I called to ask for a quote for some service. They came out to look at what needed to be done, ended up billing me hundreds of dollars without actually fixing anything and then have never given me the actual quote after numerous attempts to reach out to them.

Very professional and very personable, and very efficient. They installed a heating and cooling system for us in 2007 and have done the maintenance every ear. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend.

The guy from Brothers made it out on pretty short notice when my furnace wouldn't come on, problem with the gas valve. I have a very old furnace and it was an intermittent electrical problem, which can be a pain to figure out. The guy was sharp and nailed it in an hour, total bill, under $100. Nice job guys!

Seriously we have been without a heater for over a week now. I was dealing with Affordable Sercive in Rio Rancho only because they are located down the road and they left us without heat for a week on the coldest days!! I am 8months pregnant and have a toddler. After all this stress I got ahold of Brothers business information and they overnighted the part needed and in less then 24 hours are coming to fix my heater!! So far THE best HVAC company in NM!! They cared about my situation and expedited the process!! Thank you!!!!!

Heater stopped working this morning, turned out to be a cracked igniter. Brothers had a tech out within an hour of calling and he had the igniter replaced and heater running within half an hour. Fair price and good work! Highly recommended.

We called for an estimate for new heating and air conditioning to replace our swamp cooler. We were given a two hour window, no one arrived. LONG AFTER the two hour window we were called and informed that our technician was "running late" and did we want to reschedule. NO, when you cannot even be bothered to keep us informed DURING THE TWO HOUR WINDOW that there will be a delay, WHY would we want to reschedule? Umm excuse me, I'm trying to spend around $20,000 on a new system and you can't even be bothered to show up? That instills ZERO CONFIDENCE in me that I will actually get what I pay for. Contrary to popular belief this is NOT the land of manana; if I wanted two spend TWO HOURS WAITING AND DOING NOTHING just to make sure I was at the door for the technician, BELIEVE ME I would have several million better choices of how to spend those two hours. BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE to handle your business this way. The ONLY reason you are getting one star is I had to give one star to be able to post this review.

Excellent job replacing induction blower motor. Vacuumed furnace and adjusted gas pressure to altitude recommended. Price was very low for the work their technicians did.They have our business forever.

Excellent service! Vince Brother came out on short notice and fixed my refrigerated air unit. He was straight forward and charged a fair price.

Brother's came out to our home within two hours of us calling. Jason and Chad were perfect professionals and solved our problem quickly. They went over the issue, what they had done, and the charges. I was very impressed with them and will definitely be calling the company again.

Brothers installed a new Lennox hvac system in January and we were very pleased. They spent a good deal of time figuring out our best option and at a fair price. We were pleased enough that we had them come back and install an additional unit in an unconditioned space. Again, the plan was thorough, the price fair and the installation well executed. As a bonus, Erin helped us get a nice rebate from PNM. They have earned our best regards.

We really just needed an estimate for removing ductwork in our attic. We're adding insulation and wanted any work done before that. Jason came out, on time, and climbed all over our attic to check what vents went where. We have an old solar system that doesn't work anymore. He was thorough and extremely patient explaining what everything was and didn't try to get us to remove ductwork that wasn't a problem.

Jason then went through our house checking which vents went to the solar system so they could be blocked. He checked our AC and heating vents and made a few adjustments. After all that, he followed us outside to check those old solar panels!

We are planning to have the old panels removed, disposed of, and the vents capped by Brothers. I have no doubt they'll do a great job!
