Friendly staff - GTEAT customer service. Items are always in stock. Not like other plumbing stores that change prices depending on the person.

I pick up supplies all the time, excellent service, they have a good selection of material. If they have to order material, it's usually a short lead time. I highly recommend this plumbing supply.

Best customer service around! Very knowledgeable. Always provide good repair tips and quality parts. Way better service than the big box stores like home depot.

Called before I arrived to make sure they were open. The lady answering the phone couldn't speak because it was busy, but she promised to call back. I went to the store anyway and bought my Gerber tub faceplate bracket and linkage assembly kit (97171KT). I asked the man helping at the counter about security screw bits. He quickly determined they were out of stock but advised me on other local options to buy them. On my way home, the woman from the store actually called back to ask how can she help? This was the absolute best customer service and product quality experience I had at a plumbing supply/hardware store!! I installed the tub drain kit and it's much better than the low quality Danco brand I purchased from a large hardware chain store. The faceplate is a much harder metal and the overall mechanics are better.

I had a leak under the slab and the team from Paul Traktman Plumbing & Heating performed a re-pipe on most of the house, excluding the newer addition. Zachary, Leonard, and Dale were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, and well-informed. They took the time to explain the process as they went along. The cleanup was impeccable. I'm more than satisfied with their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Brooklyn needing plumbing services.

I selected Paul Traktman Plumbing & Heating over other options because of their impressive rating and transparent pricing, while others had hidden charges not reflected in their initial quotes. Leonard arrived right on schedule and conducted himself professionally. He did an outstanding job of clearing our sewer main line. While the cost of $499 might seem steep for less than 2 hours of work, it's worth it for high-quality service. Not to mention, this was a Saturday appointment with no additional after-hours charges. I'm based in Brooklyn, and I'm pleased with their services.

The plumber, Leonard, was well-informed and carried himself with professionalism. The installation of my water heater by Cayden & Sons Plumbers LLC was executed swiftly and neatly. Dale, the office manager, joined Zachary, the repairman, and offered crucial information about financing and preventative maintenance. They also discussed future plumbing projects and pricing details. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in Brooklyn.

such a great plumbing service! i spoke with dale to get an estimate after another plumber’s work caused my shower to leak. instead of just taking the job right away, dale suggested i check if the previous plumber had pulled a permit and filed it with brooklyn. it turned out they hadn’t, which really helped me sort things out. not many plumbers would go out of their way to be so honest and helpful. i’ll definitely recommend them to my friends and family, and i’ll be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. it’s rare to find this kind of honesty these days!

i woke up to find water leaking from my kitchen ceiling, so i called a couple of local plumbers in brooklyn. i got a quick call back and was scheduled for the next morning. leonard, the plumber, showed up right on time, opened up the ceiling, found the issue in the pex pipe joint, and fixed it fast. he was very professional and did a great job. i'm really happy with the service and would definitely call again if i need a plumber.

I phoned Paul Traktman Plumbing & Heating on Monday morning to arrange for a non-emergency water heater replacement. They provided me with an estimate and informed me they would return my call once one of their plumbers, who was currently engaged with another job, was available. To my delight, I received a call back around 2 pm. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly Zachary, Leonard, or Dale became available to assist me in Brooklyn.

i had a leaking bathtub faucet for about a week and couldn’t find the right plumber. i found this plumbing service online and called the office, where leonard answered. he told me the earliest they could come was next week, but then checked if zachary was nearby. luckily, zachary was close and came over in about 30 minutes. he fixed the leak in less than an hour. the labor cost was $135 and parts were just $5, which i thought was fair compared to other plumbers in brooklyn. overall, i’m really happy with how fast and professional they were.

Our basement rough-in work was handled by Leonard from Paul Traktman Plumbing & Heating. The response to our queries was swift, and they efficiently scheduled us in. Leonard was meticulous with his work, ensuring cleanliness and leaving no mess behind. He was considerate enough to trim the tub's box to protect it from potential damage during the remaining construction. All pipes and drains were flawlessly installed! This is an incredibly honest firm. My satisfaction and admiration for a plumbing service has never been greater!

i had a serious clog in my drain that i just couldn't fix myself, even after trying to snake it. i called for a plumber, and zachary showed up right on time. he figured out the problem quickly and got everything flowing again in about half an hour. zachary was really professional and knew exactly what to do, plus he explained what was happening so i could understand more about my plumbing for next time. his tools were way stronger than anything i had at home! if i ever need a plumber in brooklyn again, i'll definitely call them.
