Danny and his son Jake are true professionals who know what they are doing. They are honest and they don't overcharge or recommend any repairs that are not needed. They saved me a few k on my old system by replacing parts that were still under warranty. They just installed a new HVAC unit for my downstairs and the installation was very well done. He found me the right unit and installed it with utmost care. I'd highly recommend this company over all these other big companies in our area.

We've used FSI for our filter service contract on our rooftop commercial HVAC unit since we bought our business. They've always exceeded our expectations. Lately they've gone digital in a big way. We get an email when our tech is on the way. They pop-in for a quick signature when they're done and we get a bill via email promptly. On top of that, we get emails telling us when they've received our payment. Thorough and transparent - good stuff. We would've liked to have them replace our rooftop HVAC unit when it failed a few years ago, but our landlord had a favorite HVAC company they work with. FSI's estimate was right in line with the other guys and there was never any question as to their capability. We could not be more pleased or at ease to have FSI as a service provider for our business.

Capel Rugs has worked with FSI for many years. We are signed up with their maintenance program and it is a weight lifted knowing that they are checking things out on a regular basis with no scheduling required. FSI is always very quick to respond and fix any repairs that are needed. We have a tendency to have operator errors with our thermostats and they are very patient with layman ways. The biggest take away for me is that they are extremely reliable and easy to communicate and work with sometimes very stressful situations.

We chose FSI this past year to be our HVAC vendor. As a 47,000 sq ft facility we require regular service on our 26 units. FSI has delivered what they promised when we met with them initially. With the current environment (Covid 19) FSI was able to upgrade our filtration in all our units to MERV9 antimicrobial, as to give our staff and students a healthier environment to work and learn in. From the coordination of repair needs, as well as regular maintenance, FSI has served us well. Their technicians are all extremely knowledgeable, and even keep us apprised of other issues they may see while onsite. I would highly recommend FSI to any business, and in particular to any Charter School.

Our business consists of several retail locations and we have been dealing with FSI for the past 15 years: we have never had a bad experience. The few rare times when the problem reoccurred, they were very quick to return and take care of it. They are always extremely reasonable with their pricing and more importantly, they are informative: if a repair makes more sense, they will not try to up-sell you on a new compressor or unit. A special shout-out to German, one of the best techs on your staff, he was extremely helpful on his last visit.

We have been a customer of FSI for over 12 years. They service our multiple locations all over the Greater Triangle. As we move into an era when more landlords require PM service contracts, FSI was a step ahead, we get a copy of the service visit and work performed several times a year. When the landlord contacts us we have a record on hand for their review.

This person has no business driving watched them almost cause multiple accidents and just prove not everybody needs a license
