Issac and Allen did a recent split installation. They did a great job, super fast and very professional. I highly recommend these two.

Cody came out to do the final touches on a new HVAC installation. He has been involved with it since the beginning and we have been extremely happy with his work. He pays attention to detail to make sure everything is to our satisfaction and is very good about explaining system operations and maintenance, and patiently answered all our questions. Hard to imagine getting better service than from Cody.

Great Company and great experience. Our salesman Lukas is very knowledgeable and walked us through the options. The HVAC installation technicians were very professional and efficient and the Electrical crew was hardworking and took pride in their work making all the electrical upgrades clean, neat and professional. Each crew explained their installation process before they began and asked for my approval on cable and conduit pathways to make sure that we would get the best installation and ultimately be satisfied with the finished product. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking to upgrade your heating/cooling. Great job!

I always choose signature because of how accommodating they are. We just bought our new home and we found out our heater isn't heating the home. I called and they were so kind to send out someone right away. Elijah Sanchez was our technician and he was so incredibly knowledgeable on furnaces. I was very impressed considering how young he looked. Elijah was such a kind individual thought the whole process. He tested our system and thoroughly and walked me through his testing the entire time. I appreciate his work and was very happy when he left. Thanks Elijah!!

Needed toilet flange and drain pipe replaced due to a 22-yr old mistake made by the builder on a house I bought last year. Greg T. came out to give me an estimate and was actually able to do the work today, from jackhammering to the new piping/flange thru to the final concrete replacement. He kept me up in the loop on every step. Very impressed with his work and his work ethic. I highly reccommend.

I called Signature because I had a leak in a copper pipe (part of the water system that connects to my water softener). Ben was assigned to fix the issue. He did a fine job of replacing the section of pipe that was leaking. I think the price Signature charged may have been a bit high at $422 to replace a small piece of copper pipe that was easily accessible, but that wasn’t his fault.

We had Thompson over yesterday to install a new water heater and LG mini split and both came out beautifully. Thompson were very competitively priced and promptly worked us into their schedule. They had several folks come by during the install, and the two main installers were great to work with. The only issue I had is you want to double check where the mini split is going to be located. We said 2 to 4 inches from the wall and he installed it 1 inch from the wall and it now cannot be moved. Don't know how I'm going to paint around that. But, once installed the LG mini split works beautifully and looks great. Thompson is first class and very reasonably priced. Couldn't be much happier! I think you will be too.

Ramon did an excellent job on the annual maintenance on my heat pumps/mini-splits. He was thorough and professional, cleaning both heat pumps & mini-splits, & ensuring the drains were working. I will definitely use Thompson again for my annual maintenance!

The technician, Ryan, was excellent. He identified and solved several problems. I felt he was here to help us and used his knowledge to make sure our HVAC operated the best possible.

The initial work was well done. The technician is in the process of scheduling to finish the job.

He explained exactly what the issue was, how he could correct it and the cost so we could make an informed decision. He demonstrated the operation of the system so we had confidence in the repair. Super lucky! AC only blowing warm air on a less than 3 year old unit. Got a lucky cancellation withing 30 minutes of calling. Bad capacitor located and fixed within 1 hour and 30 minutes. Great service and just got lucky there was a cancellation.

Ramon did outstanding work in identifying and resolving our nonfunctioning hot water baseboard boiler system. After resolving the main issue, he thoroughly checked our old boiler and replaced several worn out parts. I greatly appreciated that Ramon made sure we understood the work he was undertaking and answered all of our questions. I wish I could give Ramon 10 stars.

Representative was very friendly and did a wonderful job! Cleaned both furnaces and closed swamp cooler! Very nice person!

Wonderful service by Thompson's as always. Our furnace went out and they were so quick to get out to our house, diagnose, and replace. They were not pushy at all, and completely trusted their expert advice. I am glad we have a company we can count on for our HVAC needs! Prem and Richard were amazing! Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had replacement part on truck. I called Thompson 8:00, they scheduled me 10 days later. Minutes after that Thompson called with an available technician. My AC was repaired before 9:45. Excellent service both with the technician and the front office.
