You need to have your drivers go back to driving school especially van 087 they are wreck less on the road and I tried calling the number on the vehicle with no answer

Terrible almost ran me and my 3 year off the road on 401 South today at 3:20 pm if your going to be driving someones business vehicle at least follow the traffic laws you could have killed us. Any hvac guy who doesn’t follow traffic law will most likely mishandle equipment installment !!!!

First the woman who answered the phone was super nice and got me scheduled right way. Then Tyler came the same day I called to service my HVAC. He was very communicative! He got my HVAC serviced and replaced a part that needed attention. Very reasonable cost as well and great customer services! Will be calling them in the future!

We contacted Mike to replace our 25 year-old A/C unit upstairs; It turned out we decided to swap out the furnace at the same time. I'll cut to the chase: Mike will be the only person we will contact in the future to do our heating and A/C inspection and installs. He is dedicated, hard-working, very knowledgeable and has been in the business for a long time now. He does all his own work and goes above and beyond the expected to get the job done. We had absolutely no clean-up to do after he left and he even came back with some top-soil and mulch to add to the aesthetics around the outside compressor! At every point along the process, he kept me well informed and was very enthusiastic that I understood the technical details so that I could make reasoned decisions about the project . We decided to switch out the furnace based on some evidence that the mechanics were degrading to a point where it could possibly fail in the near future - he was in no way pushy that we replace it; his interest was that we made the most economical decision based on the evidence at hand, and I feel absolutely comfortable that we made a well-informed decision with his help. All in all, one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had, and I recommend his services without reservation.

5 stars should be showing up. Coates Heating & AC came to my rescue in 1996 when my furnace conked out at my house in Cary on the coldest day we had in 13 years. This time it was the heat pump at our house in Garner that needed repair or replacement. My immediate instinct was to call Coates. Mike Coates got there the same day to write up a quote. It was also decided to replace the ductwork. He recommended the air handler be put in a different spot and redesigned the flow of the ductwork to keep the house more evenly warm - definitely more efficient and no more hot/cold spots. These guys are polite, informative and go above and beyond to do a great job. We are very pleased. Thank you.

These guys are top notch! If you need HVAC services in the Raleigh area give them a call. I've been having heating issues recently and another company came out to take a look. They didn't find any issues and suggested having a new thermostat installed. Reggie with A Pleasant Environment came out and immediately started taking apart the HVAC system and cleaning parts like the burner to better diagnose the issue. He then sat around for over an hour watching it to further diagnose the issue. They believe it is the motherboard and rather than try to just upsell me, they are bringing a used motherboard over tomorrow to test the theory before we have to purchase a new one. Its nice to know that repair people can have such integrity these days.

They fixed a bad heat pump installation and configuration by the builders, fixing not only the problem I know was happening but also another they noticed while they were working for just a service call charge. Never met anyone with more integrity than that.

Company is terrible , they installed Hvac for our community and everybody is changing them or getting them fix in the first 2 years !!! Don’t use them company !!! When you ask for them to come out they lie and say they fix the problem!!! My hvac unit was adding a additional 500 to my bill, them system wasn’t even cooling my house
