Given the recent extreme weather, I thought it might be frozen due to the cold and had tried to heat it out myself without success. When Hector arrived, he checked the pipe thoroughly and confirmed that the water line was indeed frozen. Just as he got his equipment ready to start fixing it, the water suddenly started flowing into the toilet again! He double-checked that there weren't any leaks from the thawing pipe before getting down to business. After clearing everything out of the way, Hector only charged me for the service call since he didn't have to do any repairs. His honesty is refreshing and rare these days - I'm hooked on his services now!
