LSG has been my personal HVAC vendor for years and also services most of my real estate clients. They reaffirmed why last week when I came home on a 100+ degree day to find our main A/C unit was blowing warm air. I dashed off a note knowing LSG was surely swamped and not expecting a reply. I was just about to call it a hot night when they surfaced on email with trouble shooting advice. They had me try a couple things and the unit fired up! The house cooled down and we were able to sleep. What a great save!

Tony was excellent. He quickly identified and repaired the issue with our AC unit. Our unit was down for less than 24 hours.

My technician, James, was so knowledgeable, and very open & honest about the issue I was having with my A/C unit! He was timely, respectful, and made me feel comfortable during the process! 10/10 would recommend!

Steven was very knowledgeable,polite and courteous. He walked up asking what was my problem. Once I told him it did not take long before he had things back on track.

The technician, Tony, arrived promptly. He quickly changed the speed of the fan. This reduced the volume of air being forced through the system. I asked about using the dampers to further selectively control air flow. Tony checked and discovered there weren't any dampers in the lines going to the front of house. We concluded they were probably removed at some time to allow maximum air flow for A/C.

Tony did a great job while here. He is very thorough and follows up.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night during a hot summer week and A&M had someone out to our house within a few hours to diagnose and fix our problem. Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and got our system working again in no time. Highly recommend A&M and will be using them for out future needs.
