the winter season and it ran for 30 minutes with the damper still in place) on a Tuesday and they came out Wednesday morning to install a new furnace. Throughout the process, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called at roughly 8:30PM Tuesday evening and they called me back within 4 minutes. My appointment was scheduled between 10AM and 12PM for the next day, Wednesday. At 7:18AM, Cesar called and said some appointments had rescheduled and wanted to know if they could head over immediately. Wanting heat in my home ASAP, of course I emphatically said, "YES!" Cesar and Daniel showed up, dressed professionally for work, took a look at my furnace and sadly claimed it had seen it's last days. The damper not being removed during the initial operation melted wiring, the filter, and some of the insulation inside the unit. As much as I didn't want to be shelling out for the cost of a new furnace during the holidays, Cesar and Daniel advised it would be smartest to replace the unit rather than trying to repair things. Considering the furnace was a 30 years old, I agreed. Cesar went over the job with me, completed the quote in a timely manner and I gave the go ahead to start work. They worked through lunch, and by 1:30PM, I had heat and couldn't have been happier with the quality of work. I will be putting some of their business cards out in my lounge at work and have shared my experience with my neighborhood Facebook page. I can NOT recommend NCB enough.

I guess I'm not smart enough to figure out how to do another review so I'll just edit this one to add the most recent job they did for me. Last week, the outlet side of our water heater ruptured and was spraying water all over the garage. Cesar answered the phone immediately and came out to the house within the hour. It was close to 5 when he arrived but he stayed and got the job done right. Once again, NCB to the rescue and we could shower that night with hot water!

Had a need to have the exterior hose bib replaced as it was leaking especially with colder temperatures coming. I was able to get get scheduled today. Matt and Ryan came by and were so polite and kind. They were able to get this addressed so we wouldn’t have to worry about it. Really great guys.
