Josh runs a great LOCAL business. Been working with A&M for years and when our upstairs unit recently went down - they quickly came out to diagnose the issue and resolved it in a few days. Highly Recommend!!!

Felix, Chris, and Tyler did a great job replacing my trane hvac unit. The unit works great and the new drain pipe and new duct they made into the house looks great. They also gave us two plugin carbon monoxide detectors. They completed the job by noon like they said they would. They showed my wife how to use the new thermostat. They are very professional.

Hunter was clean, pleasant and honest. We were happy to meet him. We felt he gave us good advice.

Customer service was great. Our AC unit was out and they came to the house within an hour on a Friday. Kane was fantastic. Kind, courteous, and explained what the issues were as well as showed us the problems. I would definitely recommend A&M to people having issues with their AC units.

I love this company and its service. My wife is very ill and our air conditioner gave out late Friday evening. A call was placed and I ws notified that they could come out that evening. The technician "Tony" was very pleasant and professional. I led him to my heat pump and he quickly diagnisised the problem. He stated it was probably the drip pan and asked to see the HVAC coil on the 3rd floor. He crawled inside a very hot attic and said that the drain pipe was broken but he could fix it right away....which he did. He then checked the freon level and said the unit could benefit from a freon charge which he also completed. Within minutes, the house was cool again.

I was so impressed with the service call I decided to change my entire upstairs unit. with a new HVAC system with UV light and humidifier. The crew arrived on time for both days and were professional and kind. The new unit is much more efficient and they even notified me that I can get a tax break. This company is top notch and I will not use anybody else since I was spoiled on their excellence. I was extremely impressed b the whole experience and would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

He was prompt and helpful with info. that made sense. He offered me ways to save money on future visits. He made my air filters fit.

Had great plumbing service from A&M to fix a shower and toilet that previous plumber could not fix. We will definitely call again for any future repair needs.

Anthony was our service tech. I have an area of my yard. That's kind of muddy. He came over, checked it out. He educated me on what he thought it was things to look for just in case If it wasn't what we thought it was, it was very friendly and super helpful. Will definitely be using this company again. And I would highly recommend it to anyone else.

I reported an issue with my HVAC system around 8:30AM during peak season. By the end of business (same-day) my system was working properly and the home was already in the process of cooling down again. The Technician I met with, Matt, was knowledgeable, professional, and highly courteous. Could not recommend this company, their Team, and their ownership more highly.

Everyone at A&M has been super nice and helpful with my HVAC issues. They answer your questions and respond quickly. Tony has been my technician twice now. He is great with my dog, works hard and has handled all the issues that needed to be addressed.

A&M replaced our unit in the summer of 2023 and I was very pleased with them. Unfortunately, we had to have them back out 2 years later (almost to the day) for an unforeseen and unexpected repair. I won’t go into all of the details, but I will say, Josh the owner of A&M is top notch. His customer service goes above and beyond. He made it right and I appreciate it immensely. It’s hard to find honest, trustworthy businesses these days. But A&M is one of the few!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent! I wasn't able to do the recommendation on my iPhone. But the technician came so promptly, which is great as it gets very hot in 3 story townhouse. He fixed it and was very courteous and professional!

Was very professional, efficient, and friendly. Jim was on time and checked my unit for heat and A/C. He cleaned my unit thoroughly in and out. I would recommend A & M for any heating or a/c issues.

Felix and the young man(I didn't catch his name), were very pleasant and professional. They did a great job...I've had to use my emergency heat for a while and didn't have any air conditioning. They replaced the whole unit, installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it. They kept me updated on what they were doing and what to expect doing the process...Hands down, I would recommend them and use them again...Great job well done
