Our office needed a custom cage for our air conditioner unit, and NCB Mechanical made the whole process easy and stress-free! Within two weeks, we had our quote, the cage built, and installed. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and helpful—from Liz who scheduled our visits, to Jeff who provided the quote, and the two technicians who did the installation. I had a fantastic experience with NCB Mechanical, especially with my plumber, Matthew. He replaced the shower cartridge in my older bathroom and did an excellent job.

What stood out to me most was how kindly he treated me – like he would his own mom. He was patient, respectful, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I learned things about my plumbing that no one had ever explained to me before.

He also gave me a good deal on the shower cartridge and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s rare these days to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely considerate, but that’s exactly how I’d describe Matthew.

Matthew Jaramillo was awesome repairing a water leak in our copper hot water line. He had the knowledge, the skill, the parts, and most of the work ethic to complete the job successfully. I would hire Matthew to do anything at my home. He was outstanding.

NCB Mechanical installed my hot water heater and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Javier and Gabiel came out to discuss my issues and we decided a replacement water heater was in order. They returned the next morning and water heater was installed and heating by noon. Javier and Gabiel were both VERY friendly, accommodating and efficient. I will definitely be using NCB Mechanical for future Plumbing/HVAC issues.

I had 4 ductless split-unit HVAC systems installed in my business by Williams Mechanical and they did an excellent job. It was very easy to communicate my specific needs for the units. While the wait was a little long (understandably, because I'm sure there is a high demand for new AC installations in the summer), it was definitely worth it. Now, customers complain about the building being too cold in the building even though it's 100 degrees outside. These guys know what they're doing and I'm glad that chose to work with such a competent and professional company.

Elijah came out it service to my air conditioning and he was fantastic! He was professional on time and did a thorough cleaning and tune up of my unit. You have a customer for life thank you for such wonderful and professional service!

Williams Mech has done work for us in the past. We were very pleased with their work. Anthony and Alex did a great job on the previous installations. That’s why we came back for our added needs. Annette is knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Tate Whiteman did a great job installing the A/C system.

Williams Mechanical has made my life so much better! We have had such a bad experience with the company who installed our HVAC system. We purchased our new home 3 years ago, but we had the installation company come multiple times every summer and winter. The old company never fixed anything, only gave excuses, and put a band-aid on the situation until our warranty was over.
Finally fed up with the situation, we went to Williams Mechanical based off of google reviews. They quickly found the problem with our AC and have come back with a true fix. They are kind, understanding, patient, and thorough. They explained the issue in a way that we could understand and why the fix was recommended.

I scheduled installation of my ductless mini-splits for December 19 to 21. Anthony and Alex arrived on time and ready to work all three days. The work looks great and I love my ductless mini-splits. I bought a foreclosed home that had no heat, just the remnants of gas heaters, so the house was very cold. I am going all electric, so they also took out all the gas lines, the old gas heaters, and the big swamp cooler on the roof, so I did not have to deal with any of that. The work looks great, they cleaned up after themselves and finished by noon on the 21st. I was very happy with their work, they were very nice and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My house is nice and warm now, and I am looking forward to the cooling in the summertime rather than having to deal with a swamp cooler. Thank you Williams Mechanical and Anthony and Alex. I appreciate it.

Amazing service! Williams mechanical sent Conrad to clean our AC. He did a thorough job, didn’t rush, walked us through each step, and gave us a wealth of knowledge for maintaining our AC. The prices were reasonable and he had parts to replace a few things on our current unit already with him. He was not pushy and tried to offer us the most economical options. I am thoroughly enjoying my new A/C systems and am looking forward to firing up the furnaces in the fall. The entire Williams Mechanical "family" did a wonderful job from that first phone call requesting an appointment for an estimate to the post installation delivery of all warranty registrations. I was impressed with the care taken to explain the various options and systems and found the pricing reasonable and the products of the best quality. The installation team was professional, courteous and conscientious.

We had our swamp cooler removed, replaced our furnace, and added air-conditioning. The whole process only took 1.5 days and Anthony and Mike made sure we had heat the first night. Both Mike and Anthony kept us informed during the whole process, were very professional, and knowledgeable about heating and cooling. We have worked with Williams Mechanical before and will continue to in the future. It a good company that cares.

Annette and Mike came out on schedule, assessed our needs, made a fair and competitive proposal without trying to sell us unnecessary add-ons. I especially appreciated the way they listened and made smart, feasible recommendations to work around our layout and propose a modern, efficient system. The installation team (Bret, Mike, Jared) did a great job and finished ahead of schedule. There was a wiring issue due to the old communication line in our house so Nate came out and did some amazing trouble-shooting, finally running a new wire through our old adobe walls. Overall, a professional company with excellent customer and technical service.

I got three other bids on this job and chose Williams for the price, quality of service, and professionalism. Very happy with our decision.

Michael in sales was very good (with a better price than two other competitors) and we were able to schedule the install in a reasonable time frame. The installers - Anthony and Alex (and others) were great. We added a mini-split system in two rooms requiring a really long AC run to the rear of the house. The installation went just as planned with no surprises and the results are fantastic. Highly recommended!!!

Williams Mechanical did a great job replacing our very old (and leaky) tank water heater with a new tankless heater. The quote was very comprehensive and they were the only company we contacted that was willing to come out to our home and give a quote of exactly what needed to be done. Chris gave us the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful in presenting other options that might better fit our needs, but was not at all pushy either. The team that came out to do the install was very professional, got the work done a little ahead of schedule, and cleaned up the area before leaving. We have had the unit for over a month with no problems or complications. We will likely contact them in the near future for a replacement of a very old furnace as well. We will be repeat customers and so clearly we highly recommend Williams Mechanical.

When we set out to install a completely different heating and cooling system in our home, we wanted to feel comfortable that the investment we were making was a good one. So we investigated mini-split heat pump technology. Mitsubishi and Fujitsu seem to be the leading producers of these energy-efficient systems.

We asked for competitive bids from two sources and awarded the work to Williams Mechanical, LLC of Albuquerque, a family-owned heating, cooling and plumbing business.

We're glad we did.

From our initial meeting with owner Annette Meier and Comfort Consultant & Install Manager Mike Mollica until our project was completed, we were delighted with the friendly and professional bearing of everyone who worked on the installation.

At the same time, we also elected to replace our elderly 50-gallon water heater. It was installed in a single day.

As part of the changeover to the mini-split system. Williams removed our two evaporative coolers (which they donate to the needy) and sealed the roof openings.

Because our Pueblo style home features several different roof levels, it presented unique challenges for the Williams installers. They dealt with them carefully and professionally.

Throughout the process, our questions were answered courteously and patiently, noise and disruption were minimized, and cleanup was done daily. Brett, Alex, Anthony, others — all were great to work with.

In short, Williams Mechanical met or exceeded all our expectations. We recommend them highly.

After interviewing several companies I chose Williams; Chris Meier carefully and completely explained options for us to choose in cooling, heating, and air-filtration. No confusion with the clear- printed estimates for us to choose. Chris knows his business well and believes firmly in his product, Trane. I had no opinion about any refrigerated air system before his time spent with us. Warren and Nate installed in a professional manner; they were efficient and totally the best gentlemen to have in our home. Annette, in the office, answered my questions with ease, knowledge, and patience!l (After all, what do we know about the technical mechanics of all this?) Our choice was well-made! I am more than pleased with Williams' work and product.

We talked to a couple contractors in the area before deciding on using Williams for our furnace replacement and whole house humidifer installation. Chris was one of the most responsive persons. He made sure to answer all our emails and phone calls to clear any questions we had. He came in for the initial estimate and explained to us the work that needed to be done. The installation took about 2 days and there was a delay from the furnace manufacturer who delivered the unit but they kept us in the loop for any status update and made some reshuffling of the schedule to make sure they meet the timeline that was originally promised to us. Anette was really helpful and Warren knew what he was doing and was able to answer our questions throughout.
We love our new furnace with the humidifier and had a pleasant experience working with Chris and his team. Would recommend them to other people too!
