Technician was on time, polite, professional, and did a great job snaking and flushing my sewer lines. The price was also incredibly reasonable! Signature delivered in all the ways you expect a professional contractor to deliver! They definitely have my business!!

Had Signature come out today for a Furnace start up / maintenance call. Elijah my technician was amazing. Nice and courteous. Knowledgeable and informative. Everything went well and he was efficient and neat. I would definitely recommend Signature and Elijah to any potential customers. Thank you again. Greg

Update: A day after I posted, Francesca from Signature, one of the managers, called and apologized, rescheduled the service for the quoted price and the technician came and the service was excellent. She left her info and made sure the issue was handled. That’s a 5-Star+ experience!
Scheduled a tankless water heater flush as JP Plumbery installed it before they merged into Signature - the scheduler confirmed they had all the info and quoted $62 as a current special. I booked, took a day off as they give a 8:30-5:30 window and call 30-45 min before the tech arrives. During the call that the tech is on the way the lady casually mentions that the special does not apply to tankless water heaters and the new total would be $278. That is some sub-standard service - customer beware!

Alex Wallace did an excellent job informing me what was wrong with the furnace. Ryan Ramirez did an excellent job explaining information about the company and the replacement of the furnace and water heater. You have some really great employees! Thank you so much!

Do not trust this company to do any work on your home. I had the worst experience ever. Thought I would go with a company that was well known to install an hvac system in my home. The price was a little high but I still had them do it. They took longer to do the job plus the install was done by 2 kids and a man that didn't seem to know what they were doing. They damaged my roof, wall inside my house and didn't finish the work they were hired to do. I had to hire a different company to come out and fix all their mess ups. The sales man Jude never reached out to me after the sale was done. Sky the manager wanted more money to fix the problems. I never right reviews but after this experience I wanted to warn people so they don't run into the same situation I had.

Adrian is very professional and a very friendly Comfort Advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Adrian understood our needs and provided all options to make a decision on a heating/cooling system. We were amazed to find out the installation would be completed in one day! There was 2 phases of work completed for this heating/cooling installation. Both teams were GREAT! Allen, Isaac and their team worked on phase 1. Nate, Isaac, Nakana and their team worked on the 2nd phase. There was ALOT of work for this installation. All work by both teams was done with pride and efficiency. I highly recommend Signature Heating Cooling & Plumbing. We are very satisfied with their services and their work! Thank you!

We had a leak in our irrigation system next to the house.Josiah came out soon after we called signature plumbing. He was very professional and cordial at the same time he did a wonderful job of fixing our leak and making sure everything else with water tight. We highly recommend signature plumbing to others and will continue to use them as our new plumber going forward.

Richard came out to diagnose the screeching sound on my furnace. He really dug into the root issue. His explanation of the problems was easy to understand; I appreciated the photographs and videos he took showing the issue. He was so professional and courteous which created such a positive experience for me. Hands down would recommend Signature Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing to anyone with HVAC issues

These guys do great work! Our installers, Ashton & Sam were diligent workers, smart, savvy & super pleasant! Our house is toasty warm, cleanup is done & we are happy customers.

JP Plumbery was our preferred plumber. They installed a new HVAC system a couple of years back and the price and service where great. Since they have merged to become Signature the service has gone down hill. We recommended them to a couple of friend who have used them in the past year and both complained of not keeping appointments and being very expensive.

We just recently called them to come out and unclog our kitchen sink. They told us they would be out in the early afternoon on a Friday. At the end of the day they called us to tell us that their machine broke down and we would have to wait until Monday. They assured us that we were number 2 on the appointment schedule. At noon on Monday we called them to try and get an approximate time, We were told that it was going to be around 12:30 pm that a person would be out. At 4:30 still no show. We decided to call someone else that showed up the next morning and solve the problem within 30 minutes.

I will never recommend them to anyone and with definitely be using a company that can be relied on.

**Updated Review:**
After my furnace tune-up with Signature HVAC, something didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to call another local HVAC company for a second opinion. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the minor issue without any trouble—something Signature HVAC was unable to do. While the technician from Signature was very nice, I’ve come to realize he may not have been very technical.

Overall, it felt like the purpose of the visit was less about addressing the actual issue and more about steering me toward replacing my entire HVAC system, which is unnecessary. I would have given one star based on the overall experience, but the technician was polite and professional, so I’m giving two stars.

Second time using Signature. By far this has to be the worst! Your install Team was amazing and did beautiful work. But your Team needs to get their act together. A simple way to keep a customer happy with your company call your customers back in a timely manner…. If I want to speak to a manager that’s what should happen. Over a month of nonstop calls to get anything done. The only saving grace is your install Team a HUGE Thank You to them!!!!
Update!!!! December 29, 2025 still NO inspection. (Still No call from Sky General manager) Now I have to take another day off work. They need to pay my heating bill for the month of December. Horrible Customer Service!!!!

We purchased a Mini split air and heating unit. The installation was done by Ashton Zuni and Sam G. Nate did the electrical work. We found the crew to be very professional, courteous and competent. My wife Susan and I would highly recommend Signature to everyone.

I am giving 5 stars for the representative sent to my home to provide a quote for a new AC. Jude was so knowledgeable and explained all my options well. He was respectful and thorough. If you are seeking a quote, ask for Jude. He will ensure you know your options and he will recommend the best system for your house based on your needs and his experience.

Robert Artiaga was out to check the outdoor faucets. He was very professional, efficient and honest. Explained everything to us so we could understand. A great ambassador for your company!

I have used Signature for three different services for both my home and casita. The other companies that had done some work for me were nowhere as thorough, timely, and consistently professional. They recommended actions that made my life so much easier and were more financially sound. I had both Benjamin and Ceasar as the service providers and both men were thorough. I strongly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for all my home plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical work.

Maxwell Fort did a great job installing my water filter system and faucet. He was informative, efficient, professional, and friendly.

I had an issue with a sink and they were able to get me scheduled the very next day. Max Fort got in the next morning, got the situation diagnosed in about 5-10 minutes, and the issue resolved in what felt like under an hour. Fantastic service and will definitely be calling them for any future work I need done.

My representative, Chance showed up did a carbonate check along with checking my detector. He was very informative by explaining everything he was doing as he did it. He also answered questions I have had for a while. If I ever need any work done, I will definitely be contacting Signature.
