We got Solar Panels from TopTier Solutions but we were also looking to replace our roof, well we didn’t realize they do that also
So we had them replace the roof and put the Solar Panels on.
Daniel Henderson our Project Manager is GREAT! He kept us up to date on what was going on. If we had questions we could call him or text him anytime and he would get back with us even on weekends which he really didn’t have to. Even on his Personal Phone on the weekend he would answer , which that “ Surprised”
me, cause he didn’t sound like a OLD MARRIED MAN,
“ No offense to you guys out there” LOL 😉
O and another surprise’s! They have their own Home Security System. How COOL is that! So we decided to switch to TopTier!
The guys that come out to install their System are just as sweet as the ones from the Solar Panel. I love them All

I’ve had my system since 2024. Kirsten helped get us set up with our panels. I always wanted solar and she made it work out where we got a low payment and a new roof. Incredible customer service and they actually followed up to make sure everything works properly and if we are happy. We have noticed significant savings. Top tier lives up to its name for sure!!

We purchased our solar panels in 2024 from Top Tier solutions. The service was installed quickly and professionally. The problems come in when you need any assistance after you've paid and after installation. In the city we live in, we were told that our energy that we generated could not be used by us until we had a battery installed. So this year we had a battery installed and since then we have not been able to track any of our solar usage. We have called Top Tier multiple times and spoke with the project manager on multiple occasions and we have just been put off and put off with no solutions. It's amazing how fast this company moves when it comes to signing you up for services and getting paid, but once that is done they take their time with everything else. I am not satisfied at all with company's service in response to malfunctions and problems.

Top Tier gives good service and does an excellent job of installation. They keep the customer informed throughout the process. I would have only one caution to offer: if you want to know how much you will actually save on your power bill consult the power company, not the solar company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is a pyramid scheme company that makes money off of summer door to door salesman. They sell you a solar system when in reality they are selling you a 100% overpriced solar loan.

My system is supposed to be 88% efficient. It was supposed to reduce my electric bill from $200 to $30 a month. Instead I have had my system for 4 years now. I am still paying $150-200 a month to Duke as well as a $150 a month solar payment.

All of the 5 star ratings you are seeing are from people who signed instantly and were offered a $200 incentive to leave a rating on Google.

Today I had a salesman, right out of college, come to my home to fix my efficiently issue (4 years later). He had no idea what he was doing, it was his first week on the job, and his superiors told him that I need a battery backup.

Had to spend $30k for solar system only to save $30 a month and now Top Tier's fix is for me to buy an additional $20k battery package.

I got scammed and have been talking with a lawyer on how to resolve my issues. Do not waste your time with this company.

Brett and his team installed new lighting at our pool and their work was amazing! They arrived when they said they were going to, got the work done efficiently, and did excellent work.

The new lights have made a world of difference and I would highly recommend them.

What Kind Of Business Man allows himself to call Africans Stupid. People of Color DO NOT PATRONAGE THIS BUSINESS HE is on Social Media saying this!

Mr 900 Electric does not complete a job, work is unsatisfactory. Repeatedly failed to pass inspections, adds hidden change orders at the end of a job, constantly forgets wiring and has to cut drywall to install later at contractor's expense.

Joe is a nice guy, but is terribly, terribly unreliable. He does not show when he says he will. He ultimately, refused to respond to our inquiries. He talks about his work being warranteed, but NEVER shows up to fix. He claimed to fix items that he did not address. He was electricrician of record on a residential project, that was delayed months because of him, and then refused to stand behind his work. Ultimately, we had to hire another company to come in, costing us $$$$, and considerable embarrassment, and damage to our reputation. It has been the most disappointing building experience I have had in over 20 years.

My builder hired this guy to come fix my phone jack that wasn't fully installed, and to install a light fixture - a simple 30 minute job. Months go by and I find out this guy has been telling my builder that I don't answer his calls (he never called me once).

Finally he calls me... with a NASTY attitude saying "am I really driving all the way out there for that?". He knew where I lived when he accepted the job.... but I thought okay maybe this guy is having a bad day.
Said he would be at my house on Thursday or Friday morning and that he'd call me back to schedule the time.
It's now Friday at 5:00pm, never called and never showed up - shocker.

We used Mr 900 Electric on our new home this summer. We had absolutely no problems. Our house was over 7500 sq-ft and not one failed inspection. Inspector mentioned at the time he had a 100% pass rate.

First, didn't get a call from filling out the online form. I finally called him and set an appointment, but he never showed and didn't respond when I reached out. Very kind on the phone but I'm going with a different more professional company.

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got "more" than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Al's knowledge and expertise was just superb! He has a remarkably professional and amicable "can do" attitude with the experience and knowledge to back it up. He communicates a professional confidence in his manner that is reassuring.

It was a real pleasure to do business with Al. Both my neighbor and myself are super pleased with the high quality of the job and the efficient speed and timeliness that it was done! The front on my neighbors home looks fantastic and the quality of work will have the siding and trim last for many many years to come! I feel like Al went "above and beyond" my expectations to achieve a very high standard of excellence in his work.

This company deserves more than 5 stars very professionally no appointment needed FCFS rebuild a alternator for semi truck during the day with original Delco remy parts they explained me and it cost almost half way cheaper than dealer offers for rebuild alternator

Best people in town for a quality rebuild with quality parts. Trust with David and crew to fix your starters and alternators. Probably even make them better than you bought them. Support local businesses and don’t buy garbage parts!
