We’ve had Williams out twice over the last two years for separate reasons. Each visit the technicians were respectful of the property, very knowledgeable, and made sure everything was up to snuff before leaving. Even spent a few minutes educating on changes to refrigerated air units and the coolant being used, prepping us for the future.

Of course my furnace went kaput on our first day of snow! I called several companies for service but only Williams Mechanical could schedule a visit so timely. Very pleased with the professionalism of Tate who installed a new blower. The total price was on par with online estimates that I'd researched. Office staff was pleasant and efficient. I was texted confirming my appointment, which was great. I would highly recommend this company for super service and affordability. I'd use them again if I have to. Fingers crossed, though!

We have been enjoying the new mini-splits that Alex, Anthony and Bret installed last week throughout our home. These guys were great to work with--they were courteous with us and kept us apprised of their work, listened to our input and did the work on time as promised. The system meets the expectations that owner Annette and Mike, the salesman, set about the Mitsubishi system. It has definitely cooled down two problem rooms and is very quiet, yet powerful. Williams Mechanical was great on the installation.

Williams Mechanical team was fast, friendly and professional. They removed an old water heater, installed the new one, and added refrigerated air to my home in two days with minimal impact and no inconvenience to household members. WM also coordinated a concurrent electrical upgrade and all inspections. The site was left clean and functional, and the team was happy to explain their work. The WM work matched the bid/quote, and the quote was extremely fair and competitive. Definitely recommend Williams Mechanical.

Four years later I had a minor issue that arose from the triple-installation of new electrical, a new water heater and new air conditioning. I wrote the Williams Mechanical Team an email on Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning I had an appointment scheduled to fix the issue.

Once again, Williams Mechanical did a fantastic job addressing the issue completely, at no cost to me, and in the fast, friendly and efficient manner that they always do their work. Their technician, Jason Zuni, was super-friendly and helpful, left the job site clean and did a very professional job. This is why I will continue to highly recommend Williams Mechanical to my friends and family. Thank you Williams Mechanical!

Williams Mechanical did a great job on the mini splits they installed in our building. They were very professional and were quick and attentive when we had a small hiccup after installation. We would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Our heat pump installation began with a visit from Annette to size and price our system. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The installation team of Alex, Jeremy, and Gabriel did a great job and explained the system and controls as they went. Williams Mechanical will be my new go-to plumbing company. I highly recommend Williams Mechanical. They’ve maintained my swamp coolers for several years. When I needed a new unit I got 3 bids. Williams worked with me, every time, answering every question. None of the others did. Their pricing was good & explained clearly. All of their people are highly trained & very skilled.

We continue to have excellent experience with Williams Mechanical. Keith McGavock solved a number of problems for us, while being very courteous, and very thorough in his explanations of how to approach our plumbing and gas line issues. We have now had big work done with Williams (new heat pump system) as well as smaller jobs (leaking sink, leaking gas line). In all cases we are very pleased with the work, and recommend them highly.

I should also add that office personnel - Matt and Stephanie - are very responsive.

Highly recommend this company. My water heater went out and when I called they were able to fit me in right away for a new water heater and install. The communication was excellent. They sent text messages and emails prior to my install day to remind me of my appointment time. I was not able to be home and was sending my dad to the house during the installation. I didn’t want him to sit all day waiting so at my request I asked if they could call ahead to let me know what time they were coming. They called me and also called my dad at the requested call ahead time frame which was perfect. They showed up at the exact time of my appointment (actually a little bit early which nowadays is unheard of) and installed in the time frame that they had given. I live in an older home and they were prepared with everything they needed to bring my water heater up to code. They were very professional with the installation and left everything very clean when they were done. I was very impressed with the quality of service and the quality of the water heater they installed. I will 100% use this company again.

Old review: Williams is a fantastic company. We've been using them for about four years. Over that time they've installed a swamp cooler for us, handled seasonal changeovers twice a year, done plumbing repairs, and most recently they replaced our furnace. They're honest and reliable and do a great job for us. Bret is the best! He really knows what he's doing.

Our thermostat went out during a very cold week, and we have an older home. Williams got us on the schedule quickly, and replaced the thermostat, and found one that actually fit in a narrow space on the wall. Our technician was friendly, helpful, and competent. We were very pleased with the service Williams provided and would definitely recommend them!

Williams installed a mini split system for us in an old, curvy North Valley Adobe (walls generally neither square or plumb) whose venting had collapsed as originally installed under concrete slab in river bed silt. Williams was great at every step of the process in determining best heating solution given site and structural challenges: the sales process was patient, informative and consultive (Annette/Mike); the installation folks (Anthony/Alex) were friendly, professional and very conscientious with our property and animals during three day installation; when a structural challenge arose as part of the installation, an owner and field services manager quickly responded and resolved!! Finally, the mini-split equipment required an electrical system/panel upgrade which Williams and their subcontractor (Add-on Electric--Jesus, Manuel and Isaac) handled seamlessly and did an impressive job of reorganizing (and labeling) several decades of obvious electrical system neglect.

For anyone facing a failing heating/cooling dilemma, mini splits make significant economic and environmental sense. Our primary reservation when considering mini splits was aesthetics thinking that equipment would be obtrusive. Thankfully, within days of the installation we no longer realize they are there or operating (perk--extremely quiet system).

We’ve always had a fabulous experience with Anderson Air Corp, whether it be routine maintenance or emergency service. We’ve used them in several homes that we owned around town, each with an excellent experience. Every technician we’ve had has been professional and pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Called due to emergency, our heat was not working, our house inside was freezing. Had called another company but their tech never showed. Placed a call to this company and a tech was out to our house an hour later and the issue was fixed within 30-45 minutes. I am very pleased with the response time, he was able to get the heat working again and the service didn't cost us an arm & a leg. Highly recommend Anderson Air Corp Heating & Cooling!

Both A/C units were inspected and found to be operating properly. One thermostat however was found to be faulty (even though it was working perfectly before the inspection). After several hours of troubleshooting by the Anderson Air technician of the thermostat in question, an exact replacement model was made. The explanation of just what the problem was turned out to be fairly different to put into words other than a voltage supplied by the thermostat was “low”. The cost of the replacement I felt was excessive and after talking (via telephone) with a manager the next morning, a price correction was made. I got excellent handling of my concerns at the management level. I will continue to use Anderson Air for all my heating and cooling systems maintenance needs. They make things right!!

I have a maintenance agreement with Anderson Air. They installed my new furnace, humidifier and air conditioner a couple of years ago. Today was my a/c maintenance. My service person was professional, friendly, showed me how to take better care of my system. I highly recommend Anderson Air for your installation and maintenance needs.

Excellent customer service! Anderson installed our Carrier HVAC7 years ago (Dino in Sales and Andrew in install were great). Brianna and Cindy make it easy to schedule service and the Techs, most recently Randy and Lorenzo, arrive on time and do a thorough job. Anderson’s team cares long term about its customers!

Anderson Air Corps once again was amazing. The techs were on time, friendly, went above and beyond with servicing our HVAC system, and were thorough with their explanation of the service call. I'd highly recommend Anderson who has not only provided emergency service, but also provides the routine maintenance to keep our system heating and cooling efficiently.

If there were 11 stars, I would give it to him. A very nice young man did fine job cleaning the coils, checked out the system, cleaned up after himself and very professional. We have used Anderson for over 10 years and I've had excellent service.

They made the experience very smooth from getting a quote through installation and city inspection. Everyone showed up on time, was polite and nice, stuck to their schedule, and the heat pumps work great. I am planning to use them for future installations.
