When Annette and Mike came to give us an estimate, they saw immediately how to increase space in our laundry area by reconfiguring duct work and better furnace placement. We liked talking to an installer and an owner, rather than a sales person. Yesterday, Alex and Anthony quickly and quietly removed our old furnace and swamp cooler and installed the new. They worked happily, showed us what they were doing, and asked questions about our preferences. What I can see looks very well done.

We have had three mini split systems installed at our church and we could not be happier. The installers and techs Alex, Anthony & Bret were pleasant and professional to work with. They answered all of our questions and left the spaces they worked in clean and tidy as they found them. Annette and Mike came out when we had further questions on how to use the remotes and set the units for each room. I would recommend Williams for your cooling and heating needs.

We have used Williams Mechanical for over a year and have been pleased with their service. They installed an air conditioner for us last summer. There was a warranty issue, requiring multiple visits to figure out the problem. Chris happily visited us every time the problem happened, and was finally able to learn which part was defective and replace it, with successful results. We have a service contract with them and are pleased with their efforts to keep our system in tiptop shape. This last visit, our filters were cleaned well by a young man in training who was learning from Chris. They have recently installed a new water heater for us, and that job was well-done, too.

Williams Mechanical has always provided fast and fair service! Jarrod is a great tech who is super friendly and all the techs are knowledgeable. I love that they are happy to explain what they are doing and never act annoyed if you ask questions. I will never ever use any other company for my heating/cooling needs. Also, every tech they have ever sent out has been extremely respectful by introducing themselves and making me feel comfortable the whole time they have been in my house. They also have a feature where they send a text update with a little blurb about the tech who is coming to the house so that you know who to expect at the door. Overall just a great company! Highly recommend!

Chris came out to give us a quote on replacing our swamp cooler and and heater with a new refrigerated air system and heater. We got a couple of other quotes as well and the quote from Williams Mechanical was the best. Every other company said that we would need to update our electrical panel which would have to be done separately and would run anywhere between $1500-$2800. Chris took a look at the panel and after reviewing everything said that the existing panel could properly support it with some modifications to some breakers. So that saved us a bunch of money in just electrical work expense. Chris was very easy to work with and was not pushy at all. He provided a very clear quote that provided 3 different options based on the things we were looking for. His quote also showed any rebates available. After working with him on some questions we had we decided to go with Williams Mechanical. They performed the work on the day they said they would and they did the entire install in a day and a half. Julian and Bryan performed the install and they were both very friendly and did a great job of installing and cleaning up. We also worked with Annette in the main office and she also was very friendly and helpful during the entire process. Overall we ended up getting a much nicer system then the other companies were quoting for less then what they were charging for lower end systems. We were pleasantly surprised how well everything went and how great this company is to work with. We have already recommended them to a family member who is also having a new system installed.

UPDATE: after install we had multiple issues and found that the condenser was not the right size for our house; the company did come out and put a new one. We then started having issues with the thermostat and that had to be replaced. We had the technicians out multiple times due to the air not working correctly and then we started having continued outages with no air and we could not get it to come back on for hours. Techs came out again and said we had an error on the board and then thermostat would need to be replaced. We also found out after hiring multiple other companies to come out the system sold to us would never work together properly. We also found out the warranty registered to us was for the wrong units and had never been updated. After countless emails with Annette the owner she agreed to put in another heater. Heater install was a nightmare and it was not installed correctly the unit was not square and the unit looks used. She has since stopped responding to all emails, had never fixed the thermostat issue and had never updated the warranty paperwork. I would not do business with the company and if you do make sure what you are being sold will work together and is registered to you.

We reviewed several companies before selecting Williams Mechanical to replace our 30+ year old furnaces in our home. We selected them due to the professionalism shown on their quote visit, their no pressure approach and their competitive pricing. Anthony and Alex installed our system. They were professional and helpful in answering all our questions as well as orienting us to our new system. They arrived on time and completed the work in the timeframe promised. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They were extremely respectful while they were in our home to our children and our animals. We plan to have Williams Mechanical install our refrigerated air system as well in the near future.

Had these guys do a replacement of my AC and heater about a year ago, and after a brief hiccup everything was golden. I was shown how the furnace worked, and how to keep things working smoothly (how to change filters or reset the furnace) They even sent cookies after everything was done. I think everything took about a week or less. Would recommend

I can’t express how grateful I am enough to this company and the tech who came out to our home. I knew something was wrong with our furnace somehow the heat was not able to heat our home. Imagine that for an entire year this continued, I have stories of how I tried to heat our place using small heaters until the breaker broke. With the oven it was so cold I nearly caused medical episode... finally this tech came by and in less than an hour figured out what was wrong and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I got to feel real true heat coming out of our vents for the first time since moving in.. finally a nice enjoyable shower in a warm bathroom.. finally able to sleep all night without getting up in the middle of the night to switch heaters to another room to keep it warm, then getting up early just to heat bathroom area to get ready for work. Imagine that. All it took was one knowledgeable person to arrive and take care of my Year long problem. I am so grateful I want to do something nice to express my heartfelt gratitude. I really appreciate this company and the tech who worked on this. Please know we will talk about this forever. Williams Mechanical did a great job installing 2 new AC units and furnaces. They were polite and cleaned up at the end of the day. Alex and Jeremy were great to work with and we couldn't be happier with our new AC's providing refreshing cool air! Thanks so much!

We had Williams install new HVAC systems in our house in late 2013 and were very happy with both the quality of the installation as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the installers. Recently, our one year labor warranty expired, but we had to call Williams to troubleshoot a noise problem with one of the condenser units. Warren came out right on time and took a look at it, letting it stop and start. He fixed the problem right away - and even said he wouldn't charge me anything for the repair! They take good care of their customers. Needless to say, we are very happy we chose Williams Mechanical!

Our heating finally died about a month ago and we contacted three companies to get estimates. Mike provided us with a number of options and explained everything in detail. The price was fair and the service could not have been better. Anthony and Alex installed our new mini-splits. They were professional, answered all of our questions and were flexible. They also tolerated our dogs which was really great. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

Williams Mechanical has been my go to HVAC service provider for over 10 years. They have always arrive on time, accurately diagnosed the problems and what it will take to fix my HVAC system and the cost. Management and staff have always been personable, knowledgeable, and professional.

We contracted Williams Mechanical to install a new furnace and AC unit. They were prompt with their quotes, and fast to communicate. The installers were all very helpful and explained anything I asked of them. They even had someone come in on Saturday to fix up a few small things after the initial install. We have subsequently contacted them for other work on our house and have been very satisfied. I plan to continue using them into the future.

Fantastic folks over there at Williams Mechanical. I was having some issues with my truck and needed some Teflon tape to seal an air bag thread and Gabe over at Williams Mechanical went ahead and helped me out while he was fueling up and eating. If the service and friendliness extends to random strangers as much as it does their customers I highly recommend them for your needs and services.

I've been using Williams Mechanical for several years for my seasonal swam cooler switch-over. I appreciate their up-front pricing, responsive call center and thorough technicians. This summer, Elijah was prompt, gave the cooler a thorough cleaning and even warned me that it looked like my fan belt would go soon. I've tried other companies, they're more costly and/or provide worse service. I will continue to use Williams for my HVAC servicing needs.

Once it was determined that the old furnace could not be repaired to work reliably, Williams Mechanical did a very efficient job replacing our furnace. They were able to move the installation up several days. The technicians Anthony V and Bret M were efficient and pleasant. At their initiative they changed the location of the filter so it is easy to replace and clean. Overall we are very satisfied with Williams Mechanical. They also replace our hot water heater in same service call.

I was so pleased with Williams Mechanical Heating and Air conditioning. They replaced my old water heater and got on roof of my two story condo to get the swamp cooler going. I really appreciate the communication! They texted when they were on their way and I was never in doubt about what was going on. They even texted me the picture and bio of the technician who was going to come to my place. These folks are very responsive to their customers while being both friendly and professional.

Overall we're happy with Williams Mechanical. We replaced our 2 furnaces; Annette and Mike came out to do the estimate and were very professional. Then Anthony and Bret came to do the install. They were timely, friendly, and professional.

Their prices are competitive and their warranty is good (2y parts/10y labor). Only drawback IMO is the thermostat that came with the furnaces is very basic, but that's easy to replace. Overall, I would recommend. I also appreciate the military discount!

Knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, economical. They’re experts. This last February, my hvac’s inductor shorted out due to mice nibbling on the wires. The part was back ordered and it took 1.5 months to arrive. In the interim I used two spaces heaters and I also used the time to get rid of the mice permanently. The new inductor came in yesterday and Williams offered to install it right then but I scheduled it for today. I’m very happy with the quality, efficiency of their work and their customer service. And it’s great having my hvac working again.
