My Carrier heating system was not functioning properly. I called Anderson because of positive reviews they had on Google. They scheduled to send a technician on January 5. When the technician arrived he checked the thermostat first and then the unit in the backyard and said both were functioning well. While shutting off power to the unit the technician broke the on/off switch of the electric box. He said “I’m sorry I broke the switch, but it was an accident.” He brought another shut off box from his van and said a new box is $400 and you also have to pay an installation fee. I told him I will not pay because you broke the switch. I picked up the phone and called my son and told him my son is on his way. He immediately went to his van and drove away. I called his office to complain and they said we will send you Dave, our manager. Dave came the next day and brought a replacement electric box. He told me he will replace the box if I agree to pay $150 because his employee had vacuumed inside my furnace. I will attach the photo of the small space he vacuumed for which he wanted $150. I refused to pay. He took the box and left me a 76 year old woman in a freezing house without heating. My son found a replacement box from Home Depot for $16 and installed it and my heater started working. I have never experienced such a group of dishonest liars and thieves like Anderson Air Corps, doing business in the United States.

I’m always happy with the work that Anderson Air Corps does for me. Anderson Air Corps consistently does great work. Their installation and maintenance services are top notch. Over the last 25 years Anderson has installed and serviced heating and cooling systems for my two residences. They have a great service team including Randy and Alex, among many other professionals, who have done my annual winter and summer (heating and cooling system) inspections and preventative maintenance. I am and have always been extremely pleased with their work and that of the other professionals at Anderson Air Corps. They are friendly, timely and very responsive to my HVAC needs!

Anderson Air Corps is amazing! They were able to have someone come out the same day! Don arrived even sooner than expected and had our air conditioner diagnosed and repaired in 30 minutes!! He was so friendly and professional! We will definitely use them again!

Four years ago Anderson Air Corp replaced our old sub-floor gas furnace and floor ducting with new furnace and ducting and added a cooling system to replace our evaporative cooler. We got the Carrier Infinity System air conditioner and gas furnace with modern Carrier Infinity Controller with wifi access capability. We bought the 10-year extended warranty agreement.

They also installed a two-unit mini-split heating/cooling for two of our separate rooms.

They helped us find a good electrical contractor to do the necessary upgrade to our electrical power panel and service.

The installers were professional and experienced and our twice-a-year warranty contract checkups and maintenance visits have been on-time and thorough.

We highly recommend Anderson Air Corp for any of your HVAC needs.

I appreciate technician Brandon he came with advance notification. He was very professional, and found my issue promptly!!! As a first-time customer, I will continue services with this company.

Our experience has been very unfortunate. They removed our Trane on October 27th and we are not only locked out of the very expensive Infinity system, which we have regrettably paid them the total $28,400 for, we are getting ERROR codes and have no way of trying to get our system to operate. They set the humidity to an arid 20% and we have been getting headaches and coughing for months. Our experience is that they are not skilled enough to really do a job like this fumbling and stopping to read manuals. One tech laughed at us as he told us that our freon is flammable. Not funny to me.The Infinity system is noisy compared to our old Trane which was so quiet. It's February 9th and we have been let down. They got our money, so are they going to just write us off?

The technician who came out was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done correctly. I truly appreciate the high level of service and will gladly recommend Anderson Air CorpsHeating & Cooling to others.

Amazing customer services! Landon came to my house was very respectful when I told him take to take his shoes off because the carpet is brand new. He was very polite about it. Would always recommend these guys for sure!

My mom used Anderson Air for many years to take of her A/C and heating, and always had good things to say about them. When she passed, I kept her townhouse and the Anderson Air maintenance. They have been great. Special shout out / thumbs up to Greg.

Anderson Technicians, while the one I met was young, were professional, to the point, and knowledgeable. There were some administrative issues (I had to call to ask for my receipt to be emailed to me. Moreover, while on the phone with them, had to ask to be scheduled for an appointment for the motor install) but overall I was pleased with their service.

Another great AC/Heater service with Anderson. Peace of mind is everything especially during the winter months and to have a heater go out during that time would be uncomfortable. Besides the unit being a little dirty and after cleaning and maintenence the all clear was given. This is also after they were out for the AC maintenence. I'm grateful for all of the hard work. Thanks so much. We'll most definitely be using Anderson in the future.

Alex was awesome. He was able to diagnose our 1978 furnace quickly, identify the problem, and when the new motor arrived, he installed it the same day. Michael somehow found an OEM motor which saved us thousands of dollars. The team was always quick to answer my emails and texts, and overall made a bad situation manageable. Highly recommend Anderson Air Corps!

Super friendly and professional. They installed a new air conditioner in my apartment and went above and beyond by checking the pipes in the attic which needed to be fixed. I would have never known about it if they didn't tell me. Thank you so much 😊

Absolutely fantastic service! Was very happy with our technician Billy as he was so polite, informative and clearly knowledgeable. The customer service when calling was also great as they were always happy to help and did their best to provide transparent feedback and costs. 100% will work with them again!

They installed a Master Cool for us. Time was spent planning the project and they recommended the proper system.

Over the years they have taken care of changing seasons for us. There were a few bumps in the road, but over all we have been happy with what the system. And before anyone makes the decision on "A few bumps", there are usually a couple trips on the roof to get a swamp cooler running right. That's just the way it is. Any time an adjustment was needed we called and they sent a crew to correct the issue.

The owner(s) care about their staff. This is something that is not seen often today and deserves a mention.

Very satisfied with AAC's replacement of the return air duct on my roof. I got several quotes and AAC's was among the more reasonable and they seemed most knowledgeable. The installation crew was punctual, polite, and respectful of my home. The ductwork appears well constructed and sturdy, with internal insulation securely affixed. At my request, AAC painted the duct to match my stucco with a resilient roof paint; much better visually than the galvanized steel.

Several things done poorly
1. Mgr(overseeing the workers never showed up during the installation) to check on things other than phone calls from workers. Also missed one meeting and I got several texts of meetings I didn’t have.
2. When the old furnace was removed, I could see there was black mold on the wood base and on some of the drywall(old AC condensation was not draining properly from years past). Workers would have installed the new furnace on top of the existing black mold, had I not stopped them. I don’t expect them to fix the black mold, but they should have insisted that I fix this before continuing.
3. The sheet metal air intake was built the wrong size and wouldn’t fit. Had to have a new one made.
4. On initial start of furnace, no heat was coming out of the vents. This furnace is heated by hot water moving thru pipes in the hvac. I read warnings on the front of the hvac, saying “you must purge the water lines of air, before turning on the heat, not doing so can burn out the water pump”. I told the workers and pointed to the valve in the furnace and said a hose probably needs to be connected here and the valve then opened to purge the air. This worked.
4. The earthquake straps around the water heater are affixed to only drywall(with drywall anchors), not affixed to studs. One already came out of the wall.
5. City inspector found that the metal venting above the water heater was offset from the vent opening on the water heater.

Overall, pretty bad experience.

Dishonest or Incompetent? Recommended $800 in unnecessary repairs.

I recently called Signature Cooling and Heating for a standard winter furnace tune-up. During the visit, the technician claimed my blower and internal components were covered in dust and debris and insisted an approximately $800 cleaning was mandatory for the unit to function.

Here is the problem: That exact cleaning had just been performed by another company a few months prior.

The unit was spotless. This means the technician was either:

So incompetent he couldn't recognize a clean component, or

Deliberately attempting to upcharge me for services that were not required.

When a company recommends $800 in urgent work on a clean system, it’s a massive red flag. I would strongly advise any homeowner to get a second opinion before authorizing any additional work suggested by this team. Integrity matters, and it was missing here.
