Absolutely WONDERFUL service. I texted after hours during the holiday season, was contacted in minutes by Jeremy who attempted to trouble-shoot over FaceTime, then arranged to have a service tech (himself, as it turns out) come first thing the next morning. On a HOLIDAY. 🤯❤️ Everything is up and running; having heat in winter is a good thing.

Needed some fixes on my furnace to bring it up to code. They were able to send some out to estimate and then schedule work quickly. Prices were very reasonable. Will be my go to moving forward for HVAC & electrical work.

Kidzz Mechanical did a great job for us. All of the employees were professional, polite, efficient, and hardworking. We appreciated the thorough clean up afterwards. We would recommend them for any HVAC new installations or repairs needed.

Cesar Larios performed routine heater maintenance on our HVAC but went out of the routine to check the cooling system as well. He cleaned the system and prepared it for summer. He went above and beyond to assure the well- running of our unit. Great job!

Kidzz Mechanical has become my go to for all things HVAC. I have used them for many services over the last couple years. They always get me scheduled quickly and do quality work. They are comparable in pricing and always really friendly and great customer service.

Kidzz Mechanical rocks! I had an appointment window today (7am to 9am) and Jeremy arrived at 7:03am – it was still dark out! That’s locked on! ‘Another HVAC company’ told me my IFC board was shot so I bought a new one. Come to find out, a bad IFC board was not my problem! Jeremy diagnosed it and discovered I needed a new sequencer (a $43 part). Jeremy had to get it, but returned later and finished the job. My heater works now and just in time – before the freezing temperatures arrive. Kidzz Mechanical does it all: cooling, electrical, heating, and plumbing. Why call anyone else? From now on, I won’t call anyone else. Give Kidzz a chance to earn your business; you won’t be sorry. Thanks a lot, Kidzz Mechanical (and kudos to Jeremy).

Another job for Kidzz Mechanical this afternoon. Alex (their electrician) came out and fixed my issue in less than 10-min, “Aaargh!” Of course he did! Oh well, I just wanted it fixed.

Kudos, once again, to Kidzz. They got me on their schedule quickly and they offer military discounts (every little bit helps). Thanks, Kidzz.

Kidzz Mechanical is now my go-to for all heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical issues; a one-call shop! Give ‘em a call.

We’ve used Kidz Mechanical multiple times now, and they continue to exceed our expectations every single time. Most recently, Tony came out to fix our water heater and did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing throughout the process, which we really appreciated.

This isn’t the first time we’ve used Kidz Mechanical—they’ve also worked on our AC unit in the past—and every experience has been outstanding. They are always on time (often early), extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers great work and great customer service, but Kidz Mechanical does exactly that. We highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to use them again.

I was referred by Sunshine cause they are not doing plumbing any longer. He came at 3pm, left at 3:45pm. Ricky stated it was $180 estimated to replace the back patio faucet. He finished without problems and told us that he will send the invoice. We did not hear from him nor company, so the next day I contacted them, their secretary charged us almost $400. I will never come back to this company for they are not honest for they over charged as they will charge you whatever they want. It’s a small city, and word gets around, plus there are massive other companies coming that are professional and honest for they want to keep their customers, not mistreat them! No fret!

Kidzz Mechanical installed my water heater with efficiency, clarity, and honesty! Alisha and Christy are knowledgable. They handled my proposal and billing with transparency. All my questions were answered patiently and respectfully.

This was also my experience with the installation technicians, Victor and Estevan. The kept me informed about every step of their process to instal my water heater to be a great investment for many years.

Kidzz Mechanical handled all of The City of Rio Rancho’s process to wrap-up my inspection. The inspector, Jeff, was easy to communicate about the perfection of everything in place to get my water heater passed inspection!

Miguel, Luis, and Alex did a great job installing my new 18,000 btu Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat mini-split in my garage. Now I can work there year round in comfort. THANKS!!

They did such an amazing job with installing our new ac unit. They are quick, friendly and VERY professional. As well as incredibly affordable. I had such a great experience with this company and Jeremy Halas made sure everything went smoothly. Best air conditioning services in Albuquerque!!!

Upgraded us to a smart thermostat for $0 on our modern heat pump system Kiddz installed back in October. Always fantastic service and quality work.

These guys are awesome. Excellent customer service, over the phone and in person. Always on time, very flexible. They took care of everything to make sure we have comfortable temperatures hot or cold. Will definitely use them again.

Cesar did a great job of switching over our swamp cooler to our furnace and checking that everything was working properly. He checked for carbon monoxide and temperature. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Did a great job in a short time.
However, prices for this service have continued to rise over the years.

If I could give these people a zero I would. My rental company hired them to fix a shower handle in my upstairs bathroom. They then took it apart messed up the internal cartridge and caused an interior wall lead that backed four different rooms in my rental. This caused damage to four rooms. They then ignored my rental’s company request for a month to fix the drywall and all the water damage. Finally after a month, they hired some outside contractor that did the work but refused to put the fixtures back up. Like the mirrors shelving hardware for shower etc. and just left my rental incomplete. My rental company went back and forth on who was responsible for putting the fixtures back up. They finally brought h thee third party contractor back but had him show up 2 hours after he said he would be there. Needless to say, just avoid this company. They are trash and will ruin your house.

Cesar was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly repaired our York Furnace and tested the system before leaving. We are very happy with the communication and quality work performed by Kidzz.

These guys are the best in the city, hands down. I had a pipe burst in my home which flooded my in slab duct work and needed a whole new system. I called all the big names in town, they all were charging an arm and a leg. Then I came across Kidzz and the service is spectacular. When you call you get a human being and they are just so responsive and friendly and their prices were. Save your time and just call Kidzz , you can’t go wrong.

Juan did a wonderful job replacing our bathroom vent fan! Our old one started squealing to death and unfortunately it was so old there wasn’t even a model number on it. He was efficient, clean, and very nice! Booking this job was a nightmare with other local “HVAC” companies, and Kidzz was seamless as they were knowledgeable in what I was asking for. Thank you so much! You have a customer for life!

I changed in August this year from swamp cooler to air conditioner... they were prompt professional and the best service I ever had I was impressed. Seniors this is the best company to get. I got my new air conditioner in the summer very hot I called this company and the representative was concerned about the heat in my house I decided to buy their air conditioner system while waiting a couple of days to get t it they sent me a complimentary commercial fans they went out of their way to make me comfortable I couldn't ask for more! they are very attentive which you don't get these days with other companies...again I needed system switch to heating and right away they were there for me... My worries are over on getting good servicwith kidzz mechanical.

Recently, we had our mother-in-law move in which overwhelmed our 25+ year old tankless water heater leaving us without hot water. Having worked with Chad when he was at Strongbuilt and is now a co-owner of Kidzz, there was NO question of who to call. Chad and Jeremy, co-owner, were responsive to the crisis and just great guys to have on my family's side.

Because our original heater was so old and small, they had to cut open the wall to fit the new and larger unit in, replace the cabinet door which covered it, and we also had them install a water filtration system because the water up here is so hard in the foothills.

Within two days of losing our hot water, we had a new system that heated the water quicker from all the way at the back of the house, to the front. Shortly after that job, the water filtration system was installed providing truly drinkable water from the tap, and less wear and tear on our appliances.

From the plumber, to the electrician, to the cabinet maker, to the handiman, everyone that Kidzz sent to my home were professional, skilled craftsman and just cool guys who were proud of their work.
