Absolutely amazing service and price. My A/C wouldn’t turn on at all, I called Thompson Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. they were able to come out that day, I took them just minutes to diagnose the problem. Within 30 minutes they were able find the parts, to give me a quote and an estimated time of completion. Ryan came out the very next day installed everything quickly and had my A/C working great in under an hour. Ryan was extremely professional and prideful in his work. I can’t recommend Thompson Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. enough. They will be continue to be my first call with any and all A/C problems.

We chose Thompson based on customer reviews for HVAC upgrades to a new system with heat pump and mini-split. Was a good choice. Work went as promised - meticulous and on time. Workers were thorough and professional. Time will tell if the new system is as energy efficient as promised, but we are off to a great start.

I can't say enough good things about Thompson's. They were recently out to completely revamp by cooler, which had not been properly serviced by my previous plumber. They extensively cleaned and replaced all worn out or damaged equipment, including the pump.

Yesterday, I noticed I didn't smell the new pads through the cooler and it was blowing hot air. I called and was given an appointment for several days out since this is one of their busiest times of year. Today I received a call indicating that they had a tech they could send out this afternoon to address my issue earlier than scheduled. They came and replaced the broken pump immediately, which addressed the problem. It was all under warranty and I wasn't charged.

My issue was quickly resolved and honestly, I really appreciate the receptionist at Thompson's. She is kind, personable, helpful and she got me in sooner than anticipated. Both techs that I've worked with are personable, professional, and competent. I always appreciate excellent customer service and Thompson's definitely has it.

I highly recommend Thompson's for your plumbing needs and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Excellent customer service. On time & efficient. Adam and Javier provided an excellent & knowledgeable installation of two heaters. Started at 8:00 am and finished before 3:00 pm. Thompson provided additional support personnel during the day as needed. No delays, no excuses. They just got the job done. We were impressed. Very professional, well-run company.

I am just delighted with the service I received, and the price I paid. For many years, we had a swamp cooler that did not work properly, as our duct work is too small. It was a hellish 95 degrees in the house all summer. Over the years, I talked to many HVAC folks and received a dozen estimates for refrigerated air and/or mini-splits. But, all of them were so expensive. We just could not afford it. My friend who is an experienced contractor told me to reach out to Thompson's. He trusts them the most. He was right! Our estimate for a mini-split system was very reasonable. We saved thousands of dollars. No other estimate came close.

The team leader for our house was Laurence. He was truly amazing, very polite and trustable. He worked so hard, under very difficult conditions. You see, our house is old and is made from concrete. As they were drilling, actual rocks fell out of the wall. Laurence needed more help, and so three other teams came to assist. Even though the work was significantly more complicated and took longer than expected, I still paid the price of the original estimate. I am overjoyed to finally be able to properly function in my home all summer long. Thank you Laurence and thank you Thompson's!! You made all the difference for us! :)

We needed some duct repair and they did a good job. It was done in scheduled time and cost. It was the second time we have needed work done and we will use them again if needed.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The folks in the office were friendly and knowledgeable. Neal, came out to my place the next day and measured out my space and got a quote to me the next day. After approval, the crew came out and finished the work that day. Their work was precise and clean and they cleaned up the area like they were never there. It had rained really hard after they finished, and the roof penetration and seal didn't leak at all. I would gladly use them for any other work if needed!

Michael & his partner were quick & professional. He remembered our service call three years ago, since he is Navajo & my wife is also Dine. It is her 85th birthday and, when I said he would not be back for two years, she wanted to meet him. Sweet!

Awake and Aware, llc has their maintenance contract with Thompson for our HVac systems. They are reliable, professional, nice, and always works us into their busy schedule. Ryan is always friendly and professional when he goes for our maintenance and services.

We replaced our heating and ac system after 26 years. Thompsons Heating and AC had a very reasonable price compared to other companies. Thompson's is the only company I go to for my HVAC needs after other companies tryied to scam me.

Thompson Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my 19 year old system with a new heat-pump system. They installed my HVAC system in one day and I was thrilled with the results.

They did an excellent job fixing my hot water heating boiler. Several heating zone had entrapped air and all systems were flush. The replaced inlet water fittings that were leaking from corrosion. Work was done as scheduled and the job was professional.

Technician called before arrival and arrived within scheduled timeframe. He was professional, proficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Happy with service from first call to company through the annual furnace maintenance/check-up process.

From the first phone call to the service everything was perfect. Customer service is top notch. The person that answered the phone was very really helpful and knowledgeable. The technician was amazing and very good at his job. He was wonderful. He solved our problem and explained everything to us. Overall, I am very impressed. We'll definitely be doing business with them from now on.

Loose screw on the AC contactor cause it to fry on a Saturday night. The on-call technician Eric tried his hardest to track down a replacement on Sunday. He unfortunately couldn’t get the part on the weekend but he made sure I was squeezed into the schedule Monday morning and I am back up and running with no charge or paperwork under warranty. Thanks everyone!

Awesome job. Had my swamp cooler switched over to furnace for the cooler seasons. Tec very professional and kind. Received discount that I was not aware of but Tec informed me. Highly recommended their services.
