Manuel Turrietta was extremely courteous,knowledgeable,professional and helpful in every way. I really liked the way he explained everything about the service he provided. I was so pleased with my hot water heater service that I booked for heater maintenance as well. Manual obviously takes a lot of pride in his company and has a very strong work ethic. In addition to the job he did today he took care of scheduling for my heater maintenance. Strongbuilt made this entire process hassle free and affordable.

That’s all I can say. Manuel Turrietta and John came out sooner than expected and did a better job then I could have imagined. They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable within their field. They adapted and adjusted to some challenges in our older house and brought the matter to a satisfactory.

This was my first time using Strong Built Plumbing, and I’m so glad my handyman referred them! It’s great to finally find a reputable plumber other than TLC. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to get me in right away. The technician, Manuel, was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He cleared a clog in my kitchen sink in no time, walked me through the process, and answered all my questions. Payment was simple and very affordable—only $39! I’ll definitely be using Strong Built Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for the special they were running for drain clean and drain camera. Manuel arrived right on time. He was very professional and polite. Manuel explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He kept the work area very clean and was careful with his tools in my kitchen. It was a great experience. I will definitely be a return customer and will not hesitate to recommend Strongbuilt and Manuel to my family and friends.

We highly recommend Strongbuilt as your HVAC tech. Our system was not the easiest to install. Their staff is respectful, courteous and punctual. We were notified at least 30 minutes before arrival. Tony, Felix and Chris were very knowledgeable and answered every question we had throughout the installation. The techs are hard dedicated workers. They took their time to make sure it was done properly. They just didn’t rush to get the job done quick so they could go onto their next customer. We are very very satisfied

I hired Strongbuilt to install a new furnace based on a neighbor's recommendation and I was not disappointed. At every step of the process the folks at Strongbuilt were great to work with, courteous and professional. I was very surprised how quickly they could replace the old furnace. A huge plus since the nights are getting colder.

Strongbuilt has proven to be an outstanding service for me. My water heater was installed with errors. Strongbuilt replaced my unit at no cost. They stand behind their brand and their service. Strongbuilt sent Manuel and Quinn to install my unit. They were knowledgeable and very courteous. Manny, thier service manager, was also instrumental in coordinating my repair. I am so confident with their work that I will have them preform all annual inspections and repairs throughout my home.

Demetrio was great! He arrived within the scheduled time window and made the entire process extremely straightforward. I needed my furnace inspected, and the service itself took about 20 minutes, quick, efficient, and painless.

He was pleasant to talk to, very kind, respectful, and informative. I really appreciated how simple he made everything. The price was also exceptional compared to other companies I looked into.

I first called on a Tuesday morning and they were able to schedule me for the very next afternoon, so their availability and responsiveness were amazing. I’ll definitely be having Strongbuilt back every year for my furnace inspections.

Manuel and his plumbing team were great! I am more knowledgeable about my system and options for solutions.

I'm not freezing anymore! Our furnace kept going out and we finally gave up and called for service. The technician worked on troubleshooting before deciding it was the thermostat. He provided various options to fit our needs and recommended the most inexpensive option even though it meant he had to go back to shop to get it. Great service and it was solved at same visit.

We also had an electrical audit today that resulted in some work at 10% of the cost of the solution that another company proposed. Strongbuilt's electrician had an idea for a simple solution that solved multiple issues and he was able to take care of it right away. Our lives have been upgraded! I was impressed by both professionals.

I'm calling their plumber next.

Strongbuild is amazing! They came out to fix a clogged drain and did a fantastic job. The two gentlemen who helped me were professional, patient, and very informative. Their prices are always reasonable, and the quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend Strongbuild and will definitely continue using them!

We've been having on and off issues with this clog for years and I managed to find this special on drain clearing, one that was so favorable I almost didn't believe it, or at least expected some catch. Despite that Manuel was very knowledgeable and capable. Even after things started draining he was able to identify that there was still a secondary clog somewhere in the system and clear it. I was also given some ideas as to what the overarching issue might be and while it wasn't in the cards at the time he offered a service to identify it for certain. Overall, I got better service and a more successful drain clearing for thirty bucks than another company might have given me for three hundred or more. I'll definitely be going back to Strongbuilt in the future four any needs which fit their services.

They communicated with us via text and calls to let us know when they were arriving, which I really appreciated. They were extremely respectful of our time and property. I have been struggling with how to get a new filter into my Lennox AC unit. I talked with Amber today and not only did she tell me that it does NOT go in the outside unit, but where it does go. I figured it out then she proceeded to help me find the correct replacement filters online and I have now ordered them. This is superb customer service. It's not always about an expensive service call. She went way over and above and totally made my day and weekend!

Chewy, Lionel, and Jessie were all very attentive and responsive to my needs. They installed a new AC system in my house and were even able to get a last minute Crain to come put the compressor on the roof the same day to prevent delays.

Chewy came by the day after the install to check up and even crawled under my home to verify all was well with the old humidifier they disconnected for me. I was so please with the service I ordered a separate mini split system from them for an addition that is currently not cooled.
