Carroll replaced my 20+ year old systems they originally installed when the house was built. Could not be happier with my new Trane systems. Adding a 2nd thermostat and diverter for the master bedroom as part of the downstairs unit was a great addition.

The Carroll Family takes care of all of our Heating/Air needs. They are very efficient and professional in responding to our service needs. It is reassuring to have a trusted source to handle these needs.

Rodney did a stellar job. Made good cost effective recommendations. was great on problem diagnostics in getting to the root of the problem. He did maintenance on 1 gas pack and 2 heat pump units. I would definitely use him again in the future and recommend Carrol Service company.

Carroll Co replaced my entire A/C system, ventilation and gas heater. Best prices, did amazing work, added ducts to improve airflow, Trane, best new system. Also, I had AC during most of it, they barely had it off. My crawlspace looks amazing, no more moisture, they upgraded gas pipes, and Dennis at their office is a great guy as are all the folks who installed. No debris left, not even a screw or any metal. Thank you! Now 70 degrees is actually 70 degrees in my home.

These guys are fantastic! As someone who likes to do most repairs myself, these guys are the only ones I trust 100 percent with my HVAC system. They are great at troubleshooting and finding the actual issue. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, or recommend unnecessary repairs, which will save you money in the long run. If you are a current customer of theirs, and don't have a service contract, I would recommend purchasing one. Twice a year, they do a full inspection on your system from top to bottom. It allows them to put eyes on everything and find potential failures early, which will also save you money down the road. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know. They are always friendly and provide a great service at a great value!

The team at Carroll is exceptional. Dennis is always so kind on the phone and the techs we have worked with are always friendly, helpful,
and fair with pricing. They recently made a special trip to squeeze me into their tight schedule for a quick repair in the heat of the summer. They also installed a new HVAC system for us recently - great pricing and they stepped us through all of the possible rebates. Excellent small business!
