Shauna was excellent and efficient getting a tech to my house. Matt was thorough and patient in answering all of my questions. Will certainly have them back to do future service and will recommend to anyone else.

Shauna was very helpful in coordinating a tech to visit. Kane was super helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and helped arrange follow up service for a HVAC drain clog.

A&M was excellent in providing service and quickly identifying the issue, and quickly resolving the issue. They fixed the issue this past Saturday causing the issue, and checked out my condensation pump today to ensure it was working correctly. I really appreciate Jim and Kaineth of A&M. They really took care of me, and they were very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call A&M for any future issues with my HVAC . I highly recommend this company.

I'm a residential property manager and have been through WAY TOO MANY HVAC companies. A&M are by far the best. They're knowledgeable, prompt and make my tenants dreams come true when they get the heat or a/c going! Reasonably priced and their service exceeds expectations every single time.

Tony arrived within an hour of us reporting that our downstairs AC wasn’t working. He has helped us before in the past. He’s very knowledgeable and kind. The unit was repaired quickly. Also, Tony inspected and serviced both our downstairs and upstairs units while he was here. Will definitely call A&M when needed again.

A&M has always been prompt, professional, and courteous. This year's AC maintenance appointment was just that. I purchased my HVAC system from A&M more than 10 years ago and have been satisfied ever since. Regular maintenance appointments have given me peace of mind during hot summers and cold winters.

Such a great experience with A & M Heating and Air! They came out to assess my 31 year old unit and gave me options of fixing or replacing and answered my many questions never making me feel like I was a bother. I opted for a new unit which was just installed. Everyone I have dealt with at A & M from the front desk to the estimators to the service technician to the installation team and the Owner have been nothing but spectacular!!! I was really impressed with the HVAC service I received. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the communication was excellent. The technician showed up right on time, was friendly. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my system, gave me options for repair, and didn’t pressure me into anything. Once the part that was needed was available, a second technician completed the work. This technician was just as wonderful as the first technician. The work was done efficiently, and everything is running great now. It’s rare to find such reliable and honest service — I’d definitely use A&M again.

Got an early phone from my daughter yesterday that she had hot water heater problems (100 miles away). Got there and knew immediately it needed to be replaced. Had no experience with a plumber in the area, but saw an A&M HVAC truck there, so found them and ask if they did plumbing also. Three hours later we had a new water, professionally installed. Don't know the guy's name, but we are very appreciative for their immediate and professional attention to our needs. I highly recommend this group!!

The team at A&M do a great job. They show up on time and work hard and smart. I am a demanding customer and they are very service oriented. James, their plumber, is exceptionally talented and committed to getting the job done right. The HVAC staff is equally proficient and skilled. A&M were wonderful! From the moment I heard the voice on the telephone I knew I had found my new HVAC company. Friendly and courteous customer service and a technician at my house within 3 hrs. My technician James was polite, knowledgeable and incredibly understanding of my three barking dogs. They are great to work with responded really quick to get me a quote to replace my ac unit and install next day. They were on time and worked very quickly to get unit installed.

Matt came by to perform the maintenance service on our three heat pumps. He did an excellent job and fully answered all of my questions. All of the services I have had with A&M have been excellent !!

Came home to find my heat wasn’t working and out in a request to get checked, was expecting Monday would be the day, and received a call quickly form a young man named Hunter that he was enroute with ETA of 20mins. He found the issue and in 15mins my heat was FMC. Thanks for the professional and quick service young sir!
